Stayed at Niya Regency for a weekend and had an okay experience. For the positives, the room was excellent and the hotel is easy to locate. FYI, The makeshift "mini bar" with a basket of snacks is not complimentary. On the negatives, there was confusion regarding the price of the rooms. I was told a cheaper price over the phone and a different one when I had arrived. Not just that, rate which I was told for a breakfast-included room was for a non-breafast room the next morning.

Stay was really good and the room had all amenities including hair dryer , toiletries, kettle. The staff were quite courteous and well mannered. The room that I got first had a problem with the air conditioning and when reported I was provided another room. The complimentary breakfast includes dosa items , idly, omelette, tea/coffee and cut fruits which were all delicious. Overall the accommodation as well as the service was wonderful and I would recommend it for families as well as couples.

Great ambience and well maintained property. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good and Friendly staffs. Restaurant Food was tasty and Executive beverages were enough to fill you up.

Loved the hospitality and service by the hotel. We planned to stay there for 2nights but extended one more night coz we enjoyed there a lot. Food is awesome and good quality. They maintain good hygiene inside and outside the premises as well. Whatever we ask they respond and service immediately. They also provide valet parking service which was nice. Best hotel in Thrissur locality. We will go there again if we get a chance.

Thw staff is very sweet and accommodating! I was there today for a birthday party and my infant got hungry and I requested for a feeding room, and they gave me a proper room allocated ! Customer care at its best. Thanks for your empathy today :)

Stayed at Niya regency for a night. Loved the hotel ambience. Complementary breakfast was good. The executive lounge was good. Very well mannered staff and extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Very calm locality as well.

Good amenities . Food taste is good . Had been there for a Christmas buffet lunch . They charge about Rs 1000 / head . Serving quantity is disappointing . They serve curry or vegetables with smallest available table spoons or teaspoon . One who loves food will feel pathetic . Dont know how they are assigned with ' Three star ' grade .

Had gone there to participate in a marriage reception held in the third floor. Food. Very delicious food both veg and non-veg Hall. Very good banquet hall for Marriage functions like Marriage Ceremony, Lunch, Reception and dinner. Parking. They have parking facilities in front of the hotel and one more at diagonally behind the hotel. Staff. Helpful, Friendly and Solicitous. There is a BAR at the ground floor which has a separate entrance hence it is a different world altogether. Please do not Drink and Drive which will put self and others alike in danger.

I had an amazing experience at hotel niya regency, rooms are spacious, extremely maintained property with good food specially seafood and good behavior from the staff.

Me and my family went there for eating dinner. The food was so delayed Bcz we went there for 8:00 pm And back to home at 10:00pm

The room that we booked was extremely clean and the bed was neatly kept,room service was excellent and the receptionists were very helpful. We got stuck in the lift for few minutes and the residency authorities were able to troubleshoot it very quickly. They also have an indoor hotel with excellent food and service. They provide a good parking facility and also has a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking. Freshly washed towels and new toiletries were kept in the bathroom and hair dryer was also provided. The room had a TV, Fridge and a locker. They also provided bed side lamps (mounted on the wall) and kettle along with a lot of coffe, tea and sugar sachets. Fresh tissue papers were also provided. The entrance and the entire residency is very aesthetically pleasing and extremely clean.

Attended a wedding in their banquet hall, quite spacious and suitable for minimal functions. Great food but service can be improved

Had a brief one day halt. It was a great stay for the cash paid. Staff was nice. Food at the restaurant is also great.

We had booked two rooms for 2nights. They offered us rooms on the third floor which were very poorly maintained and the power kept going off. We asked for a change of rooms and the person at the front desk kept telling us it'll be repaired. Finally we forced for a new room since we were very uncomfortable in the 3rd floor where only party hall was situated, we were given two rooms in 2nd floor one was a room for the handicapped and the other was a normal room. These rooms were much better than the 3rd floor ones. We somehow managed for one night and the next night we booked elsewhere. Totally a very disappointing experience, the rooms are small, the staff don't support us with the best rooms instead they sell out the worst rooms first. Food was the only comfort they are trying their best to improve it and it was tasty. Overall the worst experience and I don't recommend it to families since rooms are very small not like how it looks in photos also not satisfied with the service and staff( expect for housekeeping and resturaunt staff).

Visited their AC lounge bar - lighting was a bit too dim for me, and the tables a bit too far apart so that we have to lean forward to hear the conversations over the music. But overall, a good place to hang

Such a filthy executive room I had ever be. Not worth of paying that much. No amenities kept in room except couple of soaps just like a local lodge. Toilet was stinking when complained they end up with air freshener which mixed up both smells and caused my parents vomiting. Attached the photos of toilet and tore bedsheet. Restaurant service did a good Job. Food was excellent.

A top bar with a great ambience is the highlight. Good customer service. Chinese chicken dishes seem to be good. Wasn't impressed with their Pork menu. And the price seems to be slightly high for the quantity served.

We had our lunch in Niya regency yesterday and I have to tell I am really surprised with the quality, taste and cleanliness of this place.We ordered Fish fingers, Chicken 65 and natholi fry in starters and Paal Kappa and fish curry, Butter chicken biriyani and Beef biriyani for main course. We had Virgin Pina colada, Guava mocktail, mint lime for drinks. Everything we ordered was very tasty and the drinks were specially refreshing. Full marks for overall cleanliness and ambience.

As a frequent traveler, there isn't a hotel in town that compares to this one in terms of quality, value, and amenities. The personnel is very welcoming. I must give the names of two people: Mr. Sanu from the Ascot Lounge and Mr. Saran from the Front Office. The two employees mentioned above provide the finest customer service. We really value the way they treat clients.

We stayed for two days. The hotel is about 10 minutes drive from the city. Parking seems to be a problem, but the hotel staff will handle the pain. Cleanliness needs to be improved but the housekeeping team's response is quick. Detailed review has been given in the trip advisor page. In short, the hotel is highly recommended for families looking for a budget stay.

Whatever is described below, is Truly based out of my personal experience from 5/1/2023-6/1/2023. Booked this place from goibibo and I went along with my wife and lil kido. Was really happy with the room and at the pricing which i got this room (Rs.2,800), I would say it was absolutely splendid. Only issue i faced was there was a banquet hall above our room 2006, which was really noisy as they were moving around chairs and all, therefore was disturbing my lil one's sleep. Had chicken tikka masala, naan and kerala porotta which were really yummy. Highly would recommend this place at the budget i got, for a budget friendly stay.

Our our stay in Niya was the best. It was like we were at home. The staff took care of us very well.especially Super Chef John who took special care of us. His food was extremely delicious. We felt like we were family there. A big thank you to John and all the other staff . oour stay in Niya was the urshort stay

My family booked a few rooms at this hotel for my future in-laws to stay in while they were in Thrissur for a family function. The hospitality was way below average, would not recommend to anyone I know. When the guests asked for a tea, the kitchen advised that they didnt have milk and were served a black tea. This level of service is not acceptable from a 4 star hotel. And the dinner and breakfast was below average too. Very disappointed.

Decent for the price but rooms have very few charging points, Queen bed not available in certain room types and stinking washrooms were big turn offs.

Ac bar upstairs is really good at day time .. heard that usually gets busy by evenings.. you can conduct meetings at daytime in the ac bar ... They have seperate cabins for privacy .. good service .. a peaceful bar at day time ..

I am Dr Indu I stayed in this hotel for one day and I don't want to stay in this hotel in the future. The hotel staff are not at all friendly and the restaurant staff are even worse . And for the hospitality I would give it a 0. The only that was good was the ambience of the rooms and the food .The staff didn't want to entertain the guest
