Swiggy Order Experience: Ordered Porotta and beef kondatham today afternoon… the over all cost of the product was INR 74 after discount by swiggy… the packing and etc is just below average… as the beef was packed in foil cover and porotta in a plastic and news paper… now when coming to the taste… beef kondatham contain a lot of unnecessary items… and also the taste was ok ok… and also the quality of beef was also below average with lots of hard pieces… it also contains a lot of stem pieces And I dont know from where it all came… may be from the low quality Kondatham they are using or the ingredients they are using to make it… and next coming to porotta… that is also just average quality and nothing much to say…

We ordered poratta and chilly chicken and we got many rice in chilli chicken packet so dont buy from that hotel

Today I bought two biryani from this hotel via zomato. I have never eaten such a bad biryani in my life. Bad food. I will never buy food from this hotel again. Please do not let anyone go to this hotel.

The worst food which I have ever eaten in my life. Very bad experience faced 2 days before – 11th May 2022. We had food from this Blue Sapphire hotel in the afternoon (Chicken Biriyani). After this four of us who had the chicken biriyani got food poisoning and dehydration also still, we have health issues. So, please don't buy food ever from this hotel. They are simply cheating customers by providing low quality food and filling their own pocket with huge profit.

Today I ordered 2 butter chicken via swiggy and I received a normal tastless chicken curry instead. When I read through all the comments, one thing I understood. If you order Pepper chicken, butter chicken, chilly chicken or whatever chicken dish, the end product you receive will be a chicken curry. Worst experience. Took refund from swiggy.

This hotel sells stale food. I ordered 3 veg fried rice throgh swiggy and the item delivered was stale with foul smell and foul taste, a clear indication of leftover food of previous days. Very unethical and criminal action. I tried to contact the hotel but continuosly getting engaged tone. They are deliberately avoiding customer contact and feedback. I have recommended swiggy to de-list this hotel, also complained to food inspector for initiating corrective action.

Waste food. Over priced. Avoid it if possible

I ate chicken biriyani. It was good. Moreover, I loved the atmosphere and ambience of Sapphire.

If you ask two masala Dosa they give you one and give the bill for two. Then we ask they will not refund.

Unclean. Some vessels are broken and burnt. Compared to others expensive. Need more space.there is only one bathroom and just two wash space.
