Very bad experience from Dr. Paul Kallukkadan for my mother's issue with piles.He acts like he is God. Ego in its peak. He told that Operation is only the solution for her and her situation is too bad now and asked 50k for the operation. Making delay will make the situation too bad. He was not ready to listen to the patient but eager to meet his targets of Operation I guess. (I am editing my review after a month) That I took 2nd and 3rd opinion from other two highly rated Doctors and they told the situation is very mild now and more it is a kind of fungal issue now. Things are solved with medicine.

This is hospital is good for pregnancy but they don't have good infrastructure nor facilities. They try maximum for normal deliveries but the customer service you get is not good. It is placed in an easily accessible town area. The best piles doctor in town, Dr Paul Kallukaran works in this hospital. No parking is a curse for the place. Plus the behaviour of staff towards customers can be a bit better. For the amount of patients they get there infrastructure can be a bit more good and clean because babies are born there who has less immunity

WORST experience with GYNECOLOGY SECTION. staffs and doctors are not at all patient friendly.VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR. Eventhough they claim to have scaning facilities. they dont provide it.. keep on referring to aswini and ambadi scaning centrs.evenaftr taking an appoinmnt HAVE TO WAIT 2-3 hrs due to poor staff coordination. ZERO PARKING FACILITY.

Very bad service in this place, if you book the appointment then you need take a queue Morning 5 o clock or you need to pay(illegally) the watchman or nurses, they will arrange a person to take the queue number, very crazy system, also if you got any queue number, still your your presence from morning 9am otherwise they will screw you the nurses, but Dr. Sujatha is good that’s why people still come to there, I hope management not doing anything here for customer service. Parking also zero, even we cannot drop the patient in front of the gate, Very poor☹️

Dear all, This was recent worst experience my family faced in this hospital.we are from thrissur so due to corona we are looking for hospital only with pregnancy related treatments ..very unfortunately we went to this hospital .My wife and her mother faced worst experience from the hospital staff..may be there good staff but iam telling about staff which deal with my wife pregnancy. Poor customer service , no facilities , no parking area... We booked token early morning but still have to wait more than two hours , they don't update the token status , bike service cente parking, doctors check up room all in basement

This hospital mainly specialized for delivery cases The gynecologist is very famous and several case's of pregnancy treatment and delivery is attended by them. The expenditures sre less than other hospitals. Hospital situated patturaikal junction and easily approachable.

I have given 5 star not for the hospital only for Dr. Sujatha Anand and her service. Infrastructure of the hospital is very poor. Comparatively nurse are almost good to behave. Managemen should try to avoid doctors car parking from the patient sitting area. It is really disgusting. My wife got delivered 2 time with satisfied service
