my
father
who
was
critically
ill
and
in
ICU
for
more
than
a
month,
to
plan
a
safe
transition
to
home
from
hospital
and
continue
palliative
care
and
pain
treatment.
I
connected
with
Dr.
Anandam
while
my
father
was
in
the
ICU
and
was
not
doing
well.
So
we
wanted
to
shift
him
home.
We
wanted
medical
expert
suggestion
to
take
decision
to
step
down
treatment
and
relieve
him
of
the
physical
and
emotional
pain
in
ICU.
Dr.
Anandam
took
time
out
from
her
busy
schedule
to
connect
with
us
and
hospital
doctors
to
plan
his
transition
smoothly.
My
father
required
skilled
nursing
care
which
was
provided
by
Dr.
Anandam
for
24
hours
at
home.
Ms.
Sheela
was
his
nurse
and
was
very
committed
to
her
job.
She
adjusted
smoothly
to
our
home
situation
and
took
good
care
of
my
father
day
and
night.
Dr.
Anandam
used
to
be
in
touch
with
me
daily
to
know
my
father's
condition.
She
visited
daily
to
discuss
medicine
and
pain
treatment.
Raksha
team
helped
in
my
father's
wound
dressing
due
to
leg
amputation
and
bed
sore
treatment.
The
team
communicated
well
with
us
and
prepared
us
emotionally
as
well
during
his
last
hours.
I
will
recommend
Raksha
team
to
my
friends
and
family.
I
could
not
have
asked
more
than
the
service
they
have
provided
in
taking
care
of
my
father.
They
offer
great
service
and
committed
team.
