Very happy with the Hygea Med Lab home collection service... The ladies who came to collect were very nice, did the procedure quickly and diligently & delivered the results via email in a timely manner. Would recommend using this service to whoever needs testing done within a set time frame.

Excellent staff with a focus on good patient-centred care. I brought my dad here, and the way the team looked after him was perfect, as if he was their family member. It was amazing to witness staff holding the door for patients and guiding them to the individual departments. We got his X-ray done, and the technician was patient with him to accommodate his mobility issues. Overall it was a first-class service at affordable rates. I would highly recommend this centre.

This is the one of the best Ultrasound Scanning Center in thrissur. Staffs are very friendly and helpful mentality. Lab atmosphere is Very calmful and hygienic. All tests have fair price including blood tests.

Precise and punctual! I have availed their RTPCR home testing service a few times over the past months and never have they disappointed when it came to professionalism and service quality. Had a very great and amazing experience 👍🏻👍🏻 I was very late to book an appointment with Hygea lab since I was running out of time on holidays, but wn explained the situation to the staff they took care of everything and all my blood tests, scan, ECG, X -ray were all done and the reports were issued on the same day.. I can't remember the names of staff but every one was really helpful and amazing, starting with the staff behind the door,behind the desk, the one who took the blood sample, the guy who took the X-ray, the people who took the scan.. Indeed everyone was so helpful.. The place was so clean and spot on..Prices are reasonable. I really recommend this place.

Had an unusual bad experience from hygea. Needed some information about tests. send them a whatsapp message and there was no reply for 2 days. As the information was urgent i called them on the same no. which they disconnected rudely and there was no attempt to call me back. This when they have no qualms about calling you from the same number when it is their need. Not expected from hygea.

Been here twice, got very good and fast service. Ac waiting area and entertainment makes it easy to wait and the waiting time for scanning is also very reasonable. Not at all like other labs. Definitely recommended for hassle free service.

Great laboratory. Filled with amazing nurses who are very kind, helpful and will make you feel far from uncomfortable. Doctors are patient and will even stay back for you. The place itself is clean and provides you with basic facilities. Completely recommend ❤️👍

Please visit during operational hours. The center accommodates two shift changes for their staffs during the day, 6:30 am - 7:15 am and 5:30 pm - 6:15 pm. Please keep the shift changes in mind and avoid visiting the center during these hours. Additionally there is a 30 minute lunch break during 1:30 pm to 2 pm.

I got a excellent care from the clinic. The staffs and doctors were too calm and i felt much easy in communicating with them. Very neat and hygiene atmosphere

I visited HYGEA Lab recently for various tests as prescribed by my Doctor. From the first step itself, the Front Office Staff attended me very politely and informed me about the tests to be done very patiently then finished all my tests within no time. They are also giving timely information about the test results. Moreover, I observed that.....while informing clients about their test results, the Front Office staff are giving detailed information about the test results in easily understandable way and also advising them about what is to be done/not done, foods to be used/avoided with utmost care. I do appreciate the Management Team for appointing such a Polite & Efficient Staff in your Lab. It would be better to erect a big board at Naikanal and Patturaikkal centre for locating the lab very easily.

Heey Folks , Iam Unexpectedly Went there with my Dr.Sadhanadan Reference.And Iam littl Bit tensed about my Scans and all.But there the Hospitality and hosting the peeps is good .And Iam glad to meet Mrs. Akshaya and except all the team and overall the experience was really satisfied.

Indeed Hygea is unequal when comapre with other similar labs in Thrissur. Its my experience with them that the services rendered is very appreciable and reliable. Was contacting the front office staff Sindhu and she was very much helpful and were quickly arranging the home collection and timely supportive to habe the test result. Though the request was to collect 35 kms away from town, the staffs were very pleasant in handling our request and were impressively concluded with the assigned job. I wish them success and would give 5 star. Success is inevitable for the one who dedicated to their clients and sincere to their commitments. Keep going....

We had an urgent requirement for an RT-PCR test and we needed the results immediately.Staff Sindhu helped us a lot and they came home and took the samples quickly. And we got the results very soon. Excellent service and coordination from all team. Thank you very much.

I had very pleasant experience with Hygea Lab. The whole process was very smooth. With two small kids I didn’t want to go to the test labs so chose home sample collection. I was coordinating with Sindhu mam. She was very supportive. She arranged for home collection and made sure they were on time. As I wanted to get the result by evening, she followed up regularly and conveyed me the result over phone immediately as she got the result so we could be worry free. Later within short time she emailed the copies. With my experience I can say the whole Hygea team is dedicated and whole heartedly focused on customer satisfaction. I would 100% recommend them and have also referred to many of my friends.
