The most important thing is it's location, it is just 350m away from railway station and also the area is heart of the city, the rooms are clean but give a feel of 19th century, less ventilation no power backup, reception is also of old style, bathrooms are not so clean as it shoud be, reception is the most important part in hotel business it should be appealing. Seeing all above points the prices are on higher side.

If you're looking for a convenient place to stay in the very heart of Thrissur city, then this is the place to be. Very near to railway station and KSRTC bus stand, you won't find a note central location. But having said that, this ain't no Leela Palace either. It's from a previous generation, but the rooms are clean. People may argue the room rates are a bit on the higher side, but it's location makes it worth the price.

The place is completely out of time. After entering, I felt as though I had travelled back to 1940's. It was not quite clean and no proper ventilation. The bathroom (OMG!).. You really will travel back to the 1940's if you see that! Overpriced for the facility provided. Would advice to choose another equivalent tourist home rather than staying here.

Chandy's Home is good for tourists wanna safe palace and staff is good co operate you and more helpful so nice clean palace ☺️. It's such a few distance from Thrissur railway station

A very economical and good place to stay. The staffs are very cooperative. The place is very close to Railway station and KSRTC busstand.

The worst hotel I ever stayed. You will be taken back to 1800 type toilets , very bad room , very poor service. In fact they have to pay you to take this room I don’t know why corporation let these type of lodges even run !!

Just for the sake of budget we can stay here. Nothing else
