Very poor service. We waited nearly an hour for taking orders. No one is there to notice. When food comes they didnt give us plates. And we waited for nearly 15minutes to get plates. We have to wave for a waiter to notice. And the main reason is that no rush in there. Very poor service.. Too much delay for everything.

Ordered this combo from Chicking yesterday. Pretty decent combo it was. I personally think that they could have added atleast 2 dips to that combo since we are paying some decent price for it. Fried chicken was good tasty and crispy. Loved it.Burgers were also a decent one.Overall it was a nice experience even their customer service were also satisfying😊

This outlet of Chick King is a disgrace to the other good ones. They served Veg poppers instead of nuggets, saying this is nuggets. (Complete rip off ) Quality of food is very low. The broasted chicken is completely tasteless and stale.

Absolutely love their food and the combination , the offers they provide mostly on Wednesday they have more exciting offers . Currently there are two branches in Thrissur one is inside Sobha city Puzhakal and another one in East fort near Reliance opposite to Dominos...

Taste wise good. But quantity is less. Even if we order 6 piece or 10 piece only 50% of pieces will be of good size portion rest will be small or wings piece mixed. Too much cost reduction technique.

Today i have been to chicking at shobha city and ordered for 12 pieces combo pack. The counter staff informed me it will take fifteen minutes cooking time. We waited for 15 minutes and we got the food. While tasting we felt that the chicken was not fresh. We waited 15 minutes for freshly fried chicken and we felt like frozen chicken. I had been to the KFC opposite of this outlet many times they are always serving us with fresh hot food. This is a worst experience with chicking.

Unlike few other fast food joints, Chicking's flavor remains same outside / inside India. One of the few fast food joints in Sobha Mall if you won't to avoid the hustle and bustle at the food court. However, the place itself is usually packed, so not the kind of place if you want to have a quiet and peaceful bite. They have great offers during weekdays and prices are pretty competitive. Staff are well-mannered and customer centric.
