Felt over priced. The room that we got was full of cockroaches. Water drainage wasn’t working in bathroom. Due to this, water was getting blocked inside bathroom. Curtain roller was broken, So we couldn’t open it. Room lighting was looking dull. Not sure if these issues were common in every room. Lift is small and can accommodate only 4 people at a time. They have only 1 iron box for the entire hotel and won’t provide even on request. Instead they advise you to take their ironing service which costed Rs. 40 for 2 shirts. Ambience in reception area was good. Located in prime area. Walkable distance from railway station. Have good restaurants nearby.

Had stayed here for 2 days that too during New year's Eve - 31st Dec & 01st Jan 2023. The hospitality which these people have shown is excellent, the rooms were clean & food was nice. Mr. Suresh, the Manager was so reachable & amiable. When we went to Athirapally, our people of 35 members weren't able to get food there, then we called to the hotel by 4 pm, they have made food ready within 1.5hrs, we were so relieved of that act. Total stay was worthwhile, definitely recommend for the family to stay🙏

Its very accessible area railway station and bustand is near to the hotel, service they have done very nicely conference hall was nice

Ideal location close to Thrissur railway station, KSRTC bus stand and Thrissur Round. I have stayed there for official purpose. Last week I had a function to attend in connection with my new assignment with ICCSL in the conference hall on the first floor. Spacious and good. Parking is provided just opposite to the hotel on the Warriam road, Thrissur 👍

One of the best porotta’s of all time!! I have never eaten any porotta as delicious as this one. It was just the right amount of crispness and softness. The other dishes that we ordered were great too.

We conducted a family get together here. It is a very convenient location for people coming from different parts of Kerala and coimbatore. There are different conference halls, we can select the one we want All together our family members enjoyed the event.

Recently visited with family friends. RESTAURANT I usually used to visit the restaurant with my family and friends. Maintained the quality of food and also the quality of service they provide. As a change there are some renovations done at the restaurant area. Have done some lighting work and have improved the lighting. The restaurant is group friendly too. BANQUET HALL There are different types of banquet halls that are there for different occupancy. Near and clean banquet area and restroom. ROOMS maintains the cleanliness of the rooms. PARKING A sufficient amount of four wheelers and two wheelers parking space is available at the property and also dedicated spaces are there for parking. STAFFS Good friendly and informative staffs. Dedicated fire place are also there.

Attended a business meeting in one of their hall. Sufficient parking available. Lot of options nearby to shop, eat, railway and bus station. Food served was good and tasty.

Hotel Pearl Regency was an average hotel that is overpriced for the stay. The food was not good, two of my cousins fell ill the next day. Overall it is a place you could visit if you needed a place to stay for the night and that's it. Comfort: 3/5 Food: 1/5 Value for money: 2.5 Service: 4/5 Do I recommend: Not really

We booked an AC room in ground floor on June-19th for a small function for lunch. Food what we got was completely different from what we pre-ordered days before. Some Non veg items are missing and they adjusted with veg items which was not there in our bill. There is no space for parking and security doesn't have any idea where to accommodate. And i had to park at my own risk by keeping my Mobile no visible for everyone. I had to out multiple times to change the car position in middle if the function. To increase AC cooling, I have informed multiple times but no one bothered to attend. Still it's crowded just because it's near railway station.

Very good hotel. Most of the facilities are available. Restaurant is fabulous with great decor. Good is delicious. Staff is courteous & helpful. I wish they provide WiFi. Overall a good experience and a wonderful stay. Reasonably priced. Also centrally located

Never experienced such a customer caring hotel before. The dining area was neatly arranged. Interior and the ambience with music will give you decent mood. Variety of chinese and other food items were available. Each of the item was tasty. Price is considerable according to the facility available. Function halls and hotel rooms are also available at the building. Vast parking space near to the regency. Best place to conduct a function in thrissur city apart from the traffic.

The capacity of hall is Average . Aesthetic view is good and well maintained. Parking area is average. Facilities provided are good .

Went there for a function . Place is well maintained. Food they provided was nice.. good ambiance. The lift was too small barly 4 persons can stand together.

The location is a little hard to find but is widely known and the service is not the bad except for the food because it's kind of cold but the rooms are very beautiful and spacious it'a nice experience

We had a very pleasant stay at Niya Regency early this week on 3rd October 2023. The hospitality of the staff needs special mention. The rooms neat and well maintained. The food served here was sumptuous which we really enjoyed the most.Thanks to all.

Very near to railway station rooms are neat and clean but very small. Parking in front of hotel is limited . Parking ground is available on other side of road.

Sorry to post this negative review but I checked in the midnight only to find that it's not the same old hotel I used to visit. Rooms are run down and poorly appointed. When you pay, there is a certain expectation of cleanliness and hygiene, I feel completely let down. Stained linen, poor quality bath towels, and stench emanating from the room. I used my perfume spray. Definitely not coming back to stay here on my return from sabarimala. Sad to see Pearl Management overlooking maintenance issues.

Posting this review after my visit to 'Pearl Residency in Thrissur. I visited there last week of March 2023. The rooms were clean at reasonable price. A bottle of water and breakfast was given as complimentary. Main attraction is the hotel situated at walkable distance from bus station. I recommended this hotel if anyone come to Thrissur.

The best thing about the hotel is location. Very near to the Railway station and close enough to the town centre (which is locally known as "Round"). Rooms are okay. Service is a bit laid back. As for food, breakfast is good. But for the rest of the day, not so good.

Ample parking space and seating space. Food was ok, nothing awesome. Hall is spacious and neat. Well lit. Toilets are neat. Dining area is good enough for small crowd. Good had wash area with mirrors. Staff were good. The lobby area in ground floor has good sofas for photography. Neat lift and it's in working condition.

This place so much grate for a function or programmes the services is good. This pearl. Regency is filled with lot of hall we can choose the hall that comfort to us. And the serivices and dinning all over decorations are very good enjoyed that moments

It is very poor and old amenities. They charged very high amounts for the poor amenities. The banquet hall and the rooms are full of Cockroach . Very hard to stay here.

Extremely sad experience towards the food they are serving in their resturant. The chicken used in the biriyani was not cooked well,😯. like, blood contents and smells bad.😐

It's very nearer to railway station and busstand. Room service is good. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner have more variety. It's a pleasant stay for me 🙂

I stayed here last week , as a lady i won't recommend this hotel for ladies ..my rooms window has not locked in the night time .I tried hard to lock it late night ....And rooms are average .But food in the restaurant is good ,...Pls make ensure the safety of the guests first , especially ladies .
