My daughter had fever and we went to hospital at night. We reached there by 11 55 pm night and taken to emergency section. Duty Doctor came and inspected by 12.10 and asked us to wait there. Finally by 12. 30 a staff nurse took us for a walk around 500 meters to pediatric ward, where we waited 20 minutes for some one to attend. Is this right way? My daughter was shivering with 102+ degrees temperature. I feel pity on patients who come on emergency node to this hospital . Evenrhough attented late due to management policies, Good attention by doctors at peadiatric ward, which gave my daughter high confidence

There's no other institution in Thrissur which wastes human productivity more than Jubilee Mission Hospital. The administration needs to get off their high horse and revamp their appointment system to improve the overall experience. Thousands of people queue up here for appointments, which takes up to three hours of waiting in some cases. People often go back disappointed after waiting for hours, because the slots available for their doctor are exhausted by the time of their turn. Phone booking is not available for all doctors. Even in cases it's available, it is a game of chance. You can't always get through. No apps, no online booking. Then, there's no UPI, no credit cards. If you don't have exact change, you will get a piece of the booking clerk's mind instead of a receipt. Hundreds of thousands of potential man hours are being wasted by the hospital, including their own staff's, which needs to be looked at by the government and our social organisations. The irony is; by their arrogance they destroy the very goods they intend to provide the public with affordable health services.

Earlier this Hospital was one of the best in the Hospital Industry, now after turning to a Medical College, vice versa. Employees are not at all friendly and caring. Their Insurance Department is typically a Government office. It is high time to teach them the very basics of Service Standards. They don't have any kind of basic knowledge on Insurance. Only the Manager Baby sir is better in that office. Please don't expect a class service from this Insurance Deparatment. They treat us like we are there for their charity

One of the best medical collage in Thrissur, little bit crowded but the treatment is very god. All the departments are leading with expert doctors , ensures their best. Old and new buildings are attractive. House keeping to be improved. They are trying to keep the covid protocol , but due to crowd they are helpless in some areas.

It was a good hospital in the town on once upon a time but not any more. They do have huge premises and blocks but the staff and doctor's service is not at all satisfying especially nurses don't treat you well at all, it is as if they are giving you everything for free. I basically went with my mom for numerous times,ENT, cardiology ,visit. Things move like a snail ; you need to prepare yourself for the entire day to spent there. Their booking system is pathetic.

Was admitted here due to high fever because of COVID. Don't expect the doctors or nurses to be proactive in treatment. Patient concerns usually fall on deaf ears and no one talks about the details on treatment they are giving. I spent 2 days here and there was 0% progress in treatment. Finally left there, and got admitted to a better hospital where I recovered. From my personal experience, I won't recommend this hospital by any means. If you want your dear ones to stay with you please take them to a good hospital nearby. Jubilee was a good hospital may be 10years ago, but not anymore.

Good treatment and caring staff. Due to Covid restrictions, it is hard to get the entry in critical departments without the antigen test. Yes, it is a good step to prevent the spread and making the patient safe.

Very worst experiences nowadays. After giving the OP ticket to doctor's room at 9 AM, even after 2 hrs they didn't called, so when enquired their reply was "The file was not recieved from their office to doctor's room, so they started calling the patients from the afternoon section".Very disgusting and due to their delay & careless we were waiting and all others came after us were returning after consultation. There is a big lack of management here. Also had same experience in another OP department a month ago.

The Nurse staff showing bad attitude towards patients. The bedsheet were not replaced ,after requesting many times only then they were ready to do so. I think government hospital staff is far more better. The behaviour is worst for such a well-known hospital in Thrissur.

Emergency medical care is good. Good gynaecologist consultation and care. Even though I got a little busy in reception the remaining procedure was managed well. I went there for an emergency gynaecologist consultation. I got good care. From my personal experience One of the best hospital In Thrissur. Where you get good care and medical attention for gynaec cases.

Never undervalue the contribution you make to the healthcare delivery system. The hospital is succeeding in the medical industry. However, it cannot be denied that the way security personnel are treating patients and worshippers is appalling. When one arrives there, their mental health also needs improvement. Managers of human resources are supposed to exercise caution and refrain from this kind of conduct.

I had to admit my son in this hospital couple of times, we got very good treatment both times, facilities are good, round the clock care from doctors and nursing staff, treatment expense is very less compared to current standards.

Very bad service . Even in critical condition doctors and nurse are not available and not even starting the treatment for next 20 min after reaching Hosepital. And they are not even starting the traynet without having the file created and when we go reception for file the lady is busy in phone instead of attending people who is needed the critical service. We have even asked nurse to put injection and IV channel bits low and he is not even listeners isntead if it’s double pains ping with migraine. Even for discharge we have waited almost 30 min after treatment and imagine person have migraine again being the with worst service hosepital Very worst service . Never even go this Hosepital for any emergency treatment.

There is no happy demeanor from most of the staffs. Security guards have no manners. even some Doctors are not friendly. If we have any doubts, or present anything about the condition, if we told them. their attitude is like "do you have as much information as we do". They are still in the 80s thoughts. But the Dialysis unit staffs is all good. And the pharmacy's medicines are too costly.

I think the management of jubilee mission has a good vision in the infrastructure but thier staff selection is very poor. I think they dont have a proper quality management system. They should have to open a customer feedback portal. Now a days there are many options to run a hospital smoothly but still they are using the old school model with pen and paper. I feel pitty of these people. They have 4 options to take an appointment 1. Appointment by call ( i tried about 3 days but no result) 2. Appointment by mail ( no reply for the mail) 3. Appointment through website ( always getting rejected) 4. Go directly there around 3:00 Am and you will get the appointment mannually. ( this is only a possible way to get an appointment). Dear management team we are expecting something more than that you are delivering now. Atleast you have to take care of the customer satisfaction. You have to update yourself anuud try to not become a nokia phone. I would like to remind you that patients are not your slaves.

Very complex token and booking process. Wake up and reach at 5 a.m if you need token for a specialist. Very inconvenient for outpatients from nearby districts.

This is one of the best hospital, the doctors here are experienced and work with dedication and is a dream for many medical students to study here.
