1 star for their delivery and tracking.. ordered single pizza and havent delivered even after an hour.. is this how non veg loaded looks like ? why are you charging high delivery rate if you cant deliver them on time ? They are guaranteeing delivery within 30 mins and when the time nears it will show as order delivered. If we call the outlet they will say delivery person has picked up your order and he is one the way. Kindly don’t order from this outlet. They will irritate you to the core

Worst Domino's experience I ever had. Dominos Garlic bread is my favourite, but my last order on this outlet turns out to be the worst. I cancelled the first order which had some gravy and oil on top and asked them to get new one but it was more horrible than first one

There is not enough seating space they just allow us to dine on the ground floor and tables are not cleaned after a customer dined we were allowed to sit on the same table and there was only 1 staff managing every customer things wasn’t reaching anything for anyone other customers were also frustrated the same thing happened on my last visit also and food was totally different from other dominos the toppings and cheese was very less and with pizza there wasn’t any tissues nor oregano or chilli provided we have to ask and wait …not visiting again even though it’s nearby I prefer to go Brookfields dominos much better than here

One of the worst outlet! No clean, worst behavioring staffs! When I was there 3 to 4 tables not cleand! I told the staff to clean but they are not ready to listen me!! Very disappointed! this will be my last visit here

Visited the outlet for lunch. In the ground floor dining area there was no staff for long time and many were waiting just to place an order. I think there was some issue with their billing system and we had to place orders through the Domino's app only. Not convenient for everyone. The cheese burst pizza tasted divine 😍 Choco lava cake was great as usual. Red velvet lava cake was good too. Chicken strips were too small and didn't find it worth the price There is no proper car parking near the restaurant and the washroom inside the restaurant really needs cleaning.

Their response is mechanical, they want the customer to follow up to all their sources and react. They need not answer individually, quality and hygiene is the issue. Either they should respond with their act, or the FSSAI should look in. Do we have FSSAI in India >???? answer is yes, they will go and grab the street vendors and never at the guts to touch these food chains... will add photos soon

I've had over 12 bad experiences with this store, including wrong orders, burnt pizzas, delays, and even completely forgotten orders. Despite my repeated calls to ensure they get it right, they still managed to mess up my recent pizza order by forgetting the mint topping. This store frustrates me every time I order. Please consider closing it down.

Worst staff behaviour ever seen I have visited many dominos across state..This is the worst branch ever..Worst staff in the bill counter..worst attitude by the staff in the counter..if it persist then it will damage the brand of dominos.. I have ordered tomato creamy pasta pizza thru domino's app. But what they delivered is Moroccan pasta pizza. Not only one time, but thrice. After that also, my last order the pizza was not at all good. One of the customer added pic. The same I too got. This branch is not at all good. Always only few staffs. Starting they were good. But not nowadays.

It was really the worst experience in my life. We are a team of 10 members who went inside the shop at 8pm and came out at 10.30pm. After the server down issue, the payment is done we wait for the order and after 30 min we go and ask about the order, they simply reply your order is not in our system. We really lost our temper and After we shouted finally delivered the order but no topping and no chess Busters applied... Uffff.... they are only focusing on the online orders. No respect...

Totally disappointed with their service and the ambience. The place was completely a mess. The tables, the floor and the stairs were all completely dirty. It seemed to be like there was no cleaning happening for days together.

Order via Zomato,waited more than 1 hr, meanwhile 3 members from the delivery couple called me about my location and I shared the location to all of them,after 1.30 hrs(at 9.40 pm) the manager contact me and telling this location not delivered,as I am telling if it is not under you delivery area then you are accepting the order ,you have to restrict in Zomato itself,the manager( btw i forgot name),he came up with a brilliant excuse,that because I have mentioned in the address details which is under delivery area, I asked that then what is the use of geo location?,when I order itself depends upon the map location it should display as this is not under delivery area,but it allows me to order and I paid on that time itself,i never came accross such a irresponsible manager in any of my Domino's encounter. atleast they have to reject the order earlier itself,i will look for some other option,bcoz it's already late no other foods are not available,my entire family in starvation today.

Too much waiting time asking the customer to go to the first floor then after 10 min waiting time asking to go to the ground floor for order. Most important no one is available in the reception to attend the customer.

Food is the usual. Ketchup is given in sachets. AC works only on the ground floor. Parking is difficult. Their own delivery vehicles are parked and fully occupied.

Ordered variety of Pizzas🍕... Taste is Superb quantity and quality also Good... Veggie pizza also good here.. Take a Try...take a bag and have some change to buy extra ketchup.

Very worst experience at Domino's Pizza Kuniyamuthur. There is no hygiene there. Wash basin only available inside bathroom. How we can go to bad smell bathroom after eating food????? It's very poor........

The staff here would have scored first place if pizza prep was an olympic event. I ordered 3 regular pizzas and sat down to stalk some old friends in instagram to see how miserable they are but the pizzas were ready before my old samsung could scan my fingerprint. Great service..

Need lot of training for those guys in this outlet..I had a bad experiance...ordered for medium but it made regular and said offer only for regular..Diwali offer was not explained to me properly and after making the pizza had to accept... Take away of 3 regular size Chicken dominator with extra cheese and cheese buster ..but No cheese in spite emphasizing..I will not recommend this outlet anymore.. My preferring pizza Brandeis dominos so I know the quality at other outlet..This is no good

They couldn't serve us and said they had too much orders pending. So, it was pretty much downside experience for us.

Worst experience. Outlet smells like toilet. Food was not tasty. Toilet was not cleaned. Raised complaint to Domino's but no one contacted back.

Carry bags are been charged extra, when comparing PIZZA HUT, DOMINO'S is highly pricy with lesser options to choose. Need to change certain parameters to attract more customers

My mother had a taste of her first pizza at dominos at saibaba colony and she like it and she wanted to taste it again as the kuniyamuthur outlet was near by i went there and got margarrita pizza and it was not up to that taste and crisspyness form saibaba colony not worth the money and the taste varies from person to person who ever preparing the pizza😤😤😤

Very worst customer service at Domino's kuniamuthur branch, staffs are not polite to customers. Pls do not visit this place for ever. They ask us to order only through online. They will not accept counter order. Not even worth for one star ratings.

Whenever we order from this particular domino’s, they either make it so good or so bad . Mostly had bitter experiences , but they make an effort and take extra step to do it right by giving a free exchange too but how many times !! Stopped ordering and lost the love for pizza .

It's a hopeless place with not enough tables. They have closed the first floor dining area. Only a few tables in the ground floor are available for many who come in to dine. The main billing place looks lost without any menu display and neither was the card payment not gpay was working due to some issue from their side.Coming to Pizza, we had ordered Paneer makhani. We couldn't find the makhni sauce at all. Pizza was dry with so stingy sauce and not at all satisfactory.I felt sorry coz' the place did not give the Domino's vibe at all.
