    Worst costomer service ! I got a journy from Alathur Kerala to Chennai in the date of 25th may 2023. Inr 1500 was the charge for ac sleeper. The bus was on time, they said that there will water bottle suply in bus. Unfortunately there was no water given by the buss staff. I want to ofboard at the stop Acharapakkam driver said that we can't stop there you have to go Melmaravathoor. And don't book this ,buss again. As the result of I shouted to stop the bus they stoped 3km ahead. I walked the three km with my belongings to reach my destination Worst buss service ever
