It’s one of the biggest gym in kerala. I was having lower back pain for few years and found it very hard to workout , then I joined Peter’s gym and took personal training with Jobeesh . He quickly evaluated the reason for my back pain and planned a workout to reduce the pain and strengthen my lower back. Within a month my pain reduced significantly and overall body body strength increased.

Must go gym in Thrissur. Extremely Spacious, chances of you waiting in a queue for a machine are very less. And the general trainers here are friendly and they will assist you well. I must say Jobeesh Joshy's PT changed me a lot in just 1 month, he gave me a customised diet plan, identified my weakness and gave me the right workouts for improving my strength. Excellent gym. Has all the equipments needed for fitness and bodybuilding. Well maintained as well.

Edit: Parking for cars is an absolute headache as there is no dedicated parking available. The church beside the building provides free parking for the gym as long as there are no functions in that space. All paid parking in that vicinity are always full too.. So get a bike if you wish to go here hassle free. Old: Quite spacious and a very clean gym. I am particular about having some space where I workout and the choice of machines and ample free weights is a huge plus. You have a dedicated spinning class, zumba studio and a whole lot of machines available. The washrooms are neat and has shower and locker facilities. There are different types of personal training available as well. Prices are well worth for an annual package.
