This is an expensive hotel with very basic facilities in fact less than basic facilities. The rooms were very small for the price paid plus the sheets were dirty and was unclean. The floors were unclean too. Very disappointed with the service and I would not suggest this place to anyone. Infact there are other basic rooms which are less costly and more spacious than this. There are no plug points except for the ones plugged to the lamps. The online booking showed this place as full however when you visit directly in fact there are rooms available and they charge at a higher price. Overall very bad experience and I would not suggest anyone to book this place considering the poor service. If I had an option I would not give even 1 start review.

Rooms are clean and neat ! ❣️ Prices are reasonable (in online booking)😜 Facilities like play ground, restaurant are very good.🥳🎉 All basic facilities (supermarket, stores, medical stores etc) are available nearby. ! 👌 Parking facilities is available with security.👌 Receptionist Sheba & Hrithik was really supportive for making the arrangement.👍❣️ Restaurant are not so costly and food are tasty (little bit spicy)😀 I will recommend this anyone want to stay with family and kids. 👍👍

Quite poor service! Air conditioner didn't work, no hot water, clogged shower, no tissue paper. Horrible experience

The rooms are small. The bathroom wasn't clean, the towel, bedsheet had stains on it. Hot water wasn't there. Overall it was poor experience. Not worth the price. Only positive is the location, can easily be accessed from NH

Very nice comfortable rooms, excellent reception staff especially Seba, very helpful. Good parking place . Restaurant service is slow,need to improve on that ,but overall very good experience.

Lalys residency is one of the finest residency in thrissur. Rooms are excellent and room services are superb. Their hospitality is amazing one. They are having delux, standard, suit rooms available for different class. Moreover amble car parking is there and very relaxed place to stay. They have hypermarket and a class restaurant near this rooms.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 days with family. But at the time of check in , only one room was given and we’re asked to wait 6 hours. Even after that they were unable to provide room and i was forced to call Agoda customer support. Then by late night 11 pm they provide a normal room with no stated amenities as per my booking. Apart from these issues stay was okay.

Prime location, room service was excellent. Cleanliness and maintenance was poor. Elevator shaft opening from rooms were not properly secured, may lead to safety hazard

I had attended a marriage function , the hall ambiance was nice with good air conditioning and lighting, one important thing I have noticed that the wash area and the toilet was very neat and clean, there is ample of parking space with a small children park having swings and slides.There is a hypermarket just below and also room are available.

Booked deluxe room for a family guest of 4, they were so adamant on giving extra bed for kids and insisted to take extra room even if we opt for a suite, so we took the extra room. They informed us there were issues when they checked out too and the front staff behaviour was very bad. Very bitter experience.

Staff behavior is very bad. Very baad. Not choose this residency. Very poor maintained This is hotel is the worst one....Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality... beds have bugs in it...gloomy ambience...it is a mess in the middle of a messy locatiootherwise guys don't book this hotel at all.....

We satyed with family. We got 2 suite rooms with interconnected door, which was very convenient. Rooms are very neat and clean. Staff also very friendly and helpful.

Unhygienic rooms which stinks very bad, too low quality bathrooms. Water gets logged even after a quick shower in washroom. Beds were stinking for the whole day, couldn't sleep properly dues to the noise of the Air conditioner and the bad smell in the room. Not at all recommended.

The rooms were good, neat and tidy. The only problem I felt with the room was NO mirror in the room. There is a big on in front of the wash room but it is inconvenient to use while dripping a saree and all. Except that everything was good.

The stay here was so welcoming since the first day we arrived. I can’t fault the staff at all here. They were amazing. Both chechi and chettan who checked us in and out were so lovely. I can’t fault any of the staff that were assisting us. We were able to leave here very happy. Will definitely be coming back whenever we visit here again. Thank you all again for all your hospitality and help for us and letting us stay there☺️
