Very good customer service, Everyone there is so welcoming and they really make you feel like an important person. I appreciate all the staff and look forward to many years banking with SBI

Worst customer experience! No point in calling their branch as they never respond and in case they do answer, the person in charge is either having lunch or tea. I really feel disappointed that a national bank has employees who has zero customer handling skills. Its a waste to have an account at SBI. Stay away

Pathetic service. Wont answer the phone half the time, will pick and just drop the receiver back in place if you call again. Why don't they just resign, go sit at home and let people who are actually willing to work, come in their place?

Good service and customer friendly office

It was an exact black and white experience for me. A lady officer who was so helpful in blocking my ATM, making my INB credentials rework and also having a jovial attitude towards who all are approching her. Another one was just chit chatting with an office boy and when asked for help in changing my branch she was getting restless and was tryin to get rid off me rather than directing me what to do next. It is the second time she was being rude a lady with he bobbed hair!!!so rude!!!!

SBI can't get any more worse. The manager was patient enough to listen to our concerns though.

I was overwhelmed by today's experience of such a quick service and convenient atmosphere where in I was able to get comprehensive solutions at Ma'am's desk. Thanks. Paul sincerely.

Pathetic service. Most of the Staff there is for time pass. Not bothered about the customers. Feeling less fellows..

Given ATM is very long distance from place. I have three suggestions 1)East fort (2.3 km) 2. Trichur north round (3 kms) 3. Trichur south round (3.6 kms)

This is a good junction enough space to park for two and four wheelers good staff warm treatment

Knowledgeable and efficient staff, But slow service due to less staff, lot of customers, poor computers & printers. Spare 2-3 hrs of ur time. Only 3or4 parking spaces and that will be full 24x7.
