Good boating experience.... Good staff and affordable prices

Celebrated our kids birthday here. We enjoyed the house boat cruise through the river with a humorous commentary by the skipper. The hotel facilities are well maintained and world class. And the buffet dinner was excellent. Staff was friendly and very accommodating to our requests. Recommended!

Beautiful place with good ambience and amenities. Spacious rooms and neat washrooms. Food is excellent and lot of choices are there. Staffs are co operative and helpfull. Way to the resort is little confusing. But can manage with Google map. Need more facilities for fishing and direct approach to the back water.

Visted Blue Serene for a wedding, the staff kept strict adherence to Covid protocols, with temperature checking and sanitation being provided. The wedding hall arrangement were splendid, with thee food being amazing.

We hosted wedding of my Cousin. From day one when started the interaction with the resort, it was very warm and welcoming. They accommodated our various request and was open for suggestions. They even accommodated few last minute change request from our side. All the staff was very well trained (who facilitated our function) and resort was running with full COVID-19 protocol including the resort staff and all our guest. Coming to food, it was very good on both quality and quantity wise. Would definitely recommend for others and would also definitely visit again.

Our recent get together of class mates at Blue Serene was very enjoyable. Having known each other for over 60 years from Class V, it was an ideal place for us to chill out freely. The rooms, food and services provided were outstanding. The staff were very polite and ever ready to help. Just two suggestions. The gardens and surrounding areas leading to jetty could do with a little more sprucing up. The road from Highway to the resort could have some signboards showing way to the resort than leaving it to Google alone.

I booked this resort for my babies naming ceremony & it was a great experience. Excellent facilities, neat and spacious rooms. Cordial staff & always eager to help the guest. Delicious and authentic food. Excellent ambience. I must say that this is definitely a "Five Star hotel with five star service". Thanks to the management and staff for memorable experience especially to Mr. Sanu, Wish to visit again.

Nice place

We celebrated our son's 1st bday @Blue Serene Resort. From the stage decoration, photography, food everything was taken care by the resort team and it was awesome. It was way more than what i expected.  Ambiance was good with polite staffs. A true 5 star experience. Iam really happy that i chose this place to celebrate my son's bday. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Loved each and everything. Staffs were good. Journey was awesome. Its a 3hrs continous ride and no halts. Driver was very polite and explained each places. There is no complimentary food. They charged 7500 for 26 people. PS: On entrance the security was rude and thats the only negative.

Newly opened nice resort with spacious lake view rooms. There's lot of lawn space and houseboat ride service offered. Access roads were bad shape yet recommend resort for gatherings and vacation

UNLIMITED FUNN! Blue Serene Resort, just remember this name for the best resort near Thrissur. I celebrated my 60th birthday at this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious…..very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts & Highteas were amazing. The location of the hotel is great - overlooking the lake. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want a good getaway in Kerala. Will be back to this place soon...!! Tip : They also have a houseboat where you can host your parties with friends & family along with sailing..

We didn't stayed so can't rate rooms and service but we went there for boating. Was a very nice experience, food served was partially satisfied us by taste and cost. I felt like food was over billed.

We had a batch gtg and had the whole place to ourselves .Rooms were good ,spacious and well maintained. The staff esp Mr Sanu, was very helpful and adjusting. The food was delicious.

Location is excellent and scenic. Beautiful ambience, rooms are very spacious, neat anf clean and very comfortable too. Washrooms too was very clean.We had a very memorable stay and this was for every guest who stayed in 28 rooms. Boat ride was joyful and worth it. Coming to the services, Blue Serene had excellent staff, friendly and accomodative. Additionally Sanu the F & B Manager was very polite and very attentive towards every guest. The arrangement made by him was the best. Not to forget Jidhun who also was very polite and helpful. About the food with different choices was super tasty and fantastic. Overall I would highly recommend this Resort.

We had our cousins Wedding reception kept here. The place is absolutely amazing. The scenic beauty is also to be admired. We had even booked rooms to stay. Rooms are good especially since they have a good roof height the rooms feel extra spacious . They have well maintained the place. Hope they keep it up

Had organized a School classmates reunion for two days there last week. Ideal venue for such a get-together. Excellent rooms, Delicious food, Top-class service by Sanu and team, Splendid boat ride - what more could one ask for ! Will certainly visit the place again, and recommend to friends.

We were a group of approx twenty odd people - classmates accompanied with our spouses meeting up after a couple of years. Apart from the location and the very comfortable rooms etc it was the hospitality shown by the staff that stands out. They were always amiable and willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Kudos to them.

Rooms were exquisite. Restaurant service was also good. Nice food. Felt like they were short of staff.. No one was there to welcome guest and backside of property was also not well maintained. Overall experience was pleasant. The available staff were polite and tried their best to give excellent service. Suggestion: Please serve welcome drink it sets the mood 😀

It was a good outing with the family. The rooms are really spacious, tastefully done, good and clean wash room with a great view to the backwaters. The food is really good, both vegetarian and non vegetarian options. There is a well maintained pool, gym and a game room. They had arranged an hour's boat trip in the back waters which was really enjoyable and entertaining. They have a well stocked bar also. It's an ideal place for big family outings as well as corporate events.

I went along with our team and had a great time , lot of fun. Cleanliness and Environment were highlighted. The food taste was awesome.

The rooms were clean and maintained well . Stay was very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Thrippayyar, Guruvayoor and thrissue.. The negative thing that i wish to note here is that food is very expesive in this hotel. Though quality is good the quantity is very less. Room rent seems to be very high compared to other properties near by. But overall experience very good. Management need to think about reducing the room rate which will help them to get more visitors. Pool is very good. and clean

Wonderful property and location. Check-in was handled well by the front office staff. Excellent room and furnishings. Buffet was above average in variety and good in taste and flavour. The resort promoters appear to own a traditional house boat 'Jalarani'. Had a wonderful boat ride on the lagoon for about 2 hours. The boatman was extremely friendly and welcoming. Size of the room was truly impressive for being spacious. I had a business meeting and dinner with 5 other people inside the room for about 4 hours without feeling congested or claustrophobic. Room service was prompt and friendly. The property is relatively new, the management has to pay attention to improve the response of house keeping staff. I had to clear the plates and dishes myself due to lack of response from house keeping. The plates and dishes remained on the corridor even at 10.00am the next day.

Beautiful Hall in the banks of canoly canal. Providing boat ride in the canoly canal. 2 Halls : Conclave with Dining Hall Mini Hall for relatively small functions with Buffet.

It's a new upcoming resort in enamavu region.they have all new equipment imported ,their rooms are pretty good.they have a great scenic view of the river from one side.and they have auditorium in the top floor. They have started the restaurant service lately.this resort have boating services too which have started more than 10 years before ,this will go till azhimugham kodugallur and go near Kandassankadavu bridge .they have house boat with one room which can accommodate 30 people and other normal boat which can accommodate 60 people. They will serve food there.they will soon start ayurvedic spa and treatments.this resort have got good location.A must visit for people in Thrissur
