    Pathetic service. The doctor needs to come from Rajagiri Aluva hospital, so you will end up waiting for hours. Staff needs serious training on customer service. It seems there's no one incharge, so staff is having a field day.

    i went to take RTPCR there. it was too costly than neighbouring hospitals . moreover customer service was worst. Even though there are few patients they make us to wait for a long.staffs are not properly trained. ( donno much about physicians).service is not good as compared to the fee. give proper training on * customer service.Receptionist's behaviour was good.

    Today I accidentally went to this hospital for fever... Admitted to casualty.... pathetic condition...only 2 iv sets...I was taken to another room upstairs... around 1 hour taken for me to get an inj .ok... Then rested for hours and finally discharged... I was shocked to hear from the pharmacy that they have run out of stock of DOLO650 which their doctor prescribed. Anyway that medicine was with me at home...and returned peacefully...

    Expectations was high when madona hospital was taken over. But it was pathetic again and again. Time consuming way to see a doctor and get out of the hospital. They will totally measure our patience. Not recommended if you feels to see dr and come out.It was the same earlier also and still continues. Not going to change at all. Not recommended for any one.

    The service of doctor and hospital is good.The kindness and care shown by nurses is really appreciable . Menty, Sheeba, Simi, Leeba,Jiji, Bessy, Teena, Roshin, Leena and many others are just like family members. Thankyou for your selfless service..

    Today we checked in for our annual checkup @ Rajagiri medical center, Ankamaly - the first after the demise of Dr. Thomas Paul - brought again memories of our warmth relationship with late Doctor which lasted above 40 years. The gentle smile and personal touch will ever remain in our memories..... May his soul rest in peace We are greatful from reception to old timers like, Lalithamma and Rosily Martin etc.... who all added a personal touch gentle care. All in all it was a worthy decision to drive down for our annual checkup Once again kudos to the entire crew. You have proved that Dr. Thomas Paul's effort was worthwhile. Revi Pillai

    The billing section is super slow ( pharmacy) even when asked to expedite in an empty clinic , for a simple rabies vaccine the doctor takes 45 mins to decide the same , and the billing takes another half an hour to process the bill ,a total waste of time .Go only if you have a lot of time on your hands , and the reception staff is arrogant , Honestly in a professional atmosphere, 10 people would have been billed if , but one patient fee processing is 30 minutes .Highly incompetent ,oy the nursing staff is good .

    I recently sought medical treatment for fever at Rajagiri Medical Center Angamaly and was admitted there. What led me to choose this hospital was my strong relationship with Dr Tomas Paul which lasted for more than 25 years,and when I got sick this time I again thought of seeking medical assistance at rajagiri medical centre only because I heard that Lalitha sister was continuing there,I must say thanks to the exceptional care provided by sister I felt the same welcoming environment as before. From the moment I arrived Lalitha sister was incredibly compassionate and attentive, while Dr. Elizabeth showcased their expertise and genuine concern for my well-being. The seamless collaboration between them ensured my treatment was timely and effective. I highly recommend this hospital for their outstanding care and unwavering dedication to meeting patients' needs.

    Totally good service from doctor and nursingstaff except from Pharmacy, allocated with incompatent staff and waitage time is quite high (nearly half hour in every visit), raised the issue many times but the situation is same

    We went to take second dose vaccination. Covishield vaccination available at a rate of Rs. 780/-. We have to give our details at reception counter, need to produce ID proof used for registration and first dose vaccination certificate. Procedure was simply and fast. Supportive staffs.

    Very bad experience, I have waited almost 1 hour and cannot consult the doctor. If there is more appointment we can accept, but the emergency department was free. I think The prior Madona was much better than this. My name is Shiju N Shaju,

    I dont even give a star to this hospital. Very very bad experience. Prior Madonna was better,. We went there only because we used to visit Thomas paul dr earlier. Today I went to this place with my father who was not well, we went there and took appointment, we waited for 2 hours there to consult a doctor. We couldnt see doctor due to the lazy behaviour of the staff. The staff there didn't even bother the patients are waiting there, what they do is they randomly call the patients they like. When we ask them the reason, they will tell , pls wait sir, your’s is nxt turn. 😅.(expected reply) . What I suggest is, dont waste your time going to this place. To the hospital staff: please appoint someone who knows the work. Pani ariyavunna areyenkilum vakku. 😂

    We came for a COVID test to the hospital. We were waiting for literally more than one and half hour in the front office.but people came after us they were responded by the front dext staffs and not us.when we asked them they said "staffs in front dest will decide everything that who has to go first and not you"me This is how they treat a patient in the hospital ?Again we wait for an hour for the COVID test to be done and for the results too. I hope you take.some actions regarding this.

    🤔, how do you handle one critical stage in casualty, even some nurses don't mind people those who are waiting for casualty service, I met one doctor wearing mask, we can't hear what he speaking, and very slow, heavy dose medicine. Pahrmacy,, we may think it's what,, killing people by slow moment of pharmacy function, If manager sees this please take action, atleast you can improve in pahrmacy service, or you can take this staffs to another major hospital like oneday tour and explain the ideology of doing healthy professional service

    I went to Madonna Hospital today for my second dose. Certain behaviour of theirs were really not as per my understanding: 1. Providing me with the vaccination certificate before I was vaccinated. What if I did not vaccinate myself after I got the certificate? 2. The dose being provided to me and my wife from a sachet of vaccine which was already open/used. Both of us were vaccinated from the same small bottle. Am not sure if that is the general case. And the vaccination still left in the open after us leaving.

🫤 They give blood stain bedsheet 🤮🤮🤮 and there is no physician&skin Dr👎👎 If you have a fever, you can go there, but if you are seriously ill, it is better to look for another hospital.😐😐😑
