Very Calm, Beautiful and Peaceful surrounding. Premium Stay at a 'Down to the earth' price. Very Courteous and a practically thinking Landlord. Supportive staff. I will look for no other place when I visit Pattukkottai again. Keep it up.

Very good Property, as per the photograph it's very neat and clean full green entrance, laundry facility is available. The people are behaving very politely. Food not preparing in this property, if aks the property people they will arrange it for you.

We stayed at this nice cosy cottage room type homestay on 19/6/2022 and found the experience quite comfortable. Neat, well maintained rooms with all needed amenities and clean surrounding and not to mention the friendly, smiling host Mrs. Sandhya who took care of the facilities made our stay a satisfactory experience.

I had been to this place with my family in a first ever visit to Pattukottai in Sept 2021. So impressed I was with this facility that I decided to enjoy the comfort of the lodging not to speak of the hospitality of the hosts Samuel and Sandhya that we made a second trip in a matter of just 2 months on December 29th, 2021. We found this to be ideal gateways for Udayamarthandapuram and Point Calimere. Wonderful accommodation and beautiful places for sight seeing around. Stronger recommend the homestay:-)

Ok. Not clean. You fool our family had booked most of the rooms on 2nd September 2023 for a function and even i stayed there . Check ur records properly. It doesn't mean only person who booked has to rate ur hotel. It's dirty only.

Had been to Pattukkotai and happened to choose this location from the Internet. I must say, the place is excellent for that location. The host, Santhiya was very courteous; I had requested her to take care of my family when I was out for my business meet l, almost the whole day, and she did a wonderful job, food was ordered for them from outside and overall it was a great experience. Highly recommended for family and business travellers, riders, etc.

It is right on the main road and very easy to locate. It was a great place to stay. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy and this is really a value for money place of stay. Sufficient parking area is there. Although Prebooking earlier is important. The staff were helpful and pleasant, no matter what time we called they responded kindly and tried to make sure our request was fulfilled. I would have given five stars if they had an option to provide food too. But this is one peaceful and safe stay and I would recommend this to all. This is my second time stay and I would prefer here next time too. Have no second thoughts on booking this stay! Enjoy 😊

Stayed 10 nights with family. Beautiful environment,well maintained and feel like home. Room was clean and neat. No foul smell. The staff are courteous, friendly and willing to offer help in a heartbeat. My son enjoyed lot. Simply It was a great place to stay and strongly recommend for family's.

The room's were well maintained. I came here with my family. The bed was comfortable and neat .The staff were friendly. The overall service was excellent. I came frome Kerala next time when I go to Tamil Nadu Muthupet I will come to this hotel.

I had a pleasant experience staying here. The manager was really helpful. Stay was totally comfy. She helped her us with food arrangement and rooms were clean with hot water supply. Rent was also reasonable

This is One of the great hotel compared to all the other hotels I've been to..with excellent management. Room size is good, very clean and comfortable. Lighting is just right - bright but warm. Hotel owners are extremely friendly and helpful. very composed and patient and always wore a smile, and it doesn't seem easy to find a hotel in pattukkottai city with great views. Overall, we were very happy with this hotel. We picked the right choice.

We really enjoyed our stay at De Woodlands Residency. We love to come back in our next trip to Pattukottai. We thank them for receiving us even when we reached late and guiding us on the trip.

Fantastic place to stay food is a bit difficult but we can order from Zomato and that's totally fine when we came AC was not fine working but had cooking issues just bought it to the owners notice it was cleared in no time.. over all its a must and don't worry place to visit.

Stayed for a night enroute kodiyakarai. Clean and spacious rooms. Hosts are very informative and kind. Will definitely recommend.
