Went for hair colouring and botox treatment.After 5 washes my hair colour faded completely on my backside even though they had promised that the colour won't fade for 45 washes.I had spent 32000 rupees and they made my hair like old age people.People often tease me since my hair colour looks blonde.They had permanently removed my natural black hair colour without informing me.Some of the staff over there are very inexperienced and they often trick people to do unnecessary and unwanted things on your hair.I am going through lot of emotional pain due to this.

Great place! The staff (Pushya) was excellent in taking me through all the details of what is needed. Came here for wedding preparation and they did facial, pedicure, anti tanning as well as anti dandruff hair conditioning. Would highly recommend the service. Only good quality products were used throughout.

The service was very bad. It cost me around 1770rs for a haircut. But the haircut was very bad for my face. Their claim for the professionalism in selecting haircut apt for our face is utter lie. They selected layer cut for my face. But the styling was very bad that local saloon will do it better. Tony and guy is famous for reviews but I just understood that its just a gimmick. I will not recommend here. Don't be fooled like me watching fake reviews.

I had a very good time. I did keratin treatment for my hair and I'm very much satisfied. The staff's name was Neha, she did a really good job and gave me company so that I was not bored.

I really do not want to give a single star tbh! Only the name "Tony and Guy" is premium , but the work they do is not professional nor premium. One of the worst experience i ever had. A kid aged maybe around 21 was my barber! He had no clue on how to do it and i had to suggest , where it turned out to be the worst haircut in my whole life! And the worst part is , there is no hair wash , no shampooing and they charged me 1500 for nothing! Local barber shops would do it for 70 Rs! Humble request! Please never go this Salon again! They trick you'll well!

What a robbery in the name of a brand ! Went for a haircut. Quick & swift job. No unnecessary sales tactics used. Price is reasonable. Better to book in advance. Salon is in the heart of the city. Easy accessibility. Sufficient car parking available too. Spacious interior.

Had the most amazing hairdresser Mr Nadeem who coloured my hair. Honestly, been to a lot of places before for hair cut and other treatments, but, would rate this as one of by best experiences. The care, respect, and personal attention Tony and Guy and esp this hairdresser gave is remarkable. Will simply go back for their professionalism for you come out content and refreshed. Worth every penny.

Went there for hair colouring and haircut.The attitude of the staff(Mr. SHAH) was really good.But for the price they charge ,they must take care of cleanliness the rooms more.The ambience was not up to the expectations. i had to repeatedly remind the staff to sanitize their hands after they constantly touched their nose.i went to colour streaks but after the session,colour was not visible as promised by the staff.

This salon is really expensive.I went there for spa..for me and my sister ..they didn't even steam my hair which is normally done everywhere. When I asked them their response was may be other salons might do it but we don't do steam..for steam we have to take an extra 500 wala package...the massage also was not good...overall an average experience..but for the price paid(2500+400 tax)😐 I would say bad experience... threading was fine.. actually I wanted to do a facial as well..but as my experience with spa was not good thought of cancelling it.stylist was also a less experienced one.(note:we both have shoulder length hair only ) updated: eyebrow was good for me but not for my sis..they made it too thin that she started crying after coming home

Did facial today.Good experience. Booked an appointment. On arrival the beauty technician Pushya explained about various procedures available in detail including Hydra facial etc.Went for skin lightening facial with de tan.There was no delay, and the facial went very well. Highly recommend 👍🏻

Disappointing experience and very unprofessional behavior from the staff. Overcharges like anything for what you are getting. It is better off to go to a normal barber than giving this kind of money and expecting good service.

My First and last visit to tony n guy thrissur!!! I paid ₹900 for a simple hair cut which I can do for ₹80 in any local saloon. I didn't find any professionals there other than some Hindi guys with the smell of pan Masala in their hands even don't know how to communicate. When I sat on chair I found people roaming here and there to find out the Tools even a comb.

I have done hair cut & highlights, it was really good,,, the man who done my haircut was Sanju, he explained each and everything before doing. So overall i love there services.

Got my hair cut and styles by. Senior stylist Margo...he's not just a stylist ..also an expert in hai care. His suggestions in hair cut and colour has changed the hair game for me ...really satisfied and jus loving myself .. amazing

Didnt even want to give one star as they dnt deserves, went for dandruff treatment which was done only wid dandruff shampoo wash without any other process made my hair super dry by charging 4700 rs. When it comes to a professional salon like Tony & guy, there must be a good ambience to make the Client feel so happy that they are in a professional salon and they don't regret spending 3x money for hair and beard. He took me through the entire procedure, discussing the haircut options and my colouring options from the technique to the colour to be used. Extremely professional and friendly at the same time.
