Had a very bad experience.. with poor customer service.. better hire employees who knows how to work

Poor coustomer service,they maid me to wait 2 hours and they charged me for that waiting hours too. Inside too congusted and rude behaviour.

Staff behaviour was very good.. One thing I feel negative that they making charge for hour rate.. we going for a cafe to make our design ,poster ,perfect so we take time to make it good.. but there is only less time .how many hour we spend for the design they charge the money.. hour rate is they doing ....otherwise all good..

Bad service, they charged 120 rs. For typing one page, maximum word 50 only, Same matter i typed other centre they charged 20 rupees only, very cheated bulls Un professional way

The computers are of good quality. They offer coaching classes too. Onky downside is they dont have ACs in the classes so you get cooked over there. One of the teachers look like Dr House. Overall average place

Went to get a matter typed and to take a print out which had around 50 to 55 words on 29th of last month and the bill was 40rs and went today to retype the same matter with decrease in words and it just took less than 10 minutes and they charged me 50rs. It's really ridiculous. They charge according to the person's will who is typing. Really has to look into this issue for keeping up your Goodwill
