Good experience

I took the elephant tour out of Thrissur. My guide, Suresh, was absolutely wonderful--engaging, warm, very knowledgable not only about the animals but their place in Keralan history, and honest about what the life of a festival elephant is like. He spoke fluent English and took me to two very cool hole-in-the-wall restaurants that I never would have discovered on my own. Suresh is great at his craft and a real pleasure to be around!

Excellent Place ...

An excellent experience for about 3 hours ride on the boat, this boat had a room with Bed and AC on the lower deck with an adjoining dining room and an open area with sofa on the lower deck , the upper deck had chairs and a nice view. Lunch was served on the boat and tasted excellent. The boat had a mike and music system and a temporary dance floor was arranged on the deck. The boat man was very helpful and was constantly telling us the location and explaining the view. On request he later took us to a coconut island which they owned and spent some time there too, later they took us on a canoe back to where we started from. overall an excellent journey and would recommend all to experience the same.

I arranged a 15-day tour of Kerala through Mr Suresh at Palmland Tours. On the basis of an outline I gave him he made hotel bookings, arranged a car and driver and various tours. My husband and I were very happy with his organisation, promptness, communication and responsiveness while we were in Kerala. We would be happy to use Palmland Tours again.

We arranged a tour to Parambikulam Tiger Reserve and onwards to Coconut Island, north of Thrissur, through Suresh of Palmland Tours. He was reliable in the service he provided and transparent in his costing. He was good at responding promptly to emails. When some details of the package changed, due to unavailability, he provided us with a full refund. Suresh is very professional in his services and I would certainly work with him again.
