Good Service and the staff are polite. The petrol pump covers a large area which makes the coustmers happy. The total area is well maintained and kept clean. The pump is filled with light music which makes our mind cool.

Quick fill and drive. It also has free air and nitrogen check, however nitrogen was faulty the day I visited.

Service is poor..and the staffs behaving rudely to the customers

As everyone of us have car/bike so we everyday go to fuel outlets like indian oil, bharat petroleum outlet’s etc to get fuel filled in our vehicle but there are some tips that should be kept in mind while going to outlet’s as their employees try to deceive customer. Most important that always check meter readings to be zero as without it they will give you less fuel for the money you pay. 1) Always keep permanently watching the rolling meter till fuel is not completely filled in your vehicle. 2) Always take bill from the pump outlet. 3) Always ask outlet’s person to fill fixed amount of fuel for ex: ?1000, 1500 etc.because if you say to fill full tank then sometimes fuel get overflow and wasted away and customer has to pay to that loss. 4) always go during morning time so that you can save your time avoiding queuing up instead. 5) always have air check on tyres while you go to fuel pump . Follow these tips and you will never be deceived by anyone.

My car is crista..premium desel is filled..they have their own desel fleet card..the card is taken at every pump...it won't work here...they say there is no range, it is a mission problem, it can't be ticked..2,3 days Do you always say the same thing? Then why are you giving the fleet card to the customer...stop it

Worst experience ever. My car is diesel and they filled petrol in my car. And they wr saying that its okey to mix petrol and diesel. And saying stupid reasons to clear out their mistakes. 3 hrs we had to wait just for a mechanic to come and fix this.

Good service . But something funny happened 2 days back. I gave my Indian oil HDFC credit card which I specifically took to fill petrol and they said currently it had issues.
