I visited this hypermarket, and it's quite impressive. The store offers a great variety of items, and I appreciate the spacious and easily accessible car parking space. The hypermarket is visible from the road, making it convenient to locate. The ambience is pleasing, creating a comfortable shopping experience. On the downside, I noticed that some items are priced on the higher side, which could be a drawback for budget-conscious shoppers. Although they have offers on certain items, the rest seem to be quite expensive. Overall, it's a good place to shop, but I hope they work on balancing their pricing strategy to make it more affordable for everyone.

Good ambience, almost all types of branded households, babycare items, food items, stationery etc are all available. Offer time is the best for family shopping needs

Well....the salesmen and saleswomens in kalyan hypermarket were really nice in case of helping us to choose the liked colour and size and .... yeah the salespeople there, were really nice and cool But...the variety of designs on the clothing were of poor quality.e.g. usually after few washes the special printed design starts to wear off

All the product are available.quality is good price also good. But in clothing it's will be your choice, am not impressed. As a supermarket the products of consumables are fresh and they having different offers.

Few Friendly staff and feels good. The lifts are mostly occupied by staff and some have a rude face. Some products are near expiry date so need to carefully pick products. Veg counters demands opening especially when queues are long

Of course it was very plesent atmosphere. Lovely experience. At final stage (After making payment) the attitude was very much disappointed me,( l brought food items for 7400.00) She (the innocent cashier) asked for twenty (20.00)for two bags🙄 (not the carry bag) *plastic chakku* The management shoud avoid this type of mischievous rools😁😁

Editing my review after a terrible experience from the food counter. Got chocolate muffins that turned out to have mold inside. Foolishly I showed it to them without taking a couple of photos beforehand. Have a video of us arguing with them later though. No reimbursement (₹80 I'd rather not have anyway). When we asked to see the manager, they told us to take an appointment!! This was in addition to their refusal to let us check whether the lids of plastic containers were functional or not during the previous visit. Overall extremely poor service. Nobody knows what to do when a customer has a compaint.

The place is bit expensive than others. Very offers. Coupons they provide are of very short redemption period and one cannot use it as it is not at all applicable to Staples and groceries. Staff is well aware of things. Cash and billing counter is very sluggish and may be replaced with faster alternatives. The parking area in front is not well maintained. The frontage is full with gutters and pits. Also improve your app quality and home delivery services.

Google map may trouble you by showing backside entry road. Parking facility available underground also. Lift/stairs available from parking. Good hypermarket of Thrissur. There is no non veg options including eggs. Reason is, due to Kalyan’s religious faith, they don’t sell non veg items. Do you think it is customers centric view? Never, promoters are pushing what ever they want to push to customers. This is from my personal experience and my perspective.

One of the best supermarkets in Thrissur city. Have a variety of things to offer like stationery, fruits, vegetables, soft drinks, Bakery food items, squash, christmas decorations, lights, gents garments, ladies garments, kids dresses, wall decorations, cutlery, cake decorations, birthday decorations etc. Have a big parking at the basement and in front of the shopping center. Entrance and parking is wheelchair accessible.

Kalyan Hypermarket is spread over 4 floors in their building near North Bus Stand, Thrissur and close to Shakthan Thampuran museum. There are good offers in clothing and grocery, snacks and /cleaning material section. Very friendly staff. wash room on 3rd floor. Limited Parking available in front of the building and lots more in underground parking with security supervision. Lift available from basement parking . Accepts cash card or GPay.

This is my favorite sourcing location for genuine, roasted, arabica coffee pea berry. The quality is superb and the grinding mill is having the required course granulation setting perfectly matching to my expresso coffee requirements. Range of vegetables, cereals and pulses grains also need special mention especially the retail packing arrangements.

One of the staff named Saritha in the cash section is very polite and down to earth person. She can understand customers needs very well and we can talk to her whenever we need as a friend.

Kalyan Hypermarket is a Hypermarket located at Near North Bus Stand, Patturaikkal, Thrissur. I visited here mainly for a passport bag and I haven't found one instead I buy a hand bag. Mainly, it's far better than other Hypermarket because it has 99rs deals for cookies, drinks etc. I have checked suit case prices, and it's high. I think online is far better because the same thing I have found online in 3500rs and they are in 7000 in store

Decent place where you can find all your essential and non-essential needs. All the employees are very helpful and polite. The only improvement I could think of is the lifts could have been bigger 😁

Its a good hypermart with vegan options available. they have a good organic section of pulses. okish priced. Parking is an issue here.They should find a solution to that. Otherwise nice for a good family shopping.

Employee need to sport a smile..They are good but are purely mechanical...They need to be trained to be more customer friendly. If Kalyan can train their Executives of Jewellery store, why not take this as a challenge and groom them for the better in this competitive environment. You lose this one star from me for this.

Hyper market have many floors. Clean. Parking available Two wheeler parking is behind the mall and carrying purchased item up to there or using trolley is an issue Dedicated area for 2 wheeler parking in front will make it more good Auto service is also nice and security people are so helping

It is a pretty good one stop shopping centre, has good deals on essentials, a lot of brands (but not all or) and quality products. Never tried its other departments such as clothes, accessories, etc.

Very attractive and reasonable price hyper market in the Thrissur town. Varieties of household items, vegetables, groceries, textile items, bakery items, fancy items, etc are available with cheap price. Very good offers available all the days. Very suitable for middle class families.

There was no sampling available in dry fruits section. And i am disappointed with the quality of roasted cashew nuts. Bakery side was too crowded, they were struggling to meet all the customers and hence over all service turned to be poor. Other staffs were helpful and fruits quality can be improved.

Good experience. Every items in one shop with good offers. One thing is sad me. Parking for bikers. Because lots of spaces available in basement. But they provided me for parking outside of thier compound. Please consider the bikers also your customer. And give them a better and safe parking facility in your parking section.

Their vast business strategy is not reflected in the pricing. The item MRP is the item selling price, which is not providing any cash benefit to the customer (Seasonal offers are apart). The Novelty and footwear sections are just for a namesake. Other facilities are good except the cafeteria. The loyalty programme seems good.
