Good building with 5 floors in it. Funny and humble securities are there, the only issue is Minimum parking space, the toilets are rather dirty in most times. Very strategic location in the city center. its location near lippo Jogja and UIN Sunan Kalijaga.

Nice place to work, but each floor only got 1 gent toilet, and we cannot allow to used toilet on 3rd floor. So our choice to poop are on Basement, 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th floor. It is a disaster if somehow all the floor are occupied and your stomach become Rage Mode, gud luck to hold it then.

Strategist place to make an office building, but the basement parking is too small and limited space to park vehicles in front of building.
