It’s one of the widest experience I had in my life at this hotel. No hot water, TV is ancient for not work. Bed with white ants. Broken toilet. Filthy. Paid Rs 2,240 for a street sleeping. Never again. A lot of lies at the reception. Dust all over the place. Anyone from overseas please do not even think of staying here

The room was clean but the smell inside the wardrobe was disgusting. The bathroom was really bad because the fittings are filthy and rusted. No silent sleep is possible. The location is good. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone to stay at any time. The restaurant was neat and clean but with a very limited menu. Have some car parking available at the same premises.

Been to a lot of hotels through online booking . They were the first to say u cant check in a few hrs before 12. We had an official online event to login during earlier hours and did inform the reception . Really poor service or hospitality.

An old but big hotel, located in the heart of the city. A venue for hosting different events across multiple domains. Ample parking space. They have different executive and non executive halls and dining areas. The rooms feel like they're 2 decades old and require serious maintenance and upkeeping, but they still charge exorbitant rates.

Book this place only if you don't find a room in the town. The entire staff is handicapped enough to understand your requirements. 1. No hot water in bathroom 2. Water leaking in gallery 3. Soiled towels 4. No urge to upgrade themselves. 5. Super late replies over housekeeping calls.

One of the worst hotels to stay. 1)Zero value for the money they charge 2) No proper amenities in the rooms for the money they charge. 3) Poorly equipped support and service staff 4) Had to ask for our towels, soaps and toiletries . They had given only 1 set for 3 guests. We had to demand, rather they obliging us. Also poorly washed towels. 5) Front end desk staff not at all hospitable, behaving as if they are doing a favour on us. 6) Arrogant and disinterested answers to questions asked. 7) Restaurant opens late and at their convenience, rather than customers needs. Would have given ZERO stars rating, but had to give some rating to proceed.

Bad experience. Lots of sound from outside. No control over drunken persons. They make lots of sound out side the room. Only one night I stayed with my my wife. She got totally frightened.Enough is enough. No more stay there.

An iconic name associated with Thrissur district of Kerala. May the 1st star hotel of the district. Situated in the heart of the city it is just behind another icon- the much famous Ragam theatre. Commutation to and fro from this location is never a concern as a few steps away is the Thrissur round where autos and buses are available at ease. A few distance away from the Railway station and KSRTC stand this is an ideal place for travellers looking for a comfortable place to stay. They have their own beer and wine parlour and offer room dining service with restaurant options too. Bharath hotel and Pathans hotel are the two famous vegetarian restaurants quite nearby to the Elite International. Walkable distance from the famous Sri. Vadakkumnathan Shiva temple, the name Elite remains still intact in the heart and minds of the "Thrissurians".

Entrance itself is dark, not clean, full of dust, not at all welcoming due to lack of light and negative vibes. Nobody answers housekeeping calls, was forced to wake them up to turn on the hot water. The bed sheets were unclean, room had a bad odor. Bathrooms have one small dim light, there was no soap, no dental kits. We had to ask for towels, bed sheets and pillows. Ordered tea, arrived an hour late. On the whole, rating is 0.5/5. The 0.5 being due to its proximity to the temple.

High time to upgrade the hotel from the old fashion. Rooms are ok at this price range. Most of the time we will have to ask for bed sheets even in double room .A bad smell always roams in bathroom in the 1st and 2nd floor. The receptionist a tall spectacle person person standing during day time really is horrible. His way of interaction is very bad. He always places his mistakes on the night receptionist young guy who is really good with customers. The hotel is running well because some good staffs like Mr Balan really take efforts to give customers especially during functions well satisfaction .He always is there for all helps. He is the person whom we can give 5 stars. Even though rooms are booked 3-4 months back last minute confusions are always there.I have been in the hotel for almost a year every month ,everytime i have encountered one or the other issue but always mr balan was there for recue . The resturant is good no doubt also the staffs in resturant is also very good

Very old property. Needs complete renovation in US Standard. The location is great.Right in the heart of the city. This property could have been much better if the management pays more attention. Faucets are leaking. Light switches are not easily reachable. Ward rob is above sofa and hard to reach.

Had a good stay. Though it's an old hotel maintained well.

Rooms are not maintained well. Bathrooms are clean. But they are still in the 90s infrastructure. AC rooms are ok ok. But Non-AC rooms are not up to the mark. Comparing to other hotels, rate is less and affordable. But the management should take some action to maintain the rooms in a decent look. Atleast paint the walls and change the furniture and cupboard. And there is no room service available at night. Room service is only available after 6AM. And we had a bad experience while went for the complementary breakfast. They provided only 2 plates of idlis (Even Vada was not there). And they told if you need anything else you should pay for it. The location is only the plus point. It is in the centre of the Thrissur town.

Hotel is located at Thrissur round so everything is easily accessible which is a huge plus. Rooms are okay and needs improvement as its pretty old hotel. Good for a one or two day stay. Parking available. Staff is kind and friendly.

Words cannot describe how unprofessional the staff at this hotel are. After a long day of travelling my pregnant wife and I arrived at the hotel wanting to stay 1 night. Although we hadn’t booked a room, we clearly saw there was availability online. We asked the receptionist for a room, he said there wasn’t any available. We showed him that there was availability online, and he then quickly said there was availability for only AC rooms. The price he gave was extremely inflated. We insisted that he give us the non-AC room as was clearly listed online, however he quickly changed the online status to “not available”. In disgust we walked out of the hotel. This is awful customer service. The receptionist should be ashamed of himself for trying to extort money out of two foreigners to his city. He couldn’t even find the decency to be honest when faced with a pregnant woman who was so clearly tired after travel. Never in my life have i experienced such inhospitable and dishonest behaviour from a well-established hotel before. For a hotel that has “International” in their name, they have fallen way below the standard of customer service that is accepted internationally. Shameful is all I can say.

Staff is very professional and helpful even after so many years they have maintained the right attitude that is suitable and needed for a tourism based state, unlike many other hotels. You could be rest assured that they would never overcharge you and could trust the quality of food and service.

Positive: The halls are spacious, equipped with a good sound system, boast a great ambiance, and serve delicious food. Balan Chetan and his team go the extra mile to support you, making them the key players in organizing programs and functions at Elite . Negative: It's advisable not to book rooms here as they may not meet the promised standards. Air conditioning often doesn't work in A/C rooms, new room bed sheets might not be washed, and the bathrooms and facilities may not live up to expectations. If you have an event at Elite, consider reserving a room at another hotel and use Elite solely for the function.

The rooms are good and they have parking space as well. I got complimentary breakfast but that was not fine. Rooms and service is good. Location is the main thing as its near to the vadakunathn temple.

Very good Hotel to stay at Thrissur. Very close to Railway and Bus stations. Rooms are really spacious and clean. There is balcony for every room. Staffs are also very helpful and supportive. It is really suggestible to every type of travellers.

The location is super perfect, the heart of Thrissur where the temples and shopping can be done on the same day.Close proximity was this Nadavarambu Krishna Brother's Brass and metals store to buy your choices.

The location is good. The room is big, but dusty floor and unclean towels. Complimentary breakfast consists of dosa only. Billing guests have other options. When I confronted the receptionist with this, he shouted at me as to how could I make such rudeallegations. According to him if there are more guests then shortage of food is not their fault. What a joke to pay for such service

Went to the restaurant.... The place is understaffed and so it took about 15 minutes to get our order..we ordered chicken biriyani..and I could smell the added pineapple essence right off the bat... But the chicken was great with enough gravy and spice...... There's ample parking space.. that's the only plus side of going there.

A post 90s hotel that still maintains its theme from a bygone era. Large spacious rooms and bathrooms, excellent connectivity to the centre of the city. Wide range of restaurants nearby and helpful staff. An easy recommendation for a quick stay.

Stayed in the hotel. It was the worst experience faced ever. Rooms not clean and good.... Heavy insects....and Rodents. Overall the rooms were dirtiest and unclean. Even people in the reception are unpleasant. Even Hospitality needs to be trained.

Great hotel for the price. Beat spacious fitness room I have seen in a long time. Great free coffee machine. Staff were all great and polite. The bartender, Ms Vicky was truly one of the most friendly and welcoming hotel staff ever! I have ever met, creating.relationships and treating people like family. She was extremely professional While enforcing safety rules, but did so kindly and respectfully! An amazing stay but I would recommend to absolutely anyone!

The worst experience. Enquired with the reception staff about the availability of rooms and they confirmed the booking. But, when I called the day before our stay, they said the rooms were full. If you wish to stay here, confirm the booking through any hotel booking app. Don't trust the hotel reception staff if they say that rooms will be available if you come directly. Very careless and irresponsible behaviour from the staff.

Old is gold so is elite, from outside it may not look great, but then rooms are good, spacious, service too good and people are quite loving....

I came here with my family for lunch, and I was impressed by the restaurant. The atmosphere is certainly up to the mark and the food quality is good. I have seen reviews in food delivery apps that the quantity is low for the price. While I agree with that, you can't expect a huge portion at huge and moderately expensive restaurants. If anything that needs improvement, it is the packaging of the food items. There should be recyclable packages instead of plastic.

Pathetic. Basic services not provided. Very rude staff. Definitely not advisable for senior citizens. No good food. No hot water in rooms. Charges are exorbitant. Not even worth 1 star
