Please avoid this TourMyIndia Travel company at any cost! They are scam! Worst experience while I booked my Hotel in Kaziranga Bonhabi Resort through this agency this April end, 22. I booked 4 Prime room and I paid 50% of the whole amount upfront as asked. Rest I had to pay at hotel. The booking agent name was Anil Rana whom I talked to. Now come the experiences: 1) He was so unresponsive in initial booking request, I had to follow up 3 to 4 times trying to call, sending email. He will say he will call me with final rates but he would not call. Then I need to call and then get things done. 2) Now when my booking was done and I got the confirmation about 2 months before the travel date, I was very happy that my booking is done. Now comes the twist. When I called the Hotel, the Manager told me "there is no booking in my name. There was one booking but that was cancelled by the TourMyIndia Agent." I was shocked and not able to understand what to do now. Think about this! Even after paying 50% upfront, they had given the room to somebody else who was paying more. They are greedy and corrupted agency! 3) When I complaint later, he said his computer was crashed and he did not have any idea who booked what!. Think about this professionalism that a agent does not have any idea who booked what. So he cancelled a booking what he made before and without consulting the customer and not paying the 50% money back which he already received! This agency is a scam! 4) Now comes the best part! The hotel management said we will give you rooms, you come. Ok, we went and then realized they have given us 2 good rooms and 2 very stinky and small rooms while I had paid for 4 prime rooms in the same rate! This is outrageous and corruption! 5) They are just interested in money making and does not care about their customer! Anil Rana did not even call me once when he did this spoiling of our vacation experience but called the hotel guy to take full amount even the hotel provided us 2 extremely small and stinky rooms! Please avoid this TourMyIndia Travel company at any cost! They are scam! They just make money from the middle and spoil your mood and vacation!

Very professional & helpful tour operators & sales guides (Manvendra). Were able to customize our tour according to our tastes (adventure+pilgrimage), food, hotels/resorts, specific instructions to the. Local guide & subsequent daily follow-up even during our travel on WhatsApp by them & by their counterparts in Bhutan. If there were any deficiencies they were being addressed by them immediately (as such we didn't find any deficiency). Overall very satisfied with their travel arrangements.

Tour my india is a complete cheater. We particularly asked for innova for our north sikkim tour and on reaching they told only bolero is possible, where as we paid premium for innova. On asking the operatir-Manivendar, he started shouting and used abusive slang words and said to show proof where I asked for innova. I booked atleast 1.5 months ago for the tour and particularly told them as I will be travelling with senior citizens, we would only require innova. I sincerely suggest anyone who books through tour my india to not not do so as they are not at all a good tour operator with no value of their words and on top of that I never expected slang words from such a reputed operator. They even denied to refund my advance(100%) despite we availed zero services from them. I would request the senior member at tour my india to look into this so that atkeast i get my refund. And to anyone who books through manvinder/shiva please be very careful. They actually try to find out loopholes to destroy your planned rour.

MP Tour of 14 days during Feb 2022 The Tour was arranged by Tour my India Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Manavendra had planned very nicely. He took personal care and used to enquire about Tour frequently. Hotels/ food arranged were nice. And we could enjoy all the places from Gwalior to Indore - covered Khajuraho, Jhansi, Orchha, Bandhavgarh, Bhedaghat, Sanchi stupa, Indore etc. It was a memorable pleasant experience. Love to travel with the company again

Please do not book online services for travelling like TourMyIndia, they charge a minimum of 10k - 15k extra than the offline travel agencies. These folks hassle you for money in between your trip, make sure your trip is delayed for at least 3 days - making you pay extra to the drivers. Hotels booked are not up to the mark as they present, beware of such agencies. Book agencies which run offline, you'll save a ton of money and get good service at the same time.

I have a great experience with them. Shailender helped us book a leisure trip to Kerala. It was hassle free experience. And the hotels and transfer they have booked for us were best of all. I enjoyed my whole trip. The itinerary was perfectly assembled. All the places covered with lots of long road drives. It was one of the best experiences we had.

They do not even know about the places they are sending you to. Booked Kanha National park visit through their agent and the kind of safari agent got us was the worst one. They booked for us the Buffer sadari which is not even inside the jungle rather some outer area. Completely ruined the trip for us. Don't ever book through them if you are looking for a national park.

After searching and reading reviews for many tour companies in India, I chose TMI. After discussing with them my concerns after reading some reviews, they assured me a pleasant experience and we agreed that I could hold back a portion of the payment until a satisfied tour. We initially opted for the Golden Triangle Tour, but wanted to visit Varanasi and Lucknow too, so they tailored the tour to fit. Everything went smoothly, except there was an occasion where the driver was not informed of an excursion that we nearly missed out on. We did the sleeper train, and had another train to catch later in the tour, but wanted to change our minds last minute. TMI were able to chauffeur us to our next destination. Some tour guides were much better than others - we felt some pressure to tip, but only tipped the ones who went above and beyond. We saw some beautiful sites and visited India in June and July. Very hot, no rain and no queues. Would recommend.

We did a 3 week tour with Tour My India and were very impressed. The Driver, vehicles as well as the guides for the city tours were all very good with good English. We visited 3 National Parks and all accommodations were excellent. On our last night we wanted to change to stay an extra night in Rishikesh instead of Delhi. A phone call to Anil was all that was needed and he sorted everything out. We had a 2am flight out of Delhi and Anil even organised a hotel stay for 5 hours so we could rest and shower after a long days travel on the roads. All staff that we dealt with were very organised and professional.

Tour My India organized a safari for us at Ranthambore. The safari guide (Ram Singh) and the Gypsy (jeep) driver (Padam Singh) were probably the best in that area. They were extremely committed in ensuring that we did not miss out on any single bird, animal or reptile that was there on our way. You'll be surprised that Ram Singh spotted an owlet atop a tree, which was extremely difficult for us to spot. These two went the extra mile to ensure we see a tiger during this trip. In the end, we didn't see one tiger, but three of them (Ladli and her two cubs). Many other tourists unfortunately missed it. Must credit Ram Singh and Padam Singh for having taken us to the right spot at the right time. Thanks a ton to them.

Our guide was very unimpressed that we had not brought along with us a photocopy of our passports, he informed us this would mean we would have to miss out on some of the cruise due to having to find a suitable place that could copy these for us. We were made to feel an inconvenience from the beginning. Where do we start?! The accommodation was appalling and this was a horrendous end to a highly disappointing day. 1) Beds - we informed you when requested of our gender and ages. We were very surprised to find one single and one double bed in our room. This is clearly not appropriate for three young women and we were not told in advance that we would need to share a bed with another person. Our accompanying guide informed us that the only other option was to split ourselves amongst two bedrooms, meaning that one person would be alone - again this is very clearly is not appropriate. 2) Dirty Linen - both beds were dirty. In particular the single bed which had multiple stains which appeared to look like dried blood. The accompanying pillow was extremely discoloured and we would describe it as closer to yellow than white. 3) Wardrobe - when opened we found a previous guests underwear hanging up in the wardrobe - we were both shocked and appalled at the lack of care that had obviously gone into making up our room. 4) Hot Water - there was no hot water available in the room, we were not made aware of this and we would expect hot water as a basic amenity. We were offered a bucket of hot water to be delivered to our room at 06.00. This is clearly not an appropriate timing when breakfast doesn’t begin until 07.30 and therefore due to wishing to sleep we had to decline this. 5) Towels - when we arrived there was only two towels in our bedroom, we had to ask the accommodation staff twice before we were provided with enough towels.

Very poor and overpriced service, or lack of. We paid nearly £450 each for a 5 night tour package - Delhi, Ranthambore & Agra / Taj Mahal. We got: Cheap and poor standard hotels in Delhi and Agra. At both, the tour guides were con men and took you to shops with over inflated prices, trying to push you into buying ridiculously overpriced goods. We were not next to one another on the 6.5 hour sleeper train journey from Delhi to Ranthambore, which meant we couldn’t rest and ended up sharing a bed, which was uncomfortable. We were taken to the wrong hotel in Ranthambore, the tour guide and driver were trying to swiftly leave, whilst we were left to sort it out with the incorrect hotel. We were told there was no afternoon safari booked for us on arrival, only 2 safaris the next day, when we had in fact paid for 3 safaris and this was clearly identified in the itinerary. We were told by the tour guide to contact the office but the office do not respond to you. When we were eventually taken to the right hotel, the Tiger Den Resort, which is a fantastic hotel with wonderful service, the manager Patrick was great and sorted the safari issue out but we didn’t pay him to organise safaris, we paid Tour My India. Patrick got us on an afternoon safari but we had to wait for this and then lost time. The tour guide from Delhi expected us to make arrangements for our return back to Delhi from Agra, after we had already provided our return flightdetails, as requested. This is inappropriate, as Tour My India were paid to organise this! We were put on an early morning train from Ranthambore for the first leg of the journey to Agra and told it would take 2 hours. It took 4 hours, which caused us to panic and think we must have missed our stop. If it had not been for the help of a fellow passenger that spoke a little English, we wouldn’t have realised the error and would have left the train early in a panic. In summary, for the service you receive and Tour My India’s expectations for you to do all the coordinating, coupled with the high costs you pay, I would strongly recommend booking your own.

Extremely pleased with all aspects of the safari break we booked through Tour My India, at the Tadoba Tiger Reserve. Everything that was promised happened. We were picked up from Nagpur airport and taken to our accommodation at Irai Safari Retreat, and enjoyed 4 safaris over two days, before being driven back to Nagpur. We will admit to a few nerves as we initially waited at the airport on arrival (for about 5 minutes only!) as we had booked on the internet from England and paid fully upfront, but there was no need for any concern as all arrangements were fulfilled seamlessly.

Professional service. Received us at the Delhi airport and our name prominently displayed. On way to hotel the guide calls up the hotel to inform that we were coming soon. So when we did come in our rooms were already ready. This happen to the other 2 hotel venues. The tour guide that they provided for sight seeing were well versed, well informed, and had patience to explain fully the history and meanings of the monuments and sights that we covered. More over the tour guides were friendly & very accommodating, tour guides were Ravin, Akhter & Waseem & the travel agency reps Parakshit, Abishiek & Kumas. The drivers were also equally accommodating & punctual.

Hopeless people . They book the tour but do not bother to pickup phone especially mr Tanmay Sharma. In Ranthambore there are different zones. But most probably they do not know the ground reality.The zones selected are mostly remaining zones which have bad terrain . It's better to find local Safari booking companies and book safari.They have to send their staff here , see the ground reality and then take bookings.

Booked a package to ranthambhore....all queries were answered by Mr Tanmay over phone ....service provided by their contact person at ranthambhore..@damodarprajapat was also very good....he was constantly available when required ..n made our trip smooth....only shortcoming was we didn't get to c even a single tiger inspite of the 3 safaris we took

Worst experience, very unprofessional, I booked a trip to Sariska in June-2018, 'Tour My India' manager gave a confirmation voucher for Sterling Hotel (Sariska), when we reached the hotel after 3-4 hours of travelling, we were informed that there is no booking in our name, they also said, we never gave any confirmation to the tour operator, though Tour My India' gave us alternative option but it was much inferior at same price. All in all, would never recommend 'Tour My India' to anyone.

Extremely unprofessional team. Didn't even bother to pick up phone. Booked Safari in Ranthambore NP's buffer zone instead of core zone even when we booked 3 full Gypsy. Local coordinator was unhelpful. Hopeless people. Waste of money.

Tour My India is great company, recently we have done our kullu Manali tour through them, they seems to be quite professional from initial response to excecution, everything was as promised by them during our correspondence. We 100 % recommed TMI to any one looking to travel to Himachal.

Worst services! We had booked our tour for Kedarnath with them in May through Arun Joshi. Sadly due to Covid19 lockdown that was cancelled. I had payed them advance of 15k for booking. They refunded me only 9500 till now after 100s of calls. They don't even answer to the calls and just text that will call back. But never i have received a call from there side. This is the worst professional behaviour i have experienced from any tour operator till now. Refund my remaining amount ASAP.

I booked for sikkim tour. The things i did not like: 1) Refund - First they said around 9k they will return if ome person cancel but they cut it all down to around 4k rs. 2) In one of the hotels name ayurlaya the manager there charged extra just bcs day before cook said we dont offer more tha 8 rotis in a package. 3) when were already running late in the last destination hote manager said payment has not been done and after no of calls the hotel manager let us go.

We went trip in month end of dec 2022, and it was great experience, the service was good and the hotels which were booked were too great and value for money.

We did a Ranthambore tour for 3D/2N departing from Pushkar and ending in Jaipur. During the booking process everything was great. After starting the tour we never got information in advance regarding schedules, it was always us who had to try to get the information. We had asked for a specific zone for one of the safaris during the booking and were first told we would had to change it in Ranthambore with the local agency. They first said it was not possible because it was decided by the forest crew, but later it was possible if we pay extra to the forest people 😖😒 also they take no response for the behaviour of the guides because they belong to the forest department. One of our guides slept for 20min during the safari. Great hotel (Ranthambore Regency)

We had a lovely experience at Rathambore National park. Vishwa prepared the itinerary excellently. He made all efforts to address any queries and concerns during the whole process. All the service providers delivered perfectly.

After booking the tour to Ranthambore my observations are.. This is only agency in Delhi and not service provider . They do not have proper staff to look after the services at the destination. Get work done from local service providers by sitting in Delhi. Once the booking is done Arrogant conversation is started @ Mr Arora The person in charge does not even bother to pickup your phone.@ mr Tanmay . Please do not waste your money by booking with these people. I really wonder how others had different experiences. May be they are related to this company and manipulate reviews .

Most goofed up agency ever for booking. I would not recommend anyone for it. And if you are anyways going with them, please don't make advance payment, just give the token money and then make the complete payment after trip completion only because they will not care after you have done the payment.

I just completed a trip with them. Worst agents and management ever. They doesn’t care about client once payment is done. Their cab drivers are so illiterate that they don’t even know how to talk to a client. P.S - Don’t do advance payment to them. And Don’t forget to record their call before your booking. Because agter booking and advance payment they don’t care whether guest enjoyed or Completed their activites as promised. Don’t believe anything what their agents said. Just ask them to give you in writing in a mail. They can call you anytime and ask you to leave the place because they have another booking on next day. Their wording to me was ‘Sir, we are calling our cab back. You can extend if you want but our cab will not wait for you. Cab will come back to Delhi and no refund will be provided’ . Even though I had activited pending as promised. Really a great way to fraud someone. One more thing, their drivers will not provide you A/c as they feel sleepy because he was awake earlier than us 😂.

The first driver almost fell asleep while driving and only because of our own attention, when I saw the truck coming towards us, I shouted loudly and the driver was just able to avoid the head-on collision with a truck. We had the driver replaced because we were no longer willing to continue driving with him. That took three days. The second one drove better, but he didn't know his way around either and I had to repeatedly describe the route using Google Maps. I wonder how they do it if the customer doesn't buy an internet card. No information about places of interest! Not once in about 14 days was there a tip given for a city where you can see something special or where a market is worthwhile, nothing! Instead, they keep trying to sell you another tour guide for €70.00 a day. If you book one yourself at an attraction it costs €10.00. In Jaipur we were then driven to a stall where you could buy silk. However, this was a house over several floors where all tourists are carted off to buy overpriced jewelry, silk and souvenirs so that the driver gets a decent commission. He seemed really annoyed that we went back so quickly and didn't buy anything. Most of the hotels are not clean. Ranthanbore National Park we booked two jeep tours that were different. In the morning we drove in a jeep, which was nice and they tried hard too. In the afternoon we were packed into a bus with 20 people. Everyone was talking loudly at one another (obviously there was no tiger in sight) the tour was the same as in the morning. We wanted to have the $25 per person refunded, but we still haven't received it to this day. It wasn't a jeep and it was the same tour. One of the worst things I found was that although we had the driver available all day, we always had to argue about when he should drive us somewhere. The company is absolutely not recommended. It's a shame about the vacation and the money, as this provider was definitely not cheap.
