No complimentary breakfast it is a lie not even 1 bottle of water was given to us. AC remotes did not work and the bed spread was stinky. Plates provided to us had some growth on it see attached photo and no toiletries at all not even 1 bar of soap. Do not fall victim to the photos they have posted it’s all a lie bad experience overall and way overpriced

Please don't get fooled by seeing the photos posted. Such a disaster it is. They have mentioned breakfast is free of cost. Actually they won't even provide drinking water for you. Not value for money. They provided plates which were very untidy. The blankets were very stinky.

It was a really bad experience. Villas are not properly maintained. No amenities are provided as shown in pictures. Really bad service. The kitchen was totally empty not even a stove or induction cooker. The plates were so bad that we couldn't use them. No glasses were provided. Just two beds, a dining table and 2-3 chairs. It's a really waste of money. We had to drive all the way back to buy food, plates and glasses. There wont be any responsible person for the villa. The surroundings are not maintained for a long time. The charges are also high comparatively. The restaurant is closed and we have to pay a huge amount if they have to arrange food. Drinking water is also charged extra. Tv, Fridge, cooking utensils, atc are not at all provided as promised during booking time.

It's such a bad experience for us. Don't waste your money on this. A normal hotel will provide a better service than here. And finally don't fall for the free breakfast it's a lie.

Ok resort, if one could use the word. Villa accommodations. Parking not at a problem. River is nearby (Chalakkudy puzha). So, great location. Rooms are spacious, ensure AC/fans are in order. A kitchen too if inclined to cook. Services could have been better.

It's an wonderful experience to stay here.. we are the 1st guest of this Resort. Totally different, Mind blowing Mountain view cottages, Per cottage with Two rooms & one hall with LED TV , Backyard also here with in the cottages. Resort Near by one Restaurant, Reasonable Food Price, Many Recipes in this Restaurant. Near by Natural spices shop Buy spices to Take away to Ur home If u plan to visit Athirampally falls, Once u come there, I trust to say all, Don't miss it to stay in the *Magic Land Resort*

Great place to chill with your friends and family, very neat and clean. Completely furnished rooms and kitchen with necessary utensils. Wifi available. Decent parking space.

We went on a weekend and all the villa's were booked. There were power issues because of peak consumption, everything else was good apart from this. The villa's has almost everything that is needed.

It's a good place to stay at with all basic facilities. AC rooms , Campfire, Restaurant, Tv with dish connection. A small garden area for kids to play football if need be. It's not too expensive so don't worry. Enjoy the stay and travel around to see beautiful scenery all around.

Good place. Courteous staff. Good food. Great value for money. In five minutes walk across the hotel you access a flowing river from the falls, great to have a plunge to beat the heat. Power breaks down often, but there is gen back up. Strange that there is a mixer tap with hot water, but shower is only cold. At that weather does not matter though. The main Athirappali falls is about 6 Km, but you need to be mobile
