Had a good feel buying jewellery here. The staff are quite helpful. The place is very neat and spacious. They have some good collection of traditional Kerala jewellery too. Theres also a full time goldsmith who can do little alterations, minor repairs and you can get your ears / nose pierced too..

There are two shops. The one at M.G.ROAD is not helpful. Rather uncourteous behaviour. But the one at Palace road is super. Difficult to believe both owned by one business

We were traveling to guruvayoor and decided to exchange some old gold jewellery and Chungath jewellery was the only one open on a Sunday...they have huge collections of latest designs and antique jewellery. Mom opted for bangles, a ring and a chain with guruvayurappan gold locket... their executive Mr Francis was really helpful. After the exchange of our gold jewellery which they tested 916 original we had to make payment only for a small difference towards the new purchase... They first gave an estimate and then the final price after discount... their making charges and wastage are very less compared to any other jewellery. We loved the experience and good hospitality
