Good known place for alfam and shawarma. I like the soft kuboos serving here. I recommend shawarma full plate at 160rs over all other shawarma here. Only chicken shawarma in sell now. Its very crowded place because of college students 😃 so avoid college closing time when you are in rush. Today 15 dec 21 we had very bad service experienceand here. We ordered the shawarma and after 40 min we didn't get our item. The waiter served others who come after us. So we quite the shop👿.

Good place for dining in the area. Very good and tasty dishes. Good staff service and great choices but a bit overpriced. Can be visited once a while. Overall experience was good.

We just had 1 full alfaham kuzhi manthi late night. It was tasted very good with best flavours. Manthi rice was well prepared, and quantity meets our satisfaction. Alfaham chicken should more crispy. Unfortunately especially for shawarma, this place is inconsistent. Especially with regard to taste and quantity. Sometimes they give a large one other times you get one so small that's not even worth Rs 80. Sometimes it's dry and lacks flavour. However yesterday when we went they were large and full of flavour. If they could give the same quality as the one they did yesterday, I wouldn't hesitate to give it 5 stars. Let's wait and see if they give me an opportunity to increase my rating. As usual, this is my opinion and YMMV.

Its a great place to try Chinese and North Indian food. Taste was very good. Hotel is strategically located near to railway station and ksrtc. Only problem is parking. There is simply no way to park your vehicles here. Dining experience was really good. Very soft spoken and polite servers. They treat the customers very well.

Had Alfahm manthi from here. It was nice. Quantity is good. Parking space not available

A good place to have chinese and arabic items. Service was good. Price is a bit higher. We have tried peri peri alfaham recently and it was just an average experience. Had tried normal alfahams before and was tasty then.

Spicy Shawarma Roll (Rumali) -₹120 Worth shawarma had in thrissur at reasonable price.Shawarma Roll gaves more taste by their crispy and spicy sause.Only Parking facilities was not sufficient.

I had ordered 1kg beef biryani..hardly 750gram.. very poor customer service.. hangs the call or does not respond.. Eat at your own risk and your tummy will respond.

Romali Roti Shawarma is worth the mention. The size is big and thick. The rates are ok... but felt that it was a bit bland. Filling should have been a bit spicy. The counter should ask for this option for better customer satisfaction. Rest all is upto the mark. Worth a bit, anytime...

When order through online they served different items for two times and when i called they said that they have nothing to do . Even I got feathers in Mandi chicken . Taste various according to their rush . I usually buy thripple rice that changes taste in every time there is no proper recipe. Coustmer service is very bad

Please don't order American Chopsuy (Chicken) if you aren't expecting it to be sweet. Loads of pineapple pieces and the entire dish tasted sweet and pineapple-like. Tried bringing this to their attention and it wasn't pleasant.

I've had a mostly great experience at Arabian Grill. The food is consistently delicious and the service is commendable. However, I did face an issue with one of my home parcels. Despite requesting extra mayonnaise, they completely forgot to include it. The porotta and shawai chicken really needed that accompaniment. While their dine-in service has been impeccable, they could benefit from being a bit more attentive when packing parcels. Hope they can maintain their standard consistently across all services.

Worst food that I ever had in my life service is obviously good. But food and the behaviour of the manager is worst.. Don't take a seat from their.. it will ruin your whole day..😔

Last night we went directly to Arabian grill for a parcel and ordered Schezwan chicken noodles, but we got Schezwan chicken curry instead.. we realised this after reaching home and opened parcel to have food, we immediately called up the restaurant and to our great shock the employee or whosever attended the call spoke rudely and was not ready to listen to anything we were telling and instead yelling on us that we gave an incorrect order.. we tried convincing that we have given the order correctly but he was not ready to listen and told his employee never go wrong. he was like what can we do if 10 customers call and tell lies, we cannot replace everything. and he was trying desperately to make us the culprits, donno why! Finally after repeated failed attempts we gave up and hanged up phone..
