I am giving this 1 star because they ruined my bridal mehandi. When I asked for bridal mehandi design they were more concerned about money. They told me traditional you can put for 3000rs. I said okay. And what you see on image is their traditional bridal mehandi for 3000rs. The mehandi artist was really careless. She just wanted to finish my hands with some sort of things. She was less dedicated. I really regret now for the decision that I have taken to go to La Femme for bridal mehandi design. I will update my review after my La femme bridal makeup. Update: I really liked their bridal makeup. The way they did their makeup, saree and hair was perfect. Total expense was 20k(makeup, saree and hair). So I am updating it to 3 star.

Very unprofessional behavior from the staff. There were so many instances. Not at all paying attention while doing the treatment. They made a small wound on my feet, because they were talking each other while doing my pedicure. For Mehendi, I approached them. I gave them one design. But they changed it, for their easiness and ruined it. Very unprofessional staff especially for doing Mehendi. They came to the home for reception makeup(Rs.20,000). They came with just one hair extension, which was not at all matching my hair. So I ended up not using it. They sent 2 beginner like persons for doing the makeup. They are suggesting very old styles, not at all updating with current styles and trends. Such a waste of time and money. Had a very bad experience with them. I'm regretting my decision for choosing them.

I visit this place often. I am satisfied by their customer service. They do the treatment with much dedication. A friendly place where you can relax and feel pampered

I had an extremely disappointing experience with their bridal make up services for my pre engagement function. The make-up artist didn't seem to understand my preference for a more natural and nude look and I ended up looking like an absolute clown with all the heavy make up. At one point I looked unrecognizable and had to ask her to tone down. I like make up that enhances your already existing features instead of completely changing your appearance. My eye make up looked scary. She also didn't get my skin tone right (I think they did not have my correct shade that day so used one that was a few shades darker) and the make-up also somehow made my face appear rounder than usual. (I don't think she knew how to contour.) Instead of feeling confident and beautiful, I felt very uncomfortable and insecure the entire time. I would have looked way better had I not put any make up on. Honestly, I have never felt more ugly and disgusted by my appearance. I understand everyone has different preferences, so if you're someone who prefers heavier make up rather than a nude minimalistic look, they might be a right fit for you. Overall for me, it was a frustrating experience for such a special day.

This parlor is totally over hyped, probably bcos some celebrities are their regular customers. But the problem is that they are biased towards the customers. Only the celebrities are treated with respect, and they use good quality products for them. But even their normal customers are paying their hard earned money for their treatments, but the customers are treated very very badly. I have been to a lot of parlours in Thrissur and abroad, but have never seen such rude, arrogant and useless staff anywhere else. Even the average parlours in Thrissur provide much better customer service. The receptionists behave like we are going there for their charity and treat us very arrogantly. The owner is either unaware or least bothered about the behaviour of the staff there. Even my friends had such similar experience from La Femme. It's the worst parlor in Thrissur

I did threading on 29/07/2021 evening… It was a new staff.. A lean girl.. very unprofessional.. when I came back home and checked my eyebrows both were like different shapes. First time a very bad experience from La femme... pls don’t spoil your brand by employing such unprofessional ladies.. I hope Sajitha is good for threading.. she does it the way you like.. pls ask for her for doing threading guys…

We had visited this place thrice this month for mehandi, nail art, hairstyling & saree draping. We are from Cochin & we made booking with them for mehandi for 3 people , nail art for 3 , & we were asked to come by 2.30pm. when v reached,there was just one staff for mehandi, n she wanted to leave by 5 pm, was hurrying from t beginning, n we had to settle for mehandi of one person. The next day v had booked for saree draping & hairstyle of two, & they said 1.5 hrs s sufficient for both, though v rchd by 7.15-7.30, they got us done by 9.50am when our function was scheduled to b at 10am. Saree draping was perfect & amazing. For hair they took a while, time was not kept. Apart from it, staffs do a lot of body shaming. The bride was passed critical comments about her chubbiness multiple times by the staff, on her face. Same body shaming did happen the next visit too for saree draping & hairstyle over there by another staff. Thoroughly dissappointed with the unprofessionalism & insensitive work culture , not time bound work there. Also soo much money hunger without providing reasonable service. The staff did a hairstyle we suggested & it didn't come out neat, & she re did it as we requested & she charged us twice.

If you are looking for your big day look, this is the best place , best place for bridal makeup n pre treatment. Very friendly n caring staff .Did my engagement makeover here last year n I just loved it and now after one yr I have come back to the same place for other treatments. You can blindly trust this place👍🏼

Very poor expertise.... I did threading ,both eyebrows are of different shapes.... That too they made it very thin inspite of telling many times tht i want it thick...

Staff are really bad behaviour. They're too much talk gossips and cultureless comments its very irritating. High cost and low quality treatment

I had very bad (not bad beyond)experience at la femme on my big day. My betrothel make up was done by a lady called shaji (dont remembering her exact name)it was really good and i thought she would do my wedding make up as well. On the wedding day, she was about to start my make up, one old lady (seems their owner or senior staff) started doing make up and started body shaming. I had dark circles and dark patches on my face which they have to cover. She told me She has not done this much make up to anyone. If she wanted to do make up on fair girls please highlight it on naming board. Such pathetic experience, after that I have not visited that place.

Saree draping was excellent. I would have given a five star rating if they had some time management as well. They took more than one and half hours just to finish saree draping while they promised to finish everything within one hour. The non Malayali staff there was horrible to take care of my hair styling when I was running short of time. Kindly keep staff who can coordinate things within stipulated time and efficiently. Sadly, I almost got just half done and paid the full amount.

I visited La Femme first time in Thrissur. I had 5 services from them. Hair coloring is great. Manicure also done very nice.Nail polish service is also great. Eyebrow Threading is done very fast and beautiful. I never received such kind of facial anywhere. Really the person done facial is experienced. Pedicure is somewhat I am not satisfied because my foot has done proper scrubbing.

I was a fan of La femme. Every time I went to my hometown (thrissur), I used to get full range of salon service from there. I had visited la femme last month which was my first visit there post covid times. I was shocked by how badly maintained it was. It has lost its previous charm as well as quality. Customer service was bad and the beauticians working there were not skilled at all. I had gotten full waxing, manicure, pedicure and a facial. My skin had extreme rashes after waxing. I have waxed tens of times before and this is the first time I am encountering such bad rashes. It has been a month and I still have rashes and dry skin. The pedicure and manicure were also below average. My cuticles and skin around my nails also started peeling off after the manicure. It is my humble suggestion to use better products and provide better training to your staff. The facial was pretty good and I had enjoyed it. The girl who did the facial took good care and when she was unsure of something, she did ask the senior staff and made sure that she is not messing up. It was really sad to see this place like this. Really hoping for it to get better in the near future. It was my go-to parlor and would really like to see it in it's previous glory.

Please do not visit here unless you want them to take your full money from your wallet. When they claim that its realistic pricing its just a scam and they dont even return the bill after the payment which is absurd. From this you can understand its a scandal. Any product when bought or done should be having the pricing bill returned to the customer. True shame to you La Femme Thrissur.

Went for a simple haircut. It was good, but I had clearly mentioned that I don't want hair dryer/ hair styling. But still the beautician did it. That's why taking 2 stars. Please listen to the customer. Not everybody likes styling their hair. Also after renovation, price has increased a lot!

Friendly and lovely customer service. They suggest us perfect treatments according to our skin. The facials are all of high quality and help to keep my skin good. Highly recommended.

I visit La Femme whenever I'm in Thrissur. The best thing is that there is no need for a prior appointment, they get you in right away and offer a wide variety of services. The place is clean and it looks fab after the renovation. I got my pedicure done by Miss. Devi and she did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend this place.

Great hair and beauty services did hot oil on hair and had a great services. Much satisfied with it. It would be great if you could avoid the waiting time for the staff to do each services.

Good service. But staffs doing facial have to be gentle on face. Please don't do rigorous clean up using white head remover. It makes customer suffer in pain. Also avoid forceful facial massage pressing cheek on to cheek bone. Please train those staffs to be gentle.

Very pathetic experience. We were told to come by staff anytime before 7pm. When we reached at 6.27pm, they charged us overtime extra payment for each procedure since its 6.30pm. We accepted it as we had no time. But as we entered for the mani pedi for 2, the staff were very uninterested and seemed very angry at us. Very bad staff experience. Atleast try to coordinate your timings and give customers the exact time to arrive. And please teach your staff some manners. Finally we had to leave there doing nothing and booked somewhere else. Overall bad. Very very bad. Never going there again ever.

Threading was good. Waxing was NOT a good experience. The lady who did my chin waxing, waxed my whole chin even after being told that I only needed the extras removed. I am really afraid that I will end up sprouting in growths where I had no problems. For full arms and legs, even though I had gone at a lean period and there were multiple staff members free, I was assigned only one person and the wax roll-on was not prepped and the manual wax was also not the right temperature. It took much longer than it needed to. This is after calling La Femme the precious day and being assured of prompt service. The lady who did my waxing worked well but she did not have any help and her supplies were inadequate. La Femme standards have fallen drastically and the laxity is going to cost the institution its customers.

It was good and i did facial and henna the staffs and first floor manager Mincy was amazing, happy with the service also she looks each and every customers needs and wants and doing properly with happy face.Highly recommended

I had a pedicure at this place yesterday, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. Devi is the one who provided the service, and it was truly excellent. Not only was the pedicure itself done to perfection, but her client interaction and communication were also top-notch. I'm highly satisfied with the service I received here!

Their ground floor saloon services are good. Especially the northeast lady who did hair spa was awesome. But the top floor facial sessions were a torture. The ladies are so loud and rough while doing facial sessions. Not at all up to the mark what I heard about La femme.

Overpriced The lady who took my service asked me to pay more than what she actually said , she changed the price at the time she came in to bill counter . In that rush I couldn’t bargain with her , still I asked this is so overpriced , she said some reason , and she waited till I paid the amount ( actually I stopped my service in the mid and I went out with a damp hair , not even properly blow dried ) Not suggested kinda theft

Really bad experience. Asked for an appointment to do manicure and pedicure and was told I could come over. And then made to wait saying it was full and finally only did root touch up. There was a ride staff member too though fortunately Sapna who did my root touch up was extremely nice and probably made up for the rudeness of the other girl and the extremely dirty parlour. And when I tried sharing feedback the front desk had no interest in listening either . Never again !

I had a hair spa, facial,manicure and pedicure from here. The hair spa and facial was really good and would definitely recommend. The staff there was also very nice and polite. But the pedicure and manicure was a waste of money. I had my pedicure done from here a year back and it was really good and i expected the same this time also but it was not properly done.The manicure was done in just a few minutes.

I got my hair color done at La Femme and it turned out to be the best ever. Professional staff, and clean place. Sanjana and Amritha who did my pedicure and manicure were extremely polite and up to the job. Everything was spotless.

I am a regular customer of La Femme Thrissur since many years. And can honestly say I would never go to anywhere else to have my hair done. Especially hair Stylist Ms.Razeena is very much experienced and professional. She is friendly and polite person. So good..I'm very much satisfied with her service.

Very bad and unprofessional service. Had contacted and informed them well before coming. Once reach, they said no one informed the respective technician and hence denied the service. Looks like they do not need business and already earned good wealth. All the best
