I'm not sure how this store manages to stay in business with such exorbitant prices and additional taxes. Forget about the price... if the food quality is adequate for the price we pay, it will suffice...but what if it isn't? This store is looting people in the name of their brand... Their pizza is terrible... Never expect cheese burst pizzas like those advertised in their ads... Also, the pizza has a sour taste to it...It's neither affordable nor worth the price... Due to the enormous costs, visits are only possible once in a blue moon.

This isn't what you'd call an "authentic"pizza experience, but it tastes delicious nonetheless. Prices are on the higher side, but I doubt if people have pizza on a regular basis and I believe most people only go for pizzas occasionally. Out of the 2 pizzas that I had ordered for the night, I liked the 'Non-veg supreme' pizza (with cheese burst crust) more than the '5 chicken feast pizza' (regular crust). The former had a great meat to vegetable topping ratio while the latter was too meaty and felt overwhelming. I also tried out a 4 pc order of 'roasted chicken wings' with the classic hot sauce topping. This genuinely surprised me as the chicken was quite tender and juicy and had the right amount of spiciness. I expected it to be underwhelming, but that wasn't the case here.

In the opinion of people like me, who is easily pleased, this is a great place to enjoy pizzas and garlic bread. I haven't frequently visited many Domino's outlets, so can't compare the experience. Try their Indi tandoori paneer pizza. It's yummy. I am not really sure if the quantity/quality equates with the money that we pay. It would feel good if the staffs were more friendly and welcoming !

Placed an order online from their website. Order no. 142 on 28/09/2021. My order was a veg extravaganza pizza extra cheese, with corn replaced by red pepper, extra cheese. I received a call within 10 minutes of placing the order to confirm the location. I stay just 350 meters away from the domino's pizza store. Pizza arrived as is shown in the photograph. I honestly don't know who is to be blamed here, whether the guy who packed the pizza or the guy who delivered it. I had to pick up the toppings and re-arrange it all back on top of the pizza. Otherwise the pizza tasted okie, nothing much to complain about.

Domino`s is an internationally well known brand for the type and quality of the food they serve, which is second to none. I had a chance to eat from Domino`s from three different countries, the quality of food and service are no different from one another.

Delay in delivery. Each sauce should be kept on each table. Good food. Onion pizza worths in its price. Situating the store in heart of the city makes it easy to reach. Good customer service. Best cleanliness. Glass display makes the store cool. Providing TV unit makes more refreshing. Restroom facilities should be improved.

Nice location with lots of parking and seating. We did a take out which was ready in time. Kids loved it and claimed it's better than the domino's pizza they eat elsewhere in the world.

The food was fine, standard for Domino's. The wait can be a bit long depending on the rush. The staff are helpful and will help you get the best meal for your buck. Seating and hygiene was fine nothing horrible but nothing great, I was there pretty late so it's understandable

Never order pizza from this store. It was sooo awful. I mean i had no option to give negative star. For new year i ordered pizza. Order no 77 on 31dec2021. Chicken tikka pizza. There was no chicken cubes. It was smashed and only sample was there. It was not juicy. Garlic breadstick was just awful did not felt garlic taste. Couple of months back I was in chennai, and ordered same and it was soo yummy. Person who baked need to given refresher course before baking any pizza. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE. I visited here on my birthday. It's really good maintaining the same universal taste of Domino's. But Taco is not like what you see in Mexico. It's in the usual Domino's taste only. Taco is a traditional Mexican food and its different from what you get here.

A good place to have pizza. The place is not crowded at most times as I think most of the orders are takeaway or delivery. When we visited on a weekend evening, the place was almost empty. Pizzas tasted good and service is okay. Ambiance was nice.

Don’t ever buy from this place. Such an unhygienic place. Got the home delivery and 4 cockroaches came out of the box when opened. We had to throw away the entire pizza. We would be launching a complaint at consumer court.

The pizza is ofcourse of dominos standard but the parking lot is very untidy and lot of smokers inside. AC inside the restaurant was not working. Also no glasses for drinking water .

Located in Thrishur, had been for dinner and ordered chicken peri peri nuggets and chicken sausage pizza , chicken peppers bbq pizza and 2 pepsi in glass . The Ambience was neat and clean the washroom was neat too . Each and every tables had condiments. The pizza we ordered was served in 20mins , Chicken Nuggets Peri peri Boneless- was ok and packed with flavors , neatly packed too . Taste was yummy and chicken was tender and juicy . Chicken Sausage Pizza - had good toppings and had good flavors too. Packing was neat as well . Chicken BBQ pepper pizza - zero flavor and hardly had chicken topping, disappointed and not worth at all the prize . Kindly have a look at the image for the detailed picture. Soft was ok . Quality and taste of the food served is really poor compared to other dominos in Thrissur. And they really give us the attitude like we asked the food for free. Definitely need to improve on their customer relations. They really ruined a good days dinner for me.

We bought Veg tacos from there and we got food poison next day ,The tacos looks very old especially the fillings inside made us sick .Make sure that you are giving fresh items to the customers.

Half of the items on menu is not available. Combo is never available. The wings is 4 piece, but as per staff company rules is that 2 wings and other 2 is drum. Then why have wings on menu.. just misleading customer. Pathetic this is.

Didn't have a prompt takeout experience, quite uncharacteristic of Dominos. Waited for a long time, had to change one of the orders due to empty stock thereafter, which was not fun when with family. Can't say I'll never visit again due to the taste. Please strive for improvement.

Very Bad Experience. They cancelled the order with a good amount because Police shut them down. On the their "Track your Order" and Zomato refund has not been yet initiated. Went to the store and confronted the shift manager, who feigns absence of knowledge about the system and order refunds.

No counter sale No permission to use their urinal Pizza and burger are of ordinary taste.

Amidst this COVID 19, this is one place that i can go without any fear. They take high security and their customer service is commendable.

Terrible experience - after accepting the order on their app they called after half an hour to say they will not deliver and will cancel. Why accept the order in the first place? Haven't seen a Dominos that's so unprofessional in their behaviour, they were very rude and uncompromising in their behaviours and cut the call on a customer.

Pizzas from this outlet are tasty. There is no space for car parking. Online order tracking is a mess for pick up orders. App gets updated as order ready is ready for pickup while the outlet is still baking the pizza. On couple of occasions I ended up waiting for 15 mins even though the app claimed my food is ready .
