👍👍 My favourite neighbourhood tea shop. I go here for quick drinks on-the-go and also to buy some of their snacks. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The seating is perfect when the weather’s nice. People often mention good, chat, samosa, shop, snacks, coffee,

Ordered samosa chat, mixed chat, samosa and pani puri,Pineapple le Orange juice, ginger tea and masala tea Samosa chat the WORST one I ever had over masala and they explain it as spicy Mixed chat same taste as samosa chat nothing different WORST. Samosa was just ok Pani puri was also ok Masala tea you can imagine how it would be if the chat had over dose of masala! Juice it was ok Tragedy Overall experience the worst place I ever stopped for some chat and tea. Will never recommend to try out these dishes here..!

Delisious food.. Really liked the idea of a dedicated spot for food otherwise considered as 'street-snacks'. North Indian chats are main attraction..

It was out of sheer coincidence that I found this place .... I happened to go thru the bylanes of poonkunnam to avoid the traffic on the bridge.... And as the luck wd have it got the railway gate, that too double train. At the next crossroad after the railway gate, on the right we saw a shop totally out of place for Thrissur.... Something we are used to see in Bangalore. A branded tea shop :-P We decide to give it a try. Small but neat little place. Seems to be recently opened. Good ambience. Has limited south indian snacks menu here. But you can find most of the usual north indian chats. We tried the samosa, sev Puri, tea and coffee. All the items were good and refreshed us of our boring wait at the railway gate. Samosa was a tad too oily. Sev Puri was fresh and slightly watery. The place is self service. Prices are on higher side in general but normalised if you compare the prices of such chats around Thrissur. I visited the place again after a week to check out. It's definitely a feel good place.

From my experience, If you wanna have Best Mint Lemon Tea in Town, Open up your Google Maps and search Chai Compay Cafe. So perfectly made and you'll enjoy every sip. Also I do love their Vada Pav and Masala Chai, best Combo like Jack and Rose. They also have many Chaat items, even the traditional Kozhukkatta. I've been here a lot of times, but reviewing for the first time. I really enjoy the place during small rides around the town.

First of all i would like to tell that the place has a minimalist design and nice ambiance. You have to order and pay first, i ordered tea, save puri and samosa chat. After billing they said samosa chat isn't available. Either i could choose something else they would refund. very unprofessional. Tea was good. But Sev Puri was horrible.

Nice shop for evening refreshments. The coffee served here is one of my favorite. They've different types of chats and snacks to have with tea/coffee. Restaurant is clean and have average furnishing. Not a crowded place so you can go with your friends for a evening snack. I think the shop will fit approx 30 people inside and some outside. Not recommended for large group gatherings. Parking space is very less, but you'll find place in road near to this shop. Items are little expensive compared to other shops even the coffee is charged 35 Rs which is quite expensive from other branded tea shops. Customer service is good and staff is friendly.

Dang the chaat they serve here is so heavy on the masala we ordered 3 samosa chaats and we weren’t able to finish what we ordered even after I specifically requested for something on the milder side.

Taste decent. Nothing compared to authentic North indian standards. Had samosa chat and bhel. In dining. Unbelievable amount of mosquitoes

Food is Good, but the service is not upto the mark. There is coordination and seriousness in their overall attitude. Seems to be very casual and couldn't find professionalism and bit overpriced for the items they serve.

Varieties of tea and snacks available. It was an ok experience for me, not too much to boast about. Friendly staff and good service as well.

Nice atmosphere. Can park nearby road, cars upto 6-7 is fine. Mini idli, chats, tea, coffee and juices are kidilan. Rates are okay. Friendly management. There are many gangs formed from Chai company.

First time visit here.. Simple and nice ambience.. Nice selection of teas. And surprisingly very pocket friendly!! We had the Herbal tea and the special lime tea.. Both were simple and tasted as per their respective names.. They have simple selection of snacks and and chaats to go with the teas.. We tasted the Ada, which was really tasty.. I would definitely visit again and recommend this place for a visit for their variety of teas.. Definitely a nice addition to the Punkunnam area..

Enjoyed the atmosphere as I visited during weekend and it was not too crowded. Loved the interior of the place. Ordered vada paav, mirchi bajji and pani puri. Vada paav was delicious! Bajji would have been better if served hot, Pani puri was good as well. Overall it was a good experience.

Good choice for North Indian eats. Good ambience. Near Westend supermarket, Punkunnam. Can our bike parking in front of the shop. Good tea. Nice vada pav. Need to improve more north Indian taste. Can't match a hundred percentage of touch. But can adjust. Price little bit costly. The price didn't match the quality.

I liked the concept and the way the interiors are done. The place for me is a perfect little place for having a tea and get lost in thoughts. Though it is very near to westend supermarket and there is a reasonable crowd most of the time, I like the way the tables are arranged. Only a few tables and feel spacious enough. Randomly came across this place and loved it. The tea is great but the filter coffee is just average. The snacks are tasty and a little above the average price. But that seems okay for the atmosphere.
