1. Only for lightweight jewellery (1gm-2gms), no collection for other items. 2. Very small showroom and collection. 3. Though they are saying making charges are less, its nowhere around the other jewellers, very high making charge. 4. If you pay through credit card, they charge 2% additional for which you will not get receipt (they impose payment gateway charges on customers!!) Not recommended!!

Never ever recommend this jewellery, even to my enemies... Making charge is very very high to a single piece of ornaments.. Very cunning..They also cheat by reducing old gold rate.... No selection..Bad customer service.. Very very disapointed... Most worst experience with a jewellry in my life.. They took 18% making charge for a single simple bangle in 1 pavan

I went to thrissur shop didn't find any good collections. I ask for the collections which they show in you tube there is nothing there even I didn't get arabic ring too .what I found there is emptied box with 3 colours .They r showing good collections in YouTube only .show room is very small .I came all the way frm Oman but totally disappointed.. I asked some making of light weight ornaments but very much high compared to other places ..

After almost 2 hours of shopping, they were not able to process an international visa credit card.,.. it was a complete waste of time. Be aware.. even though I inquired before my shopping if they accepted international card, they said yes! They did not have facility to run the card. Don’t waste your time, you are better off in a bigger chain gold store where they accept international transactions. I ended up going to Malabar Gold and Diamonds done the road.

Worst experience ever. After 2 weeks of wearing chain, the chain broke. when I went to change it even after 30 minutes there was no response from them. If u go for purchase it is good behaviour and if it becomes a from it is another behaviour. If I remember correctly it was the salesman called 'Lijo' who deals with us. I have never seen such rude salesman in this field. I will never again recommend Maharaja jewellery to anyone.

I'm from mangalore,karnataka who watches their YouTube channel regularly and finally visited the thrissur store to purchase jewellery for my wedding. First of all i would like to heartily thank all the gentlemen who dealt us very kindly 🥰 Especially mr shibu who had good patience even though i was very picky and took 4 hours in total to select the ones that fit my budget & liking 🥰🤭he made sure to provide us good lunch,managed time as per our train timings 🤩and also not to forget about how kind and generous mr sanoop store manager was with us🤩mr shibu made us feel great for going so far to purchase and treated us like a family!!!mr rafeeq owner of the store was present too and made us feel very comfortable with repeatedly looking after us if we were at ease🤩I will surely rate 10 out of 5♥️

I visited there last week. It is a very small showroom and heavy rush is there. After selection we waited around 1hr for billing it's terrific. I don't feel anything special there.
