This is the condition of the room they gave us for Rs. 7000 (2days) it was not at all hygienic the photos they showed us was way different from the actual room and there were houseflies everywhere it's not just one or two it's really like thousands of houseflies in there courtyard . The hotel totally sucks. Bt we had to stay there coz no other hotel was available due to Thrissur pooram and we had already booked these guys. Edit : I'm just happy I've survived the place

Not Recommended for families. I checked in to the room at midnight with my family. Even though it was an a / c room, the whole room was infested with mosquitoes, We could feel a bad smell all over the room, bed sheets and Blanket also feel the same very bad smell.

Worst place i have ever seen. There are no rooms. But they invited me. And am booked before 1 month. Don't book here. They said "prebooking that's enough" but i came there, they said to me no room available here. Then i will going to the another hotel LEMON RESIDENCY. They are treated me like a premium customer. First of all learn how to behave a customer then try to understand what they are saying. Worst experience don't book.

Denied Check in even after showing booking confirmation message from OYO. They informed that all rooms are full and can't do anything to provide us with rooms. Stating it as issue with OYO website. Very worst experience.

Worst hotel ever. I am somebody who travels around different places every month. This hotel is worst in terms of staff behavior and hospitality. from the moment of check-in their receptionist was irritating and rude in every possible ways. Such an arrogant lady.. but the manager was better. Also the room had broken tiles and was hard to walk on. bathroom was not cleaning with dirty smell and closet. Bedsheet was smelly , AC was not working... Very poor food with high rates also. In a total, please Don't go to this place.

The rooms are old and with no updated washrooms. The taps and other washroom appliances are almost disfunctional. The worst experience we had was with food. I am a PURE VEGETARIAN. Expected the hotel to at least keep proper vegetarian food. But during the dinner buffet kept for our group, we found CHICKEN in the GOBI MANCHURIAN. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Some Rooms are descent and air conditioned. Some rooms were in pathetic condition. There is no hot water available for bath on any of the day.bathroom of room no 214 was stinking. Service for breakfast refilling needs to improve when crowd is more. Staff is humble. Pure veg people should be beware as some members in our group got chicken pieces in the gobi Manchurian which was kept for buffet.

Not so good. Absence of a working restaurant for breakfast/tea/coffee is a negative point. Housekeeping is next to worst. Needs a lot of improvement and better hospitality to attract guests. Oyo always offer complinentary breakfast but We were not provided.

People will love this hotel who loves beverages and bar. For a family this is not suggestable. The bed and bedsheets and the room itself is too old. They are managing somehow to get money. I have booked some other OYO room in the nearby place and it was nice experience, here at the time of chekin it was very frustrated by the front office executive ( old man). People who are first time in thrissur should choose some other hotel.

The room was spacious, but their maintenance was very poor and not at all customer friendly. At the very least, they must maintain the standard of what they charge per day. Untidy bathroom and toilet.. Eating area was housefull with flies. No drinking water at all. When we informed our concerns to the person in the front desk, he was like we never existed.. Good room. Room do not have extra locks except main lock with key. So technically, hotel authorities with duplicate key can open room even if you are inside it.

The room was just 'okay'. There must be some improvements in the service provided to customers. The receptionist was behaving in somewhat rude behaviour. Also the intercom facility and tv was not working and it was like as if it is kept just for namesake. Overall they were not customer-friendly.

We had a very bad experience today.. we ordered biriyani beef fry and meals.The beef fry we got was spoilt with bad taste and smell when we notified them about this the serving person said it was fresh..still he took the dish away.After that no staff came to our table to attend on us nor did they apologize for the bad experience. They did not include the price of the dish in the bill. Then we tried to meet the manager after this to which we got a reply that he was not there and got a vague apology from the staff in the counter.

The person at the reception had a very bad behaviour. First they don’t accept card. They made us walk here and there for an ATM as we did not know places here. And there was a huge delay in checking in. Because of the current covid crisis I preferred wearing a mask. He told me to remove the mask and look into the cctv. I thought maybe it was to confirm my identity, but then I noticed that he wasn’t doing the same for the other ladies who were checking in there. I wanted to ask him why I alone have this special treatment but I did not want to creat a fuss over there. Rooms are pretty average. More than the rooms, it is this bad service at the reception that disappointed me more

This is my second experience from here. We book through some website where their room tariff changes when we check in. They don't tell you this before, they tell you only when you check in... There has been something not working in this property. Last time it was Wifi, this time hot water was not available. The receptionist is super strict about the check-in time. Does not even start the paper work a minute before that. When you are that strict, they should also provide all the services promised. Poor service.

First the best part the rooms were very tidy and nice with a working tv. Now the negative. There is no hot water. I ordered room service but even after telling the guy to clear plates he left with a blank expression. The food plates were there all night and we checked out the next day so I don't know how long they were planning for the dirty plates to be kept in our room.

Good rooms at reasonable price, dont go beyond OYO rates, they will not accept low oyo fares, better confirmed the rates with them directly. Room services and rates are good and reasonable. Washroom cleaning shall be inproved.....

I had shezwan chicken noodles last night it was very oily and complained about it to the staffs to which they didn’t even bother to reply following that am at the hospital for abdominal discomfort now. Think twice before having food from this restaurant.
