Very much disappointed. For me not even a positive conversation from them,just need consulting fees. After that they gave me just 5minutes.. I explained my mind pblms..Thats it. No solutions, no advices.. Nothing... If someone searching for better psychological consulting Please read my valuable notes along with all these positive reviews of compass and make a Wise decision . Its my own painful experience.i am terribly disappointed. For the management.do not try to post explanation for my review,bcz if once we lost the trust , its lost forever.

They have a way by which first we talk to one person who notes down everything and then later this info is passed to main psychologist, one time of sharing itself is tiresome and draining which i had to go multiple times. I was not at all satisfied and I didn't go for another session as I feared they would make me tell everything all over again

I consulted Dr. Juliet George and honestly after the session, i feel relived and free. Gave me a lot of tips on how to improve myself and live freely. The staff was very welcoming and calm. The atmosphere is very soothing. It has truly been an amazing experience. 10/10 would come back again

I had best internship learning experience from Compass Clinic. I thank all associates for being great support and motivation. Every clients are being treated compasionately and I guarantee they are provided with best psychological help. I totally recommend Compass if you are struggling with your mental health.

The receptionist just casually took my phone on the pretense of confirming my Google Pay transaction was successful, and then left a 5 star review for this place. I wonder how many of the 5 star reviews here were made this way. As someone who relies on reviews to find the best place I find this unacceptable.

I am a person with major trust issues especially when it comes to psychotherapists in Kerala. Even my psychiatrist agreed with the fact that I will have a hard time finding a sensible and affordable therapist for me. And I had to wade through quite a few weeks to find Sangeetha ma'am! I honestly believed that appointment would also end up a waste of time like all my prior experiences. But, I was highly relieved once I met her and talked to her. It took me only ten minutes to realize I found the right person and the right place capable of helping me overcome my difficulties. And I could feel the difference in the first week itself. She is a very capable therapist and a very sensible human being. I am truly grateful to have found her. I had to wait for an hour or so to meet her and I met her clients who had to wait longer than that. If you are considering going there, you might have to wait too. My point is, she is truly worth the wait. :)

Totally disappointed section. Charge is too high. 1500 per hour. Just listening what we are saying. Nothing they saying. No advice. Nothing. Just waste of time and money.. Don't consider the 5 star reviews, that's done by their staffs only. I'm sharing my experience 10.aug.2023

Compass Counseling was selected for our child’s counseling needs after reading great reviews online.Our psychologist Sangeetha Ma’am was extremely attentive to details during the entire process. My child felt comfortable throughout her evaluation. I am really satisfied with our experience, and I strongly recommend her and Compass counseling services. It’s great to have a professional service provider like them in the Thrissur area.

I must say that COMPASS is the best clinic to do internship and also I got to know more about case taking under the clinical psychologist Sangeetha ma'am and other psychologists. They are also giving a better understanding of test administration and assesment.They are friendly and Iam much satisfied of their guidance.Highly recommended.

Not satisfied at all...in fact they made me post a 5 star rating then and there after the session..so giving a true review here... dealings were in somewhat conventional manner and i find more updates in psychological terms and conditions from Instagram than here..apart from that...a high fee and rushing of dealing with case.. strictly not recommending this place👎👎

We had 2 sessions for me and my wife separately with Dr. Sangeetha and Dr. Juliet. It was a beginning session and the doctors were exploring the issues efficiently. 45 minutes were too short. Hoping fruitful out come at future sessions.
