Pathetic service by AMMU regency 1. From reception to room …Bellboy did’t touch the bags, his excuse was not feeling well …. 2. While going for bath no hot water was coming in tap…. Went and asked manager he cooly telling just now came to know issues about hot water if u want I will send two bucket of water … were us other customers staying in hotel they replied it’s been two days same issue …. 3. Landline is not working in room. Be careful when you do booking with this hotel … they give lots of excuse …..

Nice rooms and ambience

The place is good, clean and provides satisfactory service. Parking is space is limited, rooms are moderately old and when i visited food was arranged by hotel staff from nearby restaurant.

Good veg/non-veg food including Kerala vegetarian lunch on banana leaves, Good service by courteous staff, decent wash room and Basement parking.

Veg sadhya is average kafumaga achar the best having underground parking this is located near to Helmetologist price is a but high but u will get a marriage sadhya like experiance also wide options of seafood items and beef fry avilable...

Breakfast is really tasty., but when it comes to accommodation the rooms are not good enough and not worthy.we booked two deluxe double rooms and only had shower gel and hand wash as supplies. Not much impressed with sevices too..

Rooms are moderately old. I booked a room on sunday. There is only one roomboy was there for the entire night but he was very helpful. Resaturants are not open due to covid restrictions. Room was not that much clean. Major problem was mosquitos, there was no net on the windows. Eventhough all the windows were closed, mosquito will enter via bathroom. Otherwise okay.

It was relaxing staying there, big rooms including big bathrooms. Just book online and you are sorted. Specially the beds are so so comfy.

Positive things are near to Ksrtc and railway station, near to a beer wine parlour, and tasty buffet breakfast. Small room ( queen size bed ) and old bathroom fittings , ac was not functioning properly ,room was not neat and clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

It's average for a family stay. Room was neat and nearest hotel to access from railway station, bus stand. Night stay was good, complimentary breakfast good and free Only problem is hot water. No heater in the room to use, you will be waiting for the room boy to bring in bucket to bath. Never experienced before in any other hotels.

We did online booking, rooms are ok, ac is very old, some are not working properly. We had to change 3 rooms to get a proper room. They should improve the facilities. Staffs are helped us to provide comfortable stay

Rooms have not been painted for years. Horrible furniture and stains everywhere. No basic kit of any kind.not even tea or coffee sachets. Hotel is severely understaffed and don't have enough people to even help with luggage. Avoid this hotel if you're looking for z decent stay. AC doesn't work in most rooms and we had to change rooms thrice for this. Not worth any money. Feels like a cheap 1000 rupees place

It's near by bustand and walkable from railway station. Morning breakfast includes bread butter jam, tea, cornflakes and typical South Indian meal(which is not so bad). But in price and flexible times you might feel this lodge to be rigid and might irritate you.

Pros: 1. Location is center of the city. 2. Easily accessible Restaurants, Govt bus station, Train Station. 3. Decent room. 4. Good Breakfast with limited verities. (idly, vada, toast) Cons: 1. Room facilities not worth for money. 2. No proper bathroom kits. 3. No hot water kiddle. 4. No proper information about morning break fast timings and WIFI password.

It is economical option and a location makes this place special because it so hardly 500 m from railway stations and Bus stand. The provide free internet or Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast but property is very old .

**Not value for money and not recommended** Pros: Only thing is it is nearby to bus stand, railway station and Vadakkunathan temple. Cons: 1. Went there to work for a day but even though wifi was there, it wasn't reachable even to the 1st floor, which ended up using mobile hotspot. 2. Stains of blood and liquids all over the bedsheets. 3. No proper towels were provided, only one towel was available in the washroom and that too seemed like an used one. 4. Condition of AC was pathetic, it was very old and used to make noise when the room was quiet. 5. Even though we checked in 4 hours late, not even a slight concession was provided when checked out lately. We requested 7 hours extra post checkout time, and the money minded receptionist charged 150₹ extra per hour, i.e 1,050₹ for 7 hours without any bill, I am a frequent traveler and this was the first time I came across such situation.

The hotel is in very bad shape. The parking was stinky and crowded. The room was claustrophobic. I requested to cancel 1 day as the room was not satisfactory. Treebo and hotel did not help in this regard. I checked out one day prior due to this issue. I will never use Treebo again and also recommend others to do the same.

I had been attended a meeting there on January 2nd good Food ... Meeting Hall Lift also preferred by old people... I felt going to ground floor for car parking as little bit not well......

Very close to Railway Station at Thrissur. Walkable distance. Has a restaurant on property n quite a few eateries nearby...located close to a temple also...staff are very very courteous and eager to please the customer n conscious of their duties n responsibilities as a Service Provider, I felt. For those who want to have some liquor, a bar is just in front of the Hotel...rooms n toilets are very clean as expected from most Treebo Properties that I have stayed at.. Treebo definitely a better bet than OYO...

Photos of the rooms shown on various sites are bogus, rooms are very small and stinking, prices are cheap, and hence the service is cheap. The most pathetic one was their morning buffet. Not much choice for food and they never start on time. We waited for half an hour for food to be served for buffet plates. Will never recommend this hotel.

Suite Room 😡 not even worthy and not a good condition, and in a suite room customer not even get a complimentary bathroom materials. A place infested by insects and lizards. Big spacious rooms but zero cleanliness. Tiny insects and flies across the rooms and spider webs in all corners. Creepiest was seeing a dead lizard on my desk early in the morning. Bed linens are old and worn out. Shame that such a big place is being left to ruin for non-maintanance.

Very conveniently situated. Better, more modern rooms at reasonable prices are available. Hot water problem. Lots of small inconveniences. Okay for a night.
