Travelled to UK with Platinum Vacation. My friend who had taken their domestic holidays recommended me.Had a great experience right from taking VISA, travel & stay at England & Scotland. Their follow up for travel documents for VISA, timely updates of the trips is what make them professionals.The whole trip was has per the itinerary, the food through out the travel was Indian. During sightseeing they mentioned which places were worth spending and which were not. Overall a five start service especially traveling abroad and compared to experience I had with other tour operators.

Had met Mr. Abhilash from Platinum Vacations during one of the trade fairs in Mumbai. Basis the profile of the company and warm assurance, I planned a family trip to Kerala in February 2017. I must admit it was one of the best decisions we made. The planning of the tour was meticulous and also the rates were the best on offer to go with the services. The operations team was quite accommodative and helpful in few changes we made on tour as per our convenience. The quality of the hotels and vehicle used was outstanding. The cab driver was courteous and offered valuable suggestions as well. It was easily one of the best trips i had undertaken. A Wonderful and unforgettable experience of Goa. All the credit goes to Platinum Stays and Team....They booked us an excellent resort at Morjim which is on the coastline itself....the beach was very calm ,beutiful and also decently crowded with mostly russian crowd..The shacks were perfect with great room services and hospitality, the night vibes were superb i have to say.... The only reason I am giving a 5 star rating is because its hundred times better that online booking. I am a busy person and many times I have to reschedule my holiday plans or cancel it and whenever I booked through online deals I was charged cancellation charges, however platinum vacations didn;t do that. I had booked a Kodaikanal trip with Platinum vacations and had to cancel last minute. I had already paid the amount to them however I was refunded the whole amount. Also I get to speak to a single person every time I call and do not have to keep explaining the same thing again and again which I have to do with online booking call centers. The hotel that was arranged was very comfortable, they arranged the pick up and drop as well as the sight seeing, overall really happy and satisfied with their service and will be using in future.

This review is regarding an all ladies trip that we took in May this year. Since we were travelling for the first time as an all girls batch, we were excited about our trip. We started with the plan of going to Srilanka and approached Platinum Vacations to arrange this for us. We were initially skeptical on how we should be approaching the sightseeing and local transportation given it is a new country and lack of backpacking experience. Platinum Stays assured us that everything will be taken care of and we started the process of booking with them. Everything including the visa was done by this team - they gave us the best hotel options at very nominal prices, local transport options etc. However due to the emergency situation in Srilanka, we had to cancel the trip. The complete fare was refunded without fuss though the booking were already made. Hence we decided we will change the location and continue the association with this firm. We had a week to schedule the next trip and decided to zero in on Mussoorie. We had the complete itinerary in 2 days flat with all the options for stay and local transportation. The prices were the best we could get (we did google the rates too :)). The cab arranged had a very professional and knowledgable driver. Slight changes in the itinerary was never frowned upon and he was happy to show us the places and explain the details of the places. We spent 4 nights travelling to Haridwar, Rishikesh, Mussoorie and Dehradun. Overall this firm was professional and did regular follow ups to ensure everything is going as per plan. They were always a call away for any assistance and very patient enough to listen to all our queries and change requests .. Thank you Platinum Vacations and we will definitely come back for more ..
