We had lunch from the restaurant and felt very disappointed as we ordered meals with fish fry. Rice was not properly cooked, curries are very bad. Not recommended for a second chance. But the ambience is very attractive and enough parking space.

The hotel is located in the middle of the forest area. If you are lucky, early in the morning you can sight elephants nearby the river. Wifi of the hotel is not upto the mark. Food can be improved. Service was good, reception area ambience is nice. There are no restaurants nearby just a theme park at a walkable distance and 2 shops to buy chips or snacks.

Don't get spooked by the word resort. This is just an avg budget hotel. Rooms are very small and the toilet was very poorly designed one. The complimentary breakfast was very poor, there were just two items and there was no egg in egg curry. The guy Manning the counter said that it got over so fast. Overall I would say that the room is worth only for Rs 1500. There are much better hotels in the nearby region.

We had a stay here for a night with our 4 month old baby. The room and the restaurant met our expectations. The location is on the main road to Athirapilly waterfall. There is a limited parking facility in front of the hotel and more at the back. Good for family.

Not recommended for families The hotel is located 10 km away from Athirappilly water falls. Rooms were spacious and had comfortable bedding. But the bathroom they provided was not maintained well. There was an inbuilt bathtub which was not functioning. Food were average. Room service is available. The behaviour of the front office staff in the evening shift was very rude. He was trying to argue with my family and ruined our trip mood. The management should provide sufficient salary on time especially to these non uniform wearing staffs in reception during night. Provide them some basic training in hospitality and hotel management. We booked two deluxe rooms and paid the amount well in advance. These kind of behaviour cannot be tolerated. The role of the customer relationship manager is not writing apology notes under Google reviews. They have to correct the staffs inappropriate behaviour in real world not in Google. There are so many negative reviews about night shift front office staffs.

This is the second time I'm visiting this property with my wife. The rooms were worth for the money we spent. Even though the property is located on roadside, we weren't disturbed of sound or any sort of vehicle pollution. Toilet were cept clean, which is more important. Staffs where friendly and polite and also helpful. One thing that is missing there is 24 hrs restaurant. Breakfast was fine but still to improve. Overall the property is perfect for the money we spend🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

This is very good hotel to stay and have Breakfast. I love Puttu, everyone should try it. Staff is very professional and well spoken in all aspect. But About Dinner I will give them 2 and half star as I think they need to work on it.. Overall Good for stay

Perfect place for a quick getaway from Kochi, the place is peaceful. We booked a normal room, without a balcony with the add on of breakfast. The room that we were given was clean. The host was sensible and quick to respond to our queries. The standard breakfast was good. However, the dinner we ordered was not to our taste. One would expect it to so. So, a good place to stay, but you can have better food.

Overall the experience was good. Their service was on point and rooms were also good. About the location, i felt it was unsafe for females because in evening i saw few boys on a bike used to ride around the hotel again and again while starring us and use to say something which we didn't understand.

Property manager Akhil and his hosts were amazing. We had a small baby, he was very detailed in taking care of our specific needs. Food was also very good

The place was clean and safe but the ac was not working. Hot water was not available after evening. The drain in the bathroom was not proper. Extra mattress was only given but no cot. No variety in breakfast. The taste of the food was below average. Wifi was not working.

We have stayed 6 people in this hotel with two king beds, like connected rooms. Good hospitality, nice teams. Improvement required: Dishes are below average , therefore restaurant(only) is not recommended.

Not a good experience rather than the bed comfort. No sound insulation for the rooms. you can hear all the noises outside. There is gap between the floor and the door, so all the sounds from the other rooms can also be disturbing at night. No lift facility. And the worst part was the breakfast provided. When we checked in they told it will be a buffet. And we got only idly and dosa when we can for the breakfast. When we complained about this one guy other than the receptionist was saying it is buffet only, but with one item. And the receptionist told actually it was a mistake which the provider forgot to bring other items and they are sorry. But the funniest part was they have a restaurant nearby and not providing food from there. Hotel Management please understand we are paying for the breakfast also, it is not your contribution. If you can't provide good breakfast, Please don't provide it. It is ruining some tourists good day starting. Iam sharing the rooms door photo with this.

The location of the hotel is good. It is in the way to athirapally waterfall. The front side opposite to the hotel is covered with palm tree plantation, which is a treat to watch if you have balcony rooms. They have a limited menu, and it gets tough for tea lovers, as there are no tea shops near by it.

The rooms were quite small and not at all worth the money we spent. The mattress was comfortable but the bathroom was not clean. The food was very bad. They had nothing available for breakfast! Would not recommend this.

Value for money rooms and washrooms need to be more neat and clean.... Standard rooms are of small size suitable for a couple. Food can be rated to 3 star. Lack of staff as i have seen the receptionist was running for managing both reception as well as taking orders for food in restaurant and going for showing room also. Parking was also a little congested. Also no hot water after evening. Felt suitable for one night stay.

Visited on 1st of February. Location is good, at a distance from the water falls. Maintenance work was going on. Our 2 rooms at 2nd floor have been freshly painted, however, the fan at one room was somewhat weak. No lift. Staffs from front desk to kitchen & other attendants were smiling, cordial and well behaved. The food was good. This place can be recommended for stay.

Extremely unhappy with everything. No hot water, rooms were ok. Food was pathetic. If you have kids, i would definitely not recommend this place since the chef forever know how to cook. The rice was so hard that we couldn't eat at all. For chapathi they have us gravy full of half boiled peas. There was no other vegetables apart from that in the curry. When we asked for curd for the baby, they have us extremely sour curd. In each and every dish they served, we found pieces of the steel scrubber that was used to wash vessels. The hotel staff know only local language and don't even understand basic English. Found it very difficult to communicate. The front desk should know to communicate at least in English with tourists. Very very disappointing.

I have stayed at dozens of hotels . This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much. Specifically their co-founder surprised us with a small birthday celebration for my daughter..!!!!! Highly recommended place to stay in...!!!
