Nice place to spend evening time with family, "feels like the local peoples has some problem, moral policing"

Good place for a small picnic, visit this place at evening or early morning.

The place will be very good for nature lovers. There is a small climb through the rock to reach the top which gives you a superb view of the valley and the sky. There is a small pond on the top. The caves are not that much visible. The maintenence needs improvement. Recommended for family also. Parking can be done on the road side only. Small eatery shops available for hangouts...

It was lovely time we went there about 6 am and the mist was beautiful, it was whole other level of experience

It's awesome place . Quiet and calm . In the evening you need to be very careful alot guys bring vehicle and Bluetooth speakers to the top and play loud music and with vehicle they do some stunts on top otherwise it's awesome place to visit

Nice place for relaxing. Nice Valley view. Longest rock view. Have small shops for tea and snacks. Also available foods. Average taste but little comfort for visitors. Parking place available here. Have Muniyara on the cheppara rock. Recommended for one day trip from Thrissur. But need some improvement too. Some people trying to destroy here by putting the broken beer bottle and cigarette pack throwing here. Need to attention police people or other authorities.

a wonderful location to spend the mornings and evenings. Not a place for the elderly. Parking could be challenging over the holidays due to heavy traffic. The authorities ought to pay more attention to this situation. Please don't discard any plastic here.

A Calm and quiet place tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Beautiful and scenic the hills are also famous for 'Muniyara' or small caverns where ancient sages used to meditate. Perfect spot for watching sunrises and sunsets. The only downside is the waste disposal. So Whoever is reading this please be a responsible citizen and abstain from polluting this beautiful place. Please dont throw away plastics or wastes around🙏

Another beautiful place in thrissur, a must visit place, you can enjoy the beautiful sunset/ sunrise in the top of the rock. A small dam, caves(muni ara) and an elegant view is the other attractions in the top. 15 km from thrissur city.vattayi water falls, poomala dam, pathazhakundu dam is near by

Very nice place for a morning ride . It’s easy to miss the small deviation from main road , otherwise the road is nice with good climbing gradient . There is a quarry view point on the way too

Literally a different experience and a good thing is that u can get a free fishspa too. The view is crazy from there but be so f*ckin careful. When u go there u will just think that ur life is unreal

Gr8 place to spend an evening at. Reached there by 5:50pm and spent time till 6:45 pm. Not much crowded when we went. It is a vast expanse of large rocks,where you cud see the sunset and experience cool breeze.

Wonderful location for people in and around Thrissur to spend some quality time in nature I usually visit here in the early mornings or during the evenings best views were in the morning on some cloudy rainy days with fog

It is a good experience to send time here. Prefer only evening time. High temperature in normal day time. Take bottle water in hand, didn't get water in upper area.

Very beautiful place near the Poomala Dam. A 360° view of Thrissur from the place. Beautiful scenes all over the place. Best way reach the opposite road from the Waylord Bar. A must visit for early morning and evening with family and friends.

Very good place to spend an eve..15 km from thrissur town.some small shops are there at the entrance..enough parking place is there.
