I had visited the HP service center , Thrissur..The staff Deepak who given the support was absolutely brilliant. He patiently explained what we had to provide and why the issue happend and all. He made the whole experience a real pleasure. I commend him for his outstanding level of customer service.🥰

Had an issue with the motherboard of my laptop but now on returning the laptop after the so called service my laptop screen and hard disk has been changed ... Lost my 4.5k .when questioned they say lame excuses as if they are speaking to a person who has no idea about the laptop ... Too bad these people didn't know that I had changed my hard disk at Esquire ( mg road) long before giving it to them now it's completely different brand harddisk... Lame as hell

I got worst experience for my laptop.They didn't call me after giving my laptop.They were extremely busy in their work. 3 days I waited for their call and took my laptop back. I'm planning to give to another service center. I don't recommend this place for service

Very bad experience. I had given my asus laptop since there was a charging problem. It took more than three days to check the same that too, when i personally visited them. They informed that motherboard has gone. I took it back and shown to another repairing centre and got corrected by changing charger and some repairing on keyboard.

I personally had the worst experience for services rendered here.. They costed me 3500₹ for installation of new keyboard saying it was original Hp product but I don't think it was original. But other service centre cost you only 2000₹. After servicing the laptop, I faced many issues like, it wasn't charging at all.. I had to buy new adaptor and new original battery. I encountered the same keyboard issue within their 3 months warranty period.. I had to change my service centre.. I won't even service there even if they provide me free service.. I won't recommend this service centre. I literally spent like 10,000 bucks for this issue..
