Today we took food with family in this hotel. But we couldn't eat the ordered food fully. Half of the way we cancelled all and informed the manager mr. Raju regarding quality and service of the food. But the response from manager was not at all tolerable. We will never enter this hotel for food and never recommend anybody. Health department should visit this hotel for inspection VERY VERY VERY BAD We don't want to give any rating but with out rating we couldn't post this comment. Do we given one star. BUT STAR RATING IS BIG ZERO

This place is managed in the worst possible way.... Completely clueless staff. Our room had sheets with blood stains. When I complained the cleaning supervisor said, "Madam it's white sheets ...what can we do"

Very poor service waited 20 mins no waiter has come to take order, after 20 mins a lady came taken our order and they said that it will take 40 mins for food. We ordered biriyani and fried rices. Very poor service

We arranged our gettogether lunch at Dreamland, Triprayar. Very decent fresh food they served. We ordered combo meal which includes rice and four five types vegetarian dishes and fish curry and chicken fry. Fish curry was yummy, vegetarian dishes were very fresh and payasam (ada) yummy. Our contact at the hotel Mr Raju arranged it such a way without any hazzles we had our gathering and lunch at a private place rather than in regular restaurant.

We order veg fried rice. However it contains, plastic pack piece. Showed to manager. Chill paneer has 2 piece of meda cubs. Rest food was taste

Neighborhood place ! We often visit here to have our favourite kingfisher storm and beef chilly dry combined with tomato touch up.It is usually crowded here but won't affect the ease up.Also, great customer care .So i would rate it 4/5 based on my latest visit.

I had halted at the place for dine in. Restaurant -Secret Spices. Great infrastructure and ambience. It took me 2 hours exactly to finish lunch and walk out. Quality of food was very good. Some people have posted pics of pizza and burger which were not available there at all . But they said you can order from a nearby shop and dine in at secret spices. Restaurant manager was hardly scene. Waiter or waitress didn't even know what they were supposed to do. It took 25 to 30 mins for them to clean the place. Food served was delicious. To be appreciated.We had ordered for Biriyani. It was amazing. The was a big parking space as well. The restaurant is located in 1st floor. I didn't see any wheel chair access. They may have it from any other entry.Not sure of it

Good facilities. Service was a little delayed. The taste is ok. Good ambience inside the restaurant and the delivery people are very polite. It's opposite to the private busstand Triprayar and near Y mall.

Today we have a get together party here, we had mentioned time entry as 11am, but we have to wait till 12.30 to occupy our banquet hall and also we won't get any welcome drinks as the part of our party. Hotel Ambience is ok. But services to be upgraded
