It takes too much time for supply of food. Even for soup it takes more than 15 mins. They will bring soup in 15 mins, starters in another 15 to 20 mins. The main course will be supplied only after digestion of the starters. It takes more than an hour. If you are in a hurry or hungry, it may be a problem.

Was totally disappointed with their service and food.. Waiting time was too long and we literally got cold food served and was totally oily and salty which is unacceptable and more than half of the items mentioned in the menu was not at all served there. Today I experienced something most painfull, that is spending money on tasteless food🥲

Had a best sadhya from Kaizen Diners. It was really good and tasty. Servicing was really good . It was crowded time. But they managed very well. Wishing a Happy Onam. Wanna have a sadhya try Kaizen Diners.

The restaurant has a good variety of options from kerala, North Indian and Chinese. The taste was not that great I felt something from an average restaurant. Did not like the aloo paratha. The porota and chilie gobie was good. The pricing is a Little too much for some of the items. Overall it was good for dinner.

Kitkat shake and Oreo shake was so disgusting. It wasn't cold and very late to supply but Meals were good .Good friendly.

It was after a while that we had been to Kaizen. The ownership has now changed. Ambience - it's still the same. May be a bit more brighter now i think so. This was a weekday and hence not so crowded. Hospitality - The staff were very courteous and welcoming. Abhijit hosted us really well with a smile. We hardly see staff in Thrissur who are respectful. Kudos to Abhijit and the management for taking care of that. Food quality - We went for starters and basic South Indian. I felt that the portion size has been increased now. The food was served without delay and quality was good. There's definitely lot of room for improvement when you compare with other restaurants. But i guess it was a good visit and the hospitality covered for minor flaws if any. I would have given 3.5 for the overall experience, but due to the hospitality compelled to give a 4. Continue to improve and grow. Best wishes.

The location and seating of the restaurant is good. Car parking facility is also available. But taste of food is below of my expectation and overpriced. The waiting time to receive the order is very long.

Where is your josh guys, the place is turning out to be a dumb place. I hope some one from the investor side see this review I am happy some one from the hotel side did saw the review. Food was just average. Service was below average. There where not many people dining that day still the service was lousy and on top of it we where billed for a diah which we didn't ordered. It was corrected immediately how ever it left a lot of negetive image about the place. Washroom was not clean. Overall the place need some supervision if you want to do well. My experience was 2 months back and i haven't gone back neither have I recommended any one after it. I used to recommend this place regularly to my friends when they travel/drive to Guruvayor

A very good dining experience but for the end. I'll come to it. Before that, a rich smiling welcome greets you that makes you feel at home. Appears there is no need for reservations. It's a come, sit, eat and go if seatings are available. You need anything from about 30 to 40 mins for the food to be ready from the time you order. So if you are with friends and want to spend some time chit chatting, just for that, it's a place to go, apart from the fine tastier food that they offer. Food portions are adequate and quite enough for the items ordered and served. Hot and tasty food indeed. Time to pay when the bill comes. Be careful when you are paying using your card. They turn the card and try to look at the CVV. I was not happy and asked him as to why he turned my card and looked at the back of the card. The waiter appeared ignorant as if he did nothing wrong. I had to complain to the Manager about this who apologised and said he would "educate" the waiters. But for this exit incident, it was a very nice dining experience. Enough car park outside with a security personnel though i didn't notice valet services. Bon appetit.

There is no option to give zero rating. So i give 1. We wait for 45mins with baby bud didnt take any order. When we asked the billing counter person, he didn’t even know what customer handling is. Worst behaviour. Unfit to run a restaurant. Irritating experience

We enjoyed the birthday celebration and the staffs were very friendly and enjoyable especially Praveen .It was one of the best birthday celebration ever.The food was very tasty and the cake for the celebration was also arranged by Praveen We thank all the staffs and the cook for the food and the fecilities they have done.

After having lunch, I was requesting the waiter for the bill. After prolonged waiting, I went to the cashier and asked him my bill amount and the waiter was also standing besides. The cashier said Rs.300 and I paid him. Subsequently the asked for the bill. He immediately gave him Rs.50 and informed the the bill amount was only Rs.250. The cashier was defrauding the customer or he was ignorant. Both the ways it is disgusting.

Amazing restaurant! This was a chance find. Surely one of the best veg restaurant in Thrissur. Serves excellent north indian food. The menu is quite wide as well. The service was very good, and the food isn't very expensive either.

We often have delightful experiences from Kaizen, it's a calm and peaceful place to go out with family and have a good family time. The staff is very friendly and the vegetarian dishes are a great delight. I highly recommend this place for small family dinner outings.

We visited on 1st Jan and service was ok.Friends ordered : Veg kerala meals -rating 3/5 Szechuan noodles- rating 3 /5 Dal tadka - 2.5/ 5 I ordered veg hakka noodles which was a disappointment. The food was served within 15 min of ordering

dinner at Kaizen. Had Navagraha Uthappam & Chettinad masala dosa. My God. What a delicious taste. The Navagraha Uthappam having 9 different varieties was superb, mouth watering & absolute tasty. Further the ambience was very good. A place to visit & eat.. My best wishes to Kaizen to continue the same taste. Good luck
