The rooms were clean, very comfortable, Calm & quite place to relax . Front Office staff were extremely accommodating Especially Ms. Ebi & simy . The food in the restaurant was great . We used the gym , it was well equipped & had an instructor too . My wife got a relaxing & soothing full body massage from the Ayurveda in the hotel itself. We had a wonderful experience altogether. We will definitely choose this hotel again & recommend this to our family & friends .

Could be a part of the open air live barbecue dinner hosted by Joys palace. Need to mention, the ambience was simple and elegant. Staffs were very friendly especially Mr. Arun. He needs a special mention as he took extra pain to keep us feel at ease. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Salads and soups also added to the happiness of our taste buds. The lights and the pool side feel was good… Thanks a lot Team JOY PALACE for making our day special.

Went for official work and stayed on the eleventh floor where the view was beautiful and pool also available. Rooms are about sanitised and very clean including restrooms. Balcony and pathways were quite silent.

My experience with the banquet for parties has been extremely good. We host a lot of events here . Services are well catered to and everything is done professionally. Location is best as its centrally located with a good parking space. All the halls are clean and near with wash and washroom facilities. Staff are well mannered and are ready to help. Keep up the good work

Just wanted to share that the pre wedding function of my sister arranged in pool side (9/2/22) and the wedding arranged in house of nobles banquet hall and highness banquet hall (10/2/22) went really well. Thank you Joys palace, thank you Mr Jain

An excellent 3 star facility. with an elegant view of the entire city. I regularly hold few sales meeting and training here the service from a small tea all the way to the top is excellent and unconditional. I just love it and anybody having second thoughts if its okay or not take my word for stay , function etc this is an awesome experience

A good hotel. The hotel is very near Kokkala Junction and if one is reaching the hotel via the road junction in the evening, one can expect a traffic jam. Buffet breakfast is from 7.30 AM, but the buffet was not fully ready at that time.

This property was the only five star hotel in Trichur. This time the property disappointed me when I checked in. The higher category of room did not have a mini-bar (refrigerator) and some basic housekeeping amenities (milk powder, room slippers etc). I received a call from the guest relationship manager on the very next day and I raised these concerns and it was addressed immediately. The refrigerator was kept before that itself (on demand). The bed, linen, towels are neat and clean. Food is reasonably good (complimentary breakfast and in room dining) and I appreciate the in room dining staff who told me a particular fish I ordered is frozen, not very fresh. There was no luggage assistance. Front office executives are friendly and helpful. They currently do not have their Bar license, hence no liquor is available.

One of the best places to accommodate your friends and family. I happen to book the entire floor for my wedding. My guests enjoyed the ambience and all of the w ere cherished to see the grandeur of the state of kerala. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to experience the grandeur and heritage of the traditional kerala culture. It's a 5 star rated Hotel.. Live life palace style

A nice place for Team dinner! Ambience is amazing.. Liked the way they have set up the dining place! They do arrange buffet in weekdays on prior notice. About the food.. Tomato soup was yummy.. salads were surprisingly tasty and too good.. dragon potato was a good starter! Lal maas that is mutton curry was average.. flavour was really pungent and oily! The best part was the chicken kebab.. it was delicious! I would definitely go for it the next time. foodie_kochie ☺️✌️

Good ambience, but rooms are not 5 star standard/quality. Housekeeping needs improvement. Toiletries are not kept in the rooms

I went to attend a wedding lunch .The food was horrible. May the hotel allowed an outside catering company. The staff were very unprofessional. The restrooms of the wedding hall was locked. We had to request the available staff to open it. Someone showed up after a long wait to open it. They won't apologize for our inconvenience.

Organized an event 2 week back at this hotel. Staff attitude very bad. Frequent power failure. Took 30 min to serve a black tea for chief guest . Rooms and facility good.

I had huge expectations regarding the Christmas buffet lunch they served A special buffet is what they had advertised But turned out as a disaster Turkey was the main dish they served but it was not cooked properly I had even told the concerned people regarding the cook of turkey which they just ignored Very less items were there in the 'special' lunch Dessert section was a joke They had kept cut fruits for ice cream near that but it git over really fast and we had requested them to add more cut fruits but was ignored by the staff big time 👎 They had live counter for fish fry and cutlet Fish fry was as thin a slice of lemon and cutlet was semi burnt On top of all this they charged 999 per person So felt like got scammed

The worse, horrible and good example for a bad Hotel. Firstly they don't treat their employees well. I used to work there, service is really poor because no one gets their 100% salary. It's been more than 3 months still i haven't got my clearance.

Took family since it was my little sisters b'day. Asked for a pastry option since it was bday and i personally walked up to the counter. They said only pineapple pastry is available which was fine with me. Said please bring it with a candle since it was a surprise. Ordered food. Saw pizza and pasta feast. Ordered one biriyani aswel. Fish biriyani was sweet with too much of caramelized onion. Pasta was too too bad. Pathetic I would say. It was tooo runny and too much of fresh cream and no cheese whatsoever . No cake was given as per the order. Said it was over. Told the waiter the food was bad. He said ok.. No sorry as well. Wish there was an option to give -10 . Can't imagine how come this is a 5 star hotel when food, ambience , customer service everything is poor

Does not deserve to be 5 Star Rated. It is horrible place. The tap water was muddy and I had no option but to allow the tap water flow down - 200 liters plus. Food menu was for namesake. The restaurant did not have 80% items out of the menu. Horrible experience.

Horrible management. My guest had to wait 45 mins for the check-in. Said the system was down. They didn't have any idea which room was occupied or not . Water was blocked in the bathtub with no shower curtains. The receptionist wasn't even concerned when i mentioned this to them . We told them clearly about payment when checkout, but they lost all the info and asked the guest about payment
