We ordered a platter which wasn't supposed to be our plan initially. It took a good 20 plus minutes to come but what baffled me was the lack of freshness in the food . Nevertheless we had everything . After a while my husband who had prawns or something started feeling a bit difficult, didn't take much long for him to go and throw up everything in the bathroom. We couldn't understand what the reason was exactly . Something didn't suit him . After reaching home even i had a bad tummy. Luckily my kid and inlaws were allright. Management was kind enough to hear us out and also whats suprising is that instead of the original amount they charged only half of it even though we never asked for it neither did we deny to pay . Thank you for that. Just few suggestions , plz maintain the washrooms. Also serve water as and when needed don't wait till the customer asks for it. Ambience as mentioned by every other person is great. We won't hold ourselves back but visit again.. Angamaly outlet has always given us great food and service .

Took parcel 3-4 dishes. Found mupli beetle (Vand) in fish mango curry. Think twice before eating from here. No hygiene. Everything cooked by non-keralites.

First time in Alibaba and make me think twice before coming next time. Service was very slow and the food was very bad especially the mixed fried rice. Taste was horrible and there are very little meat in it. I have to spit it because of the excessive mutton fat. This is the first time I spit food in a restaurant. After all we paid this much money and still we gets this kind of food is unacceptable. I won't coming back here never again.... Very disappointment.....

Tasty Arabic and Turkish food, spacious dining area, courteous and friendly staff. Restaurant is in Palakkad Ernakulam Highway, just few kms drive from thrissur town. There is ample car parking and there is wheel chair access. They have amazing Turkish starters, don't miss the chef's special kebabs. Safe and fine dining for families.

Several times i visited this hotel. I and my family like their food and service. Very good ambiance and spacious Highway facing. Good parking area. Good washroom. Compare to other hotels price is high. But experience was good.

We are visiting this place for the second time. First time we opted Arabic items as suggested by Waiter. Trying most of the items as first time so can't give review about taste and all. But some items was nice in taste, deserts are not that much sweet, just OK. So this time we tried some known items. First of all we feel like items are overpriced. Ordered wheat parotta, chicken mappas, chicken Lollipop and falooda. Lollipop was very much crispy and juicy(Chinese type Lollipop), and it was very good(cost 300/-, but bcoz of taste feels like not overpriced 😶). Main course was just ok. But we ordered their special falooda and it costs 230/- no dry fruits except very few raisins. Only the difference we felt it contains Black current ice cream, fruits mainly banana, water melon,musk melon 🤷‍♂️. No semia was there but glass full of some cheap fruits and 3 small scoop ice cream and was over priced 😯. About other items like ambience and parking, it was very good. Located in Highway side, very spacious inside and chairs placed very neatly and keep in distance for privacy.

One of those 'meh' restaurants. The ambience is great,service is good,ample parking space but the food is just so ordinary and uninspiring.We had the turkish bbq,creamy chicken soup,Kingfish tawa fry,fried rice,butter rotti,chicken patiala and chicken chilli.Everything tasted 'meh'- you really cant say it was bad but it was not good either.So ordinary and bland.The service was great.The restaurant is spacious with ample parking space and located at the side of the highway.Maybe you can visit once but i wont be going back

Awsome place one of my must re visit places Food is 4 star Ambience is 4 star But service by the manager was awsome . It above 5 star. His management skills was good and he made sure all food is served correctly. I did order different varieties food and all stood up my expectations. Taste wise to get 5 stars more perfection is required but seeing right management i think they would achieve that too.

We wanted to have Arabic dishes and what all we ordered was not available and we ordered something normal and our Expectation was high but food was not good, Biriyani was ok edible but we ordered Scheshwan Noodles and see the pic it was not edible and smelling odd. We ordered fresh mint limes and they bought something green and tastes very sour, we asked to change it and add some sugar to it then I think they added some water and sugar but it still sucks. Guys please don't go this place. - most of items in menu not available - food tastes very bad -drinks taste very bad - A/C doesn't work and it's very hot

One of the best Arabic restaurants I have visited in recent time , easy to locate the spot as it is near the the highway , they had a spacious restaurant and have kept it so clean , their service was excellent , we tried a lot of dishes , try ordering their special ones as they appeared to conquer the hearts , Paratha and beef roast was are just ok but Arabic dishes mandi rice kapama , kebab was soo delicious , chef zaade kebab is a must try one , ummAli and kunafa was so yummy , it feels like I should go often there

Went in seeing the decent reviews and the tag of authentic arabian dishes.. Disappointed is the least I would say.. The dishes are very expensive for the quantity they serve and tastes not so great for the price. An INR 200 + beef roast had 5 small pieces of beef in it. A chicken fry with about 16 medium peices cost INR 500+. The washroom is outside the restaurant. The staff was cooperative and polite and he did explain the dishes. The highway have plenty of other better choices for food if you want good food rather than a plush ambience only..

The hotel location is very prime and right along the high way. There was ample parking space. The hotel was very spacious with very neatly maintained with above average service . The food was flavoursome especially grilled dishes and kuzhimandi rice. The bathrooms were present outside the restaurant and were OK. This place is also suited for children due to the ambience and interiors.

The dishes are not worth the price that they charge. The ambience is great fo their dine in, but due to covid protocols, patrons are forced to sit in coridors outside made to accesses their restrooms and washrooms. We had ordered biryanis - chicken, mutton, beef - rice had the same taste for all. Chicken fried rice was ok, chcken chilly not so good. Dragon chicken was too sweet. Service is quick and polite. They have a lot of areas to inprove on. They can build their brand if they really concentrate on stuff to do here.

AUTHENTIC ARABIAN DISHES. when I first saw the hotel from outside I didn't really have a great feeling about the restaurant. But once I entered the restaurant the ambience coupled with the exceptional service took me aback. The flavour of the food was just spellbound and I haven't had such great food in a long while. I cannot say this enough but the food was just amazing. The Arabian mixed platter and the chicken fatayer took me back to the middle East and the amazing flavours they have. Alibaba & 41 dishes is a must try when on the Thrissur route and I would definitely 100% recommend.

Food was of average quality but thet will give wrong bill. Be extra cautious and double check with menu card before paying to avoid loss. Sometime even they charge wrongly which is higher than menu card rate... Image attached for referrence.

This restaurant actually aims for the people who are travelling, but it takes around 20 minutes(minimum) for the food to be served. Its the arabic dishes that takes most of the time. The food quality and taste is pretty good and worth the price. My personal suggestion for everyone to try would be an Arabic dish called Capama.

- Visit Alibaba if you have enough time to count the mosquitoes inside ( It took almost 40 mins to take the order and then another 1 hour to run to the neighbourhood market to buy chicken) - Food quality is below average . - Staff behaviour : Rude - My humble request don't even recommend Alibaba & 41 thieves to even your enemies.

I visited this restaurant recently, which was easily accessible to who are taking NH544 highway. Most mentionable quality of this restaurant was its ample car parking facilities and the gorgeous interior,which ensures privacy for each table. A nice spacious restaurant along the mannuthy - edapali highway. I visited during the covid times and so the menu was limited. I tried turkish bbq which tasted good. There is lot of space available for parking. Price is a bit higher. Service is ok. Overall a good restaurant.
