Recently Revamped.... Could have Done better... Best viewing angle probably from row C and D... Premium Sofa Seat is just push back only... No recliner for hefty ticket price.... Screen seems to be at Great Distance from Sofa Seat which is premium... If u lean back in the premium seat you could see heads of people from front rows... The one designed did a pathetic job.. wash rooms are not spacious and sufficient.... Display is excellent but distance to screen is or screen size not proper... Sound seems to be nice but no special feeling of Atmos... Hope the people who manages consider rectify things and keep their legacy....

They have brought significant changes after renovation. Parking is available within the premises. The movie experience is great with new sound and projection. The interior and the seats are excellent when compared to the ticket price. Lobby and cafeteria are neat and beautifully maintained.

Worst 3D experience for Avatar on yesterday, 17 Dec 2022. If anyone sees this review and yet to book for Avatar, please dont book here, It was literally a hectic experience in 3D. The worst is in the back rows, and dont book in Sofa, A, B,C rows Middle rows are comparatively okay. 2 stars is for the size they have rebuilt into, Absolutely huge, like Colosseum.

The renovated theatre is Great in Projection and Sound 1.U can feel the Bass with full potential. It hits ur heart.The sensation u get from Thrissur "Pooram Vediketu" 2.High frequencies are a bit high sometimes, loud to ears,Please check that. 3. Dolby Atmos is Ok experience. *The Christie projection CP4330 and depth q 3D is top class. *Up to 28,000 lumens (<25 C ambient) *Up to 6000:1*** full field on/off *4K (4096 x 2160) supports upto 120 fps *1.38" Enhanced 4K 3-chip DMD DLP Cinema® The first movie after renovation was Avatar Way of water. The movie is actually played back in screens across the globe about 48 FPSs Which is actually bad as normal action movies are 24 fps. Now it looks like perfect buttery smooth video game without motion blur. which means the 3D will be smooth. U won't strain your eyes.

This movie is in the round. Seats are not comfortable. Unclean Urinals. There is a lot of scope for improvement. Average sound system. This theatre has 10 year back setup without any improvement. Parking is also an issue. While all theatres are getting new looks they also should look for renovation not sure what the issue is. This theatre still has the same old set-up

It's probably one of the oldest theaters in kerala.which have started in 1920's before even India had gained the independence.Because of it's located in the thrissur round the renovation has constraints...but still the seats are good and the price of tickets is budget friendly..The parking lot is there...and you can book the tickets through "ticketsnow".And they even has their oldest project displayed there.

Superb experience at the new Jose theatre. Seat arrangements were well maintained , even the viewers in the front row can perfectly enjoy the movie.The sound quality was excellent. The parking area was good.

After renovation Wonderful theatre Nice interior Good seating with ample leg space Screen is small but provides good output audio is good but bass is high it even vibrates chair. Cafteria and parking is also nice.

One of the best theatre I ever visited in Kerala.The interior design,seating comfort,sound quality,screen quality,viewing experience all are excellent for the price.For 150₹ the experience from the theatre is just 🔥💯.

Renovation has made it better , but still there are lots to be improved , screen display and sounds are excellent but when you lean on the seats you could see heads from the front rows , seatings are less compared to other theatres , not enough space in washroom . Parking and other things are been good

Watched Avatar 3D here. Screen and sound were decent. Very small parking space. Staffs were rushing us to clear our cars after the movie was over. Good interior, clean and good toilets. Push back seats don't push all the way back and hurts neck.

The theatre is equiped with the latest 4K RGB laser projection system along with Dolby atmos sound system. The sound and picture quality is good. comfortable seats and the washroom was par with the multiplex level. Felt the screen size was small. All the aspects have been imprived since the renovations.

First visit after the rebuild. Good experience, totally new atmosphere with the classic touch. Comfortable seats and crystal quality sound. Comparing with the old one, there is dedicated space for four wheeler and two wheelers parking. New renovated food counters are inside the building.

It's a good theatre. Amazing sound quality. Only issue is the congested parking (if you are coming by car). You can get hit from any side due to small parking space. Better Park the car at any other place and come to the theatre by walking.

Recently innovated. Good and comfortable seating arrangements. Affordable tickets. The snacks and icecreams they provide are good in quality and quantity. A decent theatre within the township.

Kerala first ever theatre is definitely a gem after renovation. They have provided RGB 4K Laser Projection with Dolby Atmos which provides us such an immersive Cinematic experience. They had a bigger room size earlier with both first class and balcony seats. But now after renovation the first class seating area is converted into a huge parking area and only balcony seats are there. It's definitely one of the best theatre in Thrissur

Jos is one of the best theaters in Thrissur. After renovation, this theater is top class. The latest technology 4K RGB laser projection system is used here. Along with this, the latest technology Dolby atmos sound system has also been used. The sound system here gives a good output. It is also top in terms of screen quality. The screen size seemed a bit small. The screen feels small when sitting at the very back, but sitting in the middle or at the front is perfect. A lot of space has been left free in front of the screen so there is no shortage of visual experience even if you sit in the front seats. Using the middle seat is the most perfect. After the renovation, the theater has kept many trophies and an old projector. Parking space for car is less.

Old theater located at the centre of the town. Parking is an issue and quality is not comparable to modern theaters. Good place to watch normal movies ( better avoid 3D kind of movies).

If you are planning to watch a 3D 😎movie.(Like Endgame which I did😢)..Never go for this one...It's like using 3D glasses only to see the subs,otherwise it seems to be watching a 2D movie with blur subs in a dark room.Sound quality is not upto the mark😣.Seating is also poor...You will have to sit straight on a pushback seat bcoz you will be masked by the head of one sitting infront😬.And abt parking...Pls park somewhere outside since your 2wheeler🛵 will be dragged in and out by some guys who arrange the parking😳(N.B: parking is not free).Restrooms were dark n' dirty🤢.Theatre has a lot to improve.

Superb experience at the new Jose theatre. All at its finest technologies...Sound...Screen..seats, etc. Seat arrangements were awesome, even the viewers in the front row can perfectly enjoy the movie. With the outstanding sound, you can experience the situation in your seats. The parking area was good.

One among the Oldest theatre in thrissur. Screen quality is average, sound system is just ok.

Jos Theatre is the first permanent movie theatre in Kerala. Due to limited area, theatre seems not able to expand. Lack of parking area is one real issue on these days. No other parking area nearby.

The theatre is not easily recognizable from the road, but since it is one of the oldest ones here people know the place well. Considering the age the maintenance team of theater has done an excellent job. The sound and picture quality are very good.The AC is powerful and the seat is comfortable. But be careful if you are looking forward sit to the backside because the bottom portion of the screen is not visible at glance.You need to peep up if u need to see it(problem with the slope of the seats arranged).Everything else seems okay.Kudos to the team who keeps the theater updated.The bottom circle ticket costs around 90 and balcony ticket costs around 115 .

One of the oldest theater in thrissur and still standing with the other competitors who came up. The main advantage of this place is easy access, located in swaraj round itself this place is very easy to spot and access. Pretty huge theater with single screen and has quite high number of seating capacity inside as well. The main problem one will face here is parking, limited 2 wheeler parking is available inside the theater premises itself but for people coming in 4 wheeler's will have to depend on outside parking and other public parking spots which will be very difficult to find because it is a very busy area always. It is better to avoid cars and use public transport or auto while visiting here. Cinema viewing experience is great and with a bigger screen and decent sound system it won't be a bad experience. Just like other theaters getting bigger, better and modern renovations and parking arrangement will be needed for this theater also to keep up the fight days ahead.
