Very very bad service. It's been more than a week after registering complaint with my Inverter Sun ++. No response. Some times service center numbers are also dead. Never expected such worst service experience from a company like Hykon. I will never buy any products from Hykon. Terribly disappointed. Suggest not to go for Hykon.

I purchases recently for my home. As per their service engr recommend I choose 130liters solar water especially for winder season, Now I think I should add electrical coil to heat the water, I assumed solar is worth, but it was wasted my money and time.

15kva inverter purchased for our factory 9 months back. Now after 2nd breakdown lying useless due to battery failure. No service even after two weeks. Absolutely hopeless product and equally matching service. Be careful.

I have lodged a complaint with Hykon India , Thrissur for servicing of my solar water heater. One technician came after two days saw to it and went back saying that another technician will look into the matter. The said technician was supposed to attend to my complaint within two days. But, even after a week, there is no sign of any technician. When I am trying to contact them, no body responds. Is this how a company works? Well, I would advice all my friends not to go for Hykon India products.

Good Quality Products And Very Fast Service 👍

I recently installed a Halo Inverter from Hykon at my home. Right from the start, I was consulted about my requirements by knowledgeable people from Hykon. My main need was to ensure that I have enough power to cater to my work requirements (Broadband, Laptop, Mobile, etc.). Besides, I was keen to ensure that we had enough power to address the usage of Lights and Fans as required at my home. I can confidently say that all my requirements have been sorted by the solution that Hykon has provided. For anyone who is unaware about modern inverter technology like I was, this inverter functions like an inline UPS; as in, my Broadband connection doesn’t re-start when the power goes off. In terms of aesthetics, the unit is very compact with a built-in battery and doesn’t need any maintenance, like checking the battery water level and so on. Overall, I would recommend Hykon in a heartbeat for any similar requirement.

Today I called a sevice person fron hycon as my inverter was not working properly.He just came and had a look on it and charged rs 800 as his service charge,without even checking it.Surprised to know this all happening in Kerala the gods own country.Since i stayed most of the metros ,never experienced such a cheat i must say.

Excellent solar products. I have used their solar lantern & solar water heater. Both are good and is working well.

Initially there was quick response. But three was no follow up and had communication gap. My enquiry is still unsolved. I had 20 years of good experience with Hykon products. I am waiting for their response. Good luck.

Very very bad service. Even after complaining of one month service was not available, till date. Poor quality service engineers and less responsible administrative staff s. Inverter quality also low, frequently giving troubles.

Worst service on AMC; takes more than two weeks to rectify fault after registering complaint. unqualified technicians come for service

Worst after-sales-services in Kottayam district. Even emergency calls for warranty issues are ignored. An arrogant staff at the receiving end makes you mad with their dillydallying attitude. I would have indeed preferred half-star instead of the one, if available

Pathetic product and useless after service, don't go for this brand

Bought 2 Hykon Halo 1200 inverters in 2022. Bought online and shipped to Bangalore. Works well as a UPS for PCs. Very compact. Silent. Bought it primarily for its LFP (Lithium Ferro Phosphate or LiFe) battery which is safe and has high deep-cycle life. It has a backlit display showing useful info like battery status and connected load. Happy with it. Got very prompt responses and support site visits here at Bangalore.

Worst product, water solar heater damaged after 1 month.. Don't buy the product. 2 weeks completed no response received from company side. Very pathetic product and service.

Enquired about replacing the inverter battery and the response was very cold; don’t have the right product to offer and can’t source it either or probably the laid back attitude of the current team is affecting the after sales services unlike what it used to be before; will not recommend anyone
