I will not recommend anyone to take packages from team clinic dermatech,bcz there staff is very much experienced to make people fool while giving different packages after taking this they didnt even call u for appointment. They forcily given package to my sister for peel and qui switch,she paid whole amount in 2019,Bcz of covid 2 years gap no service avail by her after that she continued her services till Feb 2023. Now 2 or 3 services are left and clinic dermatech team wants her to take new package so that they can merge previous package. Really disappointing. Plz follow your words team dermatech

I opted for Cd ultra facial with clinic Dermatech noida GIP branch. And after that my face got ruined. Even now my face texture is ruined. I asked for my money back and they stopped picking my phone. If anyone reliable is reading this from Dermatech. So please revert.

They provide top notch service. The machines they use are latest technology. I just got my full body laser done and it went smooth all thanks to Ms. Khushboo & Mr. Ridhima. They made me really comfortable and did a fantastic job.

What a complete fraud! I initially asked for just 1 or 2 laser sessions, but then they shamelessly pushed me to buy a package with more sessions that costs a fortune. I fell for it and bought a laser package in November 2019, consisting of 6 sessions. The last session I could take was in June 2021 because I got pregnant and had to undergo a C-section, which made it impossible to use their services until 2023. And now, when I finally decide to use the remaining laser sessions, I call them to book an appointment, and what do they say? Oh, surprise, surprise! My package has "expired" despite their earlier claim that it would never expire. This is beyond infuriating! They just want to grab your money and run, leaving you high and dry when you actually need their services. I am so fed up with their deceitful tactics and false promises. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating their customers this way. I demand justice and my rightful services without having to pay anything extra! This is outrageous!

We got our daughters laser done from here, worst service ever. They don't pick up the phone to schedule appointments after taking your money. Stealing people's hard earned money, this place should be shut down for fraud.

It's been an year long suffering by their horrendous acts,CLINIC DERMATECH IS PAIN THE A** and now since two weeks they're simply ignoring calls. Not even answering calls how do i book an appointment. More than 1 lac money wasted. Thinking of lodging FIR. Just don't even think about opting for CLINIC DERMATECH. Have had a great experience here. Would definately recommend Fatima's diet plans as they are highly effective. A special mention to Pooja and Rinki for always being so helpful and good at their work.

The services are adequate. But all the dermatechs are highly unprofessional. They dont cater to the customer at all. They will sell their product and services because they know that its a one time advance payment and then they dont care. They dont pick the phones, dont confirm the appointments. I have been lagging on my treatment cause of this. And act as if how busy they are.

I had a q-switch treatment for d Full body.. now my whole body has scars. Many times I complaint about it all they want to do is earn more and sell more of their services rather than to do correction for their wrong treatment. I have paid 1.2 lac RS for treatment after they denying millions for any side effects of this treatment. They are fraud.

They do not focus on customer problem, as much as on money. They will complete your facial in just 30 min. and that is cost upto 5k - 6k minimum excluding taxes.

Currently getting full body laser done from here, highly discourage anyone looking to get it done. The effectiveness of treatment is poor, they kept changing practitioners and not everyone knew how to do it right. They overbook slots and don’t start treatment on time. Waste of time and money. Poor customer service and expertise.

Great place for laser hair removal , you start seeing results quickly. Rinky is amazing at her job and makes you feel very comfortable during the laser session.

I had to rate and click on 1 star or else I would have given negative star ratings. We got the services transferred from Gurgaon as it was a task to travel to Gurgaon but it was a complete disaster a nightmare for us getting this transferred as even after 4 session here is no difference in the hair growth and the attitude of Manager Khushboo is so negative - the person with whom appointments have been confirmed are never present to do the procedure and the people they put are either novices or do not know the job to be done properly or are instructed to not do the job properly as we are transferred clients from Gurgaon.Owners need to look into this. It was better off to get it done in Gurgaon as the Manager and staff at the centre in Gurgaon and the services were amazing. We didn't know in order to avoid travel time we were getting into a disaster getting our procedure shifted to Noida.

My mother went ahead and paid advance for a package of facials for a whole year on the basis of trust that her skin will find changes. However, right after the first facial she developed severe rashes which almost looked like skin burns. After several calls and finally getting an appointment with the doctor at Dermatech,GIP she was prescribed there to not proceed with her package and be given a full refund of the money she paid. It has been several months now since we’ve been promised a refund but every time we call them we are told the manager is not there and she never calls back either. This is sheer irresponsibility and unprofessionalism. Our money has not yet been refunded and there has been no follow up on our calls despite several reminders. We have been trying to get in touch with Ms Zainab but she seems extremely busy to call back her costumer. What kind of costumer service is this company providing ?? Extremely disappointed customer !

NOT ONLY I HAD 4 RUNNING PACKAGES WITH THEM WHICH THEY HAVE CLEARLY DENIED THAT I DO EVEN AFTER TAKING MONEY IN ADVANCE WITH PROPER TRANSACTION FROM MY ACCOUNT.
