We had a terrific Experience from this jewelry on 24/10/2021… The Customer service was very disappointing, we had a scheme opened there, after one year we went there to close the scheme n buy some gold from that scheme, after taking some jewels from there the salesman ( never mentioning his name) asked us to reopen the scheme again but, once we said we’re closing the scheme, the sales man left from there n we waited there for long 1 n half hours , after waiting there for long time we went to the bill counter , then only we understand it was a planned one, the people from that billing counter also was played a cheap role in btw, then we asked about our bill then only they made our bill.. if we said we’ll open a new scheme they’ll treat neatly, that’s their role.. I would never go or never suggest anyone to go there from now, the customer service was so poor, please make some people who’s nice to customers then only it will work…. Worst worst worst customer service we had… 🙏🏻

They make you wait for longer period of time! The executives don't even care once you are made to sit in the sofas kept over there. Probably they don't care about it as well coz they remain giving good Ads in media but live experience not so good!!! If you want something, I would suggest to go for Bhima Jewellery to get a better experience! My experience and service to me was bad at Kalyan Jewellers!

My experience is so bad. Kalyan is one of the most reputed Jewellers, there is no doubt at all. When u ofr ur MC 3% in ur advt it is very intrstng, but while purchasing gold frm u the same is mountening up. I think sometimes it is up to 50%. In MC 3% package there wil b 1 or 2 pcs only. I hv Pucrchased thrice in 2020 frm Kaln.

Next time, I won't Go there, for God Sake, Guyz, try to avoid this Shop for your Gold purchases ...

It has got a Good Collection of Jewellery besides having a bunch of courteous and knowledgeable Staff but they need to pay some serious attention to their Infrastructure. Their Parking place is uneven and some of the chairs are in Tattered condition.

Went in for an engagement ring. Never told us a reorder for different size will be a months wait on platinum(Sandeep served us he was very professional but not giving me the full advice was poor). Apparently! You can only exchange it once if it wasnt the right size. Or else they buy it back at 80% after first exchange, and then you buy a new one. Very poor!! When I said I wasn't happy and I won't be coming for the wedding purchases the serving guy just smirked (I think their name was Sijo Joy) at us. It was embarrassing. Needless to say I spend my money at a competitor for the bangles etc. And with us being abroad, we're stuck with a ring we weren't happy. Be aware and ask for all terms and conditions.

Very bad experience with Kalyan.....

The billing has taken over 1.5 hours and I have had a bad experience here . I wish the customer experience was better than what my parents and I went through. With my senior citizen parents no one even bothered to communicate the delay while the staff saw us wait for long hours. I had to go to the manager and tell them before we received an apology. A good customer experience means proactively recognising what’s a customers need and problem too. After this experience I am really hesitant to go back.

It seems Kalyan is no more interested in making available abundance of selections or varieties as they had before. We did return without effecting the purchase just owing lack of selections even for normal bangles. However, I still love and trust the brand, that is why three stars.

I experienced predatory and insensitive selling practices when I was exchanging my late mother's jewelry. My wishes were ignored and after 3 hours of harassment, I gave in to their demands. My 22K jewelry was exchanged for 18K jewelry. Please train your employees to be more sensitive in time of grief.

Cheating customers. We tried to exchange old jewellery they say 32gram is of other metal in that gold necklace and we will loss 32 gram if we exchange. So we didn't gave the necklace and give to other wholesale jeweller they say only 8 gram will be loss. And the Kalyan staffs are misleading us about the jewelleries and not giving accurate price details(panikooli) of jewelleries. And their behaviour is not good. Totally disappointed and never be buying any products from any Kalyan shops. And had poor selection too.

They take arbitrary dicision on the old gold being taken back and randomly select the item to be checked for purity.They do not check the old gold in front of the customer.

Worst customer service. Staffs here are trained to argue with customers to prove a point and not help the customers.

I'm not an expert in commenting about jewellers so cannot opinion about making charges and gold quality. All ornaments are offered in wide variety and patterns across age and culture. BIS hallmarked with 1 year guarentee is offered with take back scheme. Ideally located with parking facility is a blessing.

Good ambiance and nice place in the round is an added advantage for the shop. Parking is available. I don't know how and where to park if more people visit the shop. Good and friendly people served in a very decent way. Both gold and silver jewellery available.

Had a very bad experience from this jewellery shop. They came to our house canvassing us to buy the engagement ring.. they took the measurement for the ring and when i got it was really tight.. we went to get that sorted as earlier they mentioned they alter the size if there are any issues But when we went the way they dealt was totally horrible.. one of the person was behaving as if it was our mistake.. they said they cant alter the ring size and we might have to get a new one made and for that we might have to pay extra for the making charges.... i had to alter it from local goldsmith and that too without even having to pay anything extra... horrible experience would not recommend this shop...

Pathetic service, we made a purchase last week and we were not given the original invoice as they told us the server was down and we were asked to come after 2 days, went today to collect the bill and they says the same thing , after a heated conversation they finally gives us the invoice after making us wait for 45 minutes

Kind attention to the concerned authority. Collection is good but billing process is too pathetic. Staff needs to be replaced by efficient and quick working staff. I have purchased ornaments three times from your hazratganj lucknow showroom but your staff Mr deepak and Mr ravi at the counter billing area are pathetic. They say “sir 5 minute lagta hai billing mein” and they take more than 40 mins in billing. They should be replaced immediately. You can verify the same by checking the cctv recordings and calling me on my number. They take payement as soon as customer reach the counter but give the bill and product after 30-40 mins. This is kind of decieving where you take the payment and then spend your time in liesure talking and roaming here and there making the customer wait unnecsarily. I direct you to take action against the above mentioned staff and kindly intimate within 10 days beyond which i will take the matter to district consumer forum for suitable action as this is a case of making a valuable customer wait unnescary and not valuing precious time.

I prefer kalyan jewellers among other jewellers for gold and diamond jewellary for the past many years bcoz of their good customers service and collections but over the years their customer service become very bad(rude behaviour ). I had a very bad experience today when i went to buy a ear ring for my daughter. Salesman insulted my wife and never accepted or apologize for their bad behaviour. They have lost a loyal customer today and i ll not recommend kalyan for anyone hereafter.
