The provide Good customer service nice collections. They have parking areas too but its medium space. They take very small amount of working fee on gold. So it's very helpful for middle class families. If you look at good ornamental design at lower price you can go there. If you like my please give a like button, its very motive me for write reviews for another shops..

Really not impressed with the service, for Mother’s Day had called them up and asked to send designs of bangles , even said will have someone pick it up as we are in Mumbai and wanted to gift to mom, someone from the shop called , after which no response, tried calling the following day no one bothered picking up, later tried Anotuer gold jewellery shop who tended to my needs..

Ishara is a very good jwellery in my opinion. I always had a feeling like they are always customer-oriented. I said customer oriented for several reasons - if you like a design that you had seen elsewhere, they are willing to check with the supplier to get you the ornament with the design. ( I dont know if they are being friendly because they have seen us there many times or sumthing but that is what i have seen) (Reading this would make you feel like i am vouching for ishara, but i am just stating my personal experience and my thoughts) I usually go with my family and salepersons are down to earth at offering discounts and adjusting the price maximum. I think 2/3 times the salesperson and the manager had tried to get us discounts and adjusting the price maximum. I have my whole family purchasing, exchanging and returning gold to/from ishara, and i heard none of them complaining about anything there. They said - that if we were to return the ornaments with diamonds on it, they would take that back in and return the exact same price for which they sold to us. And that no other jwellers is going to do so. (You should check with the jewellery if this is still the case. I dont know furthermore as we never returned the ornaments)
