I consulted online before last month for a glutathione treatment as I was upset with my uneven skin tone. Paid around 7k for the whole treatment including consultation charges. Consultation was good even though the ONLINE consulting fee itself costed Rs.800! They advised me to take the glutathione supplement for 2 months. I paid for a month and they sent me their supplement. The product price itself was charged beyond the MRP written on the product. They charged an additional Rs.200 for shipping a package of 500g. The shipping rates within Kerala is just Rs.40 so I though it might be an expedited shipping. But the product came in only after 2 days! I know this place is expensive. But I don't think it's fair to charge this high! My point was not to lighten my skin by 1-2 shades, I just wanted to reduce my 'not so significant' pigmentation and get my face even toned. Dr. said I would start seeing visible results from 2 weeks of usage. But I didn't get any noticeable result even after a month. Truly disappointed!

One of the worst experiences me being a speech and audiologist doctor, I could understand the lack of service system they had at the Thrissur clinic. Me being a skincare fanatic and coming from a family of doctors I could tell the lack of knowledge they had. They recommended me to do prp and said it would be the best I had done micro-needling in the past and didn't have much difference so I knew its a waste of money still I fell for when they said carbon laser they would do. Instead of doing the complete laser treatment this inexperienced doctor just applied carbon on my face and gave the shots. After that, she asked the assistant to apply the SPF, and this time onwards she didn't even bother checking my face or even seeing if any changes or post redness is there. Despite ppl stating that this clinic is only for celebrities and they give first-hand treatment only to them I expected little more justice. The best of it all the assistant aske the doctor did u take the carbon off completely from her face as there were tiny bits left. So unprofessional and never going back and the best of it all I went to an other clinic which is located in ernakulam and they did peeling and I got the best ever results and highly satisfied. I went there on December 2020. I want to remain anonymous.

Very bad experience at hair fair skin clinic in lafemme. The charges are very high also their treatments are very poor according to their charges. I think they are concentrating on celebrities. The middle class people will be become fools if we consult them

I consulted Dr.Nilufer at Punkunnam clinic. Have been under her treatment for 6 months and it really did wonders on my skin. First thing she did was correct my daily skin routine. Gave me a very simple routine to follow and started on glutathione supplement as well to improvr skin quality. Not going to lie, the serums, supplements and procedures are expensive. BUT i saw a drastic change in my skin quality. Most of the acne scars are gone now. I did not feel that they tried to push any of their procedures or products on me. They always explained the procedure and cost before doing it and asked my consent to bill it. So if anyone wants to consult, I would suggest calling up the clinic and asking them about the prices upfront. Also plan the treatment for a couple of months. Overnight miracles are not going to happen. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpfull. Explained every procedure well before starting. Checked back after three days to make sure no reactions were happening. Dr. Nilufer also took my feedback on some packaging issues and rectified it immedietly which was quite impressive tbh. She would patiently answer any questions I had about products or treatments. I am no celebrity and I still got very good treatment from both the staff and doctor. This was punkunnam branch .

I had very bad experience from therefore I'm Thrissur. As per consultanting doctor I did chemical peel they said that the dead skin will peel off after 2,3 days,I couldn't see any visible results on my face. After 10 days I shared my feedback to the clinic now they're telling like this will happen only after 3,4 session of chemical peel off . Lack of communication from the clinic to the customer. Very disappointed with their services

I'm a very hairy person and also have pcod. I was really uncomfortable wearing sleeveless dresses because of my dark armpits. I was longing to do Laser hair reduction and went to Therefore I'm. The doctor told me that it would require atleast 5 sittings. I said ok because I didn't know any other way. I have completed my 3rd sitting. I'm really happy with the service and can see an improvement in my armpit area. Waiting to get over with the rest of the sittings and will come back to review.

Thanks to Dr. Neethu Priya ma’am. She very well knows about my skin concerns. One point to improvise is consistency of doctors. Also need to improvise a bit more in facial contouring and filler related. But skin care wise this is the best place.
