Pathetic. Just pathetic. 4 of us went in today for lunch. The servers were aplenty, but even after waiting for 15 minutes neither were we offered water, nor the menu. We saw people sitting in tables around us and didn't see a plate of food on any of their tables either. Could sense many of them getting impatient as well. I wonder how restaurants such as these survive. We left after waiting for more than 15 minutes. This restaurant will not be getting my business at all after this experience.

A good to be restaurant where we can take our guest and family for a good meal. I thing every dishes they serve qualifies its quality...recommended.. Would be better if they could improve the quantity a bit

Very disappointing customer service. I visited the restaurant along with my family for lunch. We waited for around 15-20 minutes , the table was very messy with the leftover food . We spent somemore time hoping that someone would come and clear the table. Later we went to one of the waiter and requested them to clear the table and since noone acknowledged our request we asked another waiter for the same. Even after 15-20 minutes of wait and multiple requests there was no response from the staff . I dont think I will ever go to this place with very poor customer service. If it was a hectic day in the restaurant ,we expect one of the staff to inform us that there would be a delay in clearing the table or atleast bring us the menu so that we could order meanwhile. So finally we stepped out of the resturant after 30 minutes without ordering anything since no body even tried to take our order or clear the table. *Additionally we visited during covid ( December 2020) there was no security personal to check the temperature or record customer details as per the COVID protocol.

Today we had lunch from here. I saw all the customers cursing the staff for their poor customer service and ignorance. Literally every customer fought with staffs before they left.The food was nice but we had to remind the staffs many times before we got what we needed, even for the bill😄 Don't know how this restaurant is surviving 🤔

My last visit with my family and my son of 1 year old in this place is a nightmare for me. I ordered 2 fish curry meals and 1 veg meals. It take 45 minutes for them to deliver the food which was not tailor made for us. Then they didn't give fish curry/sambar in the fist time. Then it took 5 minutes again for them to give us the curry and then we started eating. I asked for more side dishes and the supplier just smiled at me and they never supplied it again. This is a worst place for families. Only visit this place if you have a whole day with you to spend just in that restaurent. Staffs are just irresponsible. Never suggest this place to any one

The person who served us was the best the enhances with service. Though the person was wearing a mask we could feel his polite face. Very considerate in doing what we had requested. All over the good food tasted better cos of the service. Keep up the good work.

Nicely set interiors. Food is good. But based on your selection. Better to check with the staff regarding the best option. Enough parking space and tables available. Staff are very friendly. Wheat porotta was not very good. Genuinely priced.

Restaurant is clean and with well furnished interiors. Had Sweet n corn soup, chapati and Garlic chicken. Soup and garlic chicken were having the over taste of sause also garlic chicken was sweeter which was not good.

I should have checked the recent reviews before I visit the restaurant. It is so lengthy to wait. At first, We stuck around 20 mins close to the entrance and afterward we sat tight for around 15 mins for the waiter to take the order. Another 20 mins holding up period to get the food. Coming to Food.Meals was great. Chicken Biryani and Chicken Noodles were average. Staffs are neither agreeable nor egotistical. Strangely there is no Manager to screen client or staffs. Clarification from a staff looking for Manager is that, we have CCTV introduced and Management can monitor the restaurant.

Amazing food. We got some honey glazed prawns as a side and they were the best I’ve had in my life. Honestly this is my favourite restaurant in India and I’ll be sure to come back soon. The wait was well worth it for the quality of the food.

Very pathetic....waiting time is unbearable...ordered fried rice, porotta , chilli gobi and kadai chkn. Kadai chkn was served at the end of the meal n tastes very very sweet. When this was told to the serving boy we were instructed to talk with the chef n made us to wait for extra 10mints. At the end we were informed that the chef is very busy can't talk now!

Pathetic experience. The chicken biryani was soggy and mashy and the sliced beef in vegetables had zero flavours. Fried rice was also equally bad and the dragon chicken and chicken noodles were alright. Fruit salad with ice cream was complete a joke and just had bananas and some pieces of watermelon in it. The portion size is also very less and the dishes are priced on the higher side for a restaurant of this ambience, quality and service. Spent more than 300/ person.

Very Bad Food quality...... No taste.... Same boiled chicken used in different gravy. North people or maharashtra Goa people will not like food here. We left food as it had no taste at all.

Had chicken biriyani, veg biriyani rice, egg roast and veg clear soup. Soup was really good. Biriyani and egg toast was decent. The bad part was the service. I wonder whether we will be made to wait till the shop closes if we don’t do any follow up. Washrooms are okayish. Interior is okay. Enough parking space. Please work in the service .

I had non veg meals which served a bowl of fish curry with a small king fish in it along with rassam and few other vegetables and sweet. Had also ordered tawa fry king fish which was too small in size. Resturant is little heavy on pocket and quantity’s too small. One time visit !

The food is usually good here. But today it was not great. The chicken chopsuey we ordered did not have much pieces. But otherwise this a decent place to dineout with family.

Good food and ambience loved it.But I felt really offended when they didn't allow us to take away rice and fish curry which was served in seperate bowls on the table. When we asked the waiter to pack it they said it's their restaurant policy not to parcel leftover rice in meals. What kind of a rule is that?? Paying 250 rupees for a fish curry meals and we can't take it home?? Next what happened was more outrageous. Waiter came to clean the table and took back all the plates and the waste was placed on the left over rice and fish curry. I thought their policy was taking back the rice and serving for someone else 😂. But they wasted it, didn't allow us to take home, the food which we paid for. This is the most embarrassing thing happened to me in a restaurant.

The food was good, but the service was very bad. It took around 20 mins to clean the table and another 45 mins to serve the food even though there was no rush. The management didn't even consider the customer service. No staff was ready to attend the customer. I myself went and asked to clean the table and so on.

Available different food varieties. Taste wise also good. Price is bit high but that food it is ok. The main problem is customer service. Customer service is very poor. Wait one hour after that they give food. No proper staff available.

These people just lie on their menus and also even if you call them to check on anything. They never have anything they promise, provide wing piece when we ordered breast piece, the fish tawa grill here is the worst I've ever had and above all have to deal with the rudest and most mean staff ever.
